He was creative and well planned for activities and sights to see. He knew when the ships were in port to avoid the craziest of days He planned bike riding, wine tasting, visits to Ston and more. - halbertus80 contributionsFantastic tour with a great guideIn this wonderful city of Dubrovnik, world heritage of the UNESCO, you need a guide to enjoy the city to the most, and go deep in its superb history and culture. I highly recommend Vlaho as a guide. I was amazed by his knowledge and his amusing explanation. It was 2,5 hours and time absolutely flew! And we learned so much! He also gave us a few recommendations for unique bars and restaurants. Highly recommended!Written March 9, 2023

We are fortunate to have had Vlaho as our guide. He is knowledgeable and brings a strong sense of historical pride. We thoroughly enjoyed our tour, and recommend any person interested in details of ‘Old City’ to schedule with “My Dubrovnik Tours”.

We had a fantastic private tour by Tea. As a native to Dubrovnik she was able to provide her personal experience during the the war in the early nineties and well as a very knowledgeable history of Dubrovnik over thousands of years. My husband and I enjoyed the tour immensely and highly recommend her to future travelers looking for a one on one tour of this great city.

The guide is a true local, born and raised in Dubrovnik. He took us to some lovely off the beaten track parts of the Old City while not forgetting to show us the main monuments and sites. His narrative was spot on.

Marvellous overview! Highly recommended! We loved the overall history and places visited. The Old City of Dubrovnik is large and no tour can cover all of it, but this tour covers and the guide gives you a lot of tips what to do and where to go next.

Our tour with Pavo was excellent. He is a very energetic and positive person who did a great job in explaining the complex history of Dubrovnik and showing us the wonderful sites of the city. He was very thoughtful about stopping when necessary and finding shade to stand in instead of the sun.

We spent an amazing afternoon with Vlaho, he was so knowledgable not only about the old City, but also the history of Croatia, which was fascinating to learn about. We spent nearly three hours with Vlaho and the time flew by, his English is perfect and very easy to understand. At the end of the tour my wife and I had learnt a great deal. He also recommended an excellent restaurant just out of town, we cannot praise him highly enough. Many thanks Vlaho!

Our guide, Vlaho, was incredibly knowledgeable about the fascinating history of Dubrovnik and its inhabitants. As a local, he was able to add a number of small details about how people lived, the culture & how the city developed that made the tour interesting. The tour even showed some details of damage from the Balkans war in the 1990’s & how the city has since restored. Vlaho’s insight into local customs made the tour far more personal, as did his friendly, welcoming style. I really enjoyed the tour.

This tour was amazing!!! 10/10! We were spoiled to have Vlaho as our guide. He is by far the most knowledgeable person in Dubrovnik! Our tour included all the major historical sites, the (not touristy) local back streets, as well as the popular game of thrones filming locations. It was truly an honor to have been shown around the city by a true local who grew up in the city. Look no further, this is 100% the tour to book!!!

The private tour we took with Vlaho as our guide was the best activity during our tour in Croatia. Not only was it a great walking tour of the old city of Dubrovnik but Vlaho gave us such valuable information for the continuous of our trip from Dubrovnik to Zagreb. He knows everything and has been everywhere so he can give the best tips and advice. When in Dubrovnik take the tour it's worth the money spent. Thanks again so much!

Vlaho provided a lot of detail we would never have obtained on our own. The tour lasted 3 hours but we walked at a leisurely pace and Vlaho was able to direct us around the crowds to spots where we could comfortably talk and ask questions. Thank you again to Vlaho for his 5 star tour.
