      Best day out in Zadar
Great fun trip, the skipper was amazing and the food was excellent. Much better than the large boats that go out, more swimming, fun & no hassle.

      Great day out!
We had an amazing day out with 9 others and our captain Davor. Davor was friendly from the minute we met him and extra encouraging to enjoy the safe swims off the back of the boat, which was amazing. By the last stop we were jumping off the top! He was chatty but also let us enjoy peaceful time on top of the boat, enjoying the sun. The group we were with were friendly too, a nice mix of travellers from different countries. We also stopped for a little snorkel (equipment on board if needed) which was lovely. Breakfast and snacks were provided on the boat and we then stopped on an island for a traditional grilled lunch and even snuck in a quick swim there too! It was such a chilled beautifully sunny day and what a way to start our holiday! Highly recommend!!

      Hello Kornati
Interesting day with a 10 others on a small boat. Great food, snacks, wine on the boat and lunch at local place in islands. The wall and cave snorkle were memorable and swimming stops scenic and not rushed. Captain Favor was friendly and engaged with everyone personally and helped me feel welcome being solo. I would recommend this day trip.

Great way to see Kornati NP
The boat trip was recommended by the wonderful people from whom we rented our holiday house (Villa Marina in Krusevo near Zadar). Captain Davar (who is still an active fisher outside the summer season), took us on his comfortable boat around Kornati NP. We were eight and had the boat to ourselves. Free drinks, fruit and breakfast during the whole trip. We made a couple of stops on quiet spots to go snorkling and had lunch in a small restaurant on one of the islands. We had a wonderful time thanks to the captain’s relaxed and friendly character. Warmly recommended (for half the price of the regular package deals)

Highly recommended - perfect day on a boat!
We were a group of 8 friends and we booked a private tour. We are so glad we booked this trip and not huge tourist boat, especially becouse we could have the whole boat for ourselves. We had a perfect day on the sea. Davor's boat is spacious, comfortable and clean. The landscape of Kornati is beautiful and the stops for lunch and at the cliffs were perfect. We got a chance to swimm at the cliffs and discovered a little natural stone cave. Lunch was very well made – grilled fish, potatoes and salad, and the portions are big. Davor was perfect host, very pleasant and knowledgeful and he explained us everything we wanted to know about Kornati islands. We were even so lucky to see the dolphins!!! Thank you for a great trip!

We had a wonderful experience with a great group of fellow travellers on this very relaxed, non-commercial, small tour. It is worth noting that the boat is an old fishing boat that has been well fitted out for these small tours. However being an older boat it is not as fast as the commercial tours, but this fits in with the relaxed nature of the tour where time doesn’t matter and aside from promptly departing, a clock wasn’t ever looked at again.
Boarding the boat with a total of 10 guests, it looked like is was going to be a bit cramped, but there are so many areas of the boat to sit that at times there wasn’t anybody in the main cabin aside from the captain.
Being such a small group the other guests could make a big difference in the enjoyment of the day but we had 3 couples and a family with older children that as a group bonded really well. By lunch we had a lively enjoyable meal chatting around one big table.
During the day we stopped 3 times to swim and the captain described parts of the National Park and his history as a fisherman. Not as polished as a commercial tour but more interesting due to his long history working in the area and his love for being on the water.
Lunch was in a small restaurant on a remote island where the fish was cooked on an outside grill. The food was fresh, simple and tasty. The whole group ordered fish which I think was the best choice. Other meats and vegetarian were offered, but given the location I’d be surprised if the other choices were as good.
The captain set the relaxed tone for the day and joined us for a swim when we stopped. All the spots we stopped were quiet and had few if any other boats and none were larger tour boats.
Everyone from our group agreed that it had been an excellent day and would highly recommend it.

This is a really great trip on a nice boat. You see a lot of beautiful places and will be fully taken care of: food, drinks are included! You don’t have to bring it yourself.

Davor is a local funny “old fisherman” who sails this sea all his live. He knows all the nice places to visit, and if a spot is to crowded with tourists he sails onto another spot where it is quiet. But of course this is only nice if you don't like a lot of busy -jumping and yelling- tourists;-)

We were looking for a boat trip and were thinking about a trip with a sailboat. But most likely there wouldn’t be enough winds for sailing, though the sailboat should use his engine yet. The other thing we chooses the trip with Davor is the possibility for shadow! Shadow is an important thing when being on the water for the whole day. Otherwise you will burn alive!

This trip has the most ‘stops’ for swimming and snorkeling and also is fully catered.

    a great day is guaranteed

It was the most wonderful day on the water. With the small group everybody had plenty of space for themselves on the boat. There was room for conversation and privacy. Snacks and drinks were provided throughout the day and lunch at a small local restaurant on one of the islands was delicious.
Swimming off the boat and snorkeling in crystal clear water were definitely highlights of our trip - especially the second stop on the outer edge of the park.
One of the passengers had a medical emergency which Captain Davor handled calmly, reassuringly, efficiently and very professionally.
Thank you for this great experience!

This was an amazing trip and i would definitely recommend to anyone!

My boyfriend and I wanted to explore the islands as it was our first time in Zadar and we had heard of the beautiful waters/islands.

Captain Davor was friendly and provided us with snacks, then some meats/cheeses/bread for breakfast. There was also a large range of drinks including alcohol aboard the boat. We were able to sit anywhere including the front, back, inside to cover from the sun and also on top of the boat which gave great views!

There were 3 other couples (8 of us in total), this would also have been a great trip for anyone traveling solo as everyone was really friendly and the boat had enough space to chill in your own area.

We stopped off for snorkelling with equipment provided but we had taken our own masks. We then stopped off again for free time to hike to a monument or enjoy time in the waters. We then went to another island for an included meal and the fish was lovely with plenty to eat for everyone! Before heading back we stopped off for some more snorkelling, we also viewed some large rocks/coves where our captain pointed out the carvings too us.

We had an amazing day and would defiantly book this trip again!

A beautiful tour of the Kornati archipelago. Davon, the owner of the boat was kind and punctual, thoughtful about everything, he took us to unique and wonderful places, some less touristy but really very beautiful. Finally, a very good lunch in a beautiful village (roast fish and side dishes of potatoes and salad), the only negative note being the €3 aside for a coffee.

We had a great tour with Captain Davor. The boat engine went out midway but he was super calm throughout and remained optimistic about the situation. I don't think I could've done the same in his position. What started out as a nice boat cruise to Kornati turned out to be a good lesson on how to approach life. As I quote the captain, "if this is the biggest problem in my life, then I have a pretty good life".

Every tour will take you to Kornati. But this is the only tour where you can learn from Captain Davor.

A great experience. The little island stops were amazing in a small group. We saw dolphins and Captain Davor cut the engine letting us drift closer to them and then they swam under the boat. Snacks and fruit on board good. The wine was used for our lunch stop which was fresh and delicious. 11 of us didn’t feel like a squeeze as you all find you own little areas around the boat. We went up the top for the trip home thinking a nice sunbathe with scenery… the first 40minutes were glorious and then it’s choppy, VERY wet and windy but hilarious! Captain Davor definitely enjoyed our naivity back at port! An amazing trip overall.

I booked this trip for my boys because they wanted to spend the day at sea and get to swim from the boat. The tour guide kept us well informed as we were not sure at first if the trip would be canceled due to the weather. The trip with meals otherwise worked well and they had pretty nice day with great views, but the only place where they were offered the opportunity to swim was from the island's beach. Apparently the other passengers didn't want to stop to swim from the boat because this opportunity was unfortunately missed.

Very nice small group tour with an authentic and nice host. The boat is small, but there are many places to sit or lay and the roof is my absolute favorite. We stopped at three places for swimming/snorkeling, which were nice and not busy at all.
Only downside is the long time you have to spend on the boat due to the distance and slow speed. Bring some sun protection and spend time on the roof.

After a great anticipation that evening, Cologne Christmas2024, we were quickly brought back on the ground.
After we had taken our place at a table of 12, 6chairs on the left and 6chairs on the right, the waiter also came quickly and we ordered food and drink. There were four of us and four other people already sitting at this table.
Then suddenly it became very uncomfortable because the organizer wanted to place five more people at our table who were much late and also wanted to sit together! He cursed at us crudely that we had removed a chair from this table!! This chair was not from our table but from the table next door!!
These two gentlemen, an older and a younger one, have completely lost continuity. Although we didn't belong to eight people together, they wanted to place us as they wanted. A young couple should sit somewhere else.
You pay over 40€for 40cm of space and then you have to be mobbed like that.
Unfortunately, I already have the map for the year 2025, but try to sell it because that couldn't be done at all!!!
The two cholerics blew up the evening
But I would like to say thank you to the stars of the evening. It was a really great stage program again.
So guys....who is looking for a map for 2025...report.
