Outstanding experience! Our tour guide Viktor made this tour the highlight of our 10-day trip. He showed us around the fortress and highlights inside the walled city - so much to see in such a short period of time, but he packed a lot into our 2 1/2 hour session! Throughout the tour, he shared the city’s rich history but also provided a lot of insight into understanding Croatia’s strategic priorities leading up to their many historical milestones over centuries. He also provided a lot of information and context about the Croatian culture throughout history and into current times. Viktor was very engaging and has a great sense of humor, which made the tour even more enjoyable. I cannot say enough good things about our time in Dubrovnik! We will be back! Thank you, Viktor!

Our guide Vlaho was excellent - ask for him. He was born in the old city, where sadly only about 500 currently live - it had 5000 inhabitants up until the war in 1997. He showed us things a regular tour guide would not know about. Back alleys that are hard to find and tourists are few. Ask him to show you the ancient graffiti!

On this trip we took eight8 private tours and this was by far the best.

The best tour in town you can go on. Vlaho does a great job telling the history and covering all the major sights. He's a local from the old city which makes a big difference. He tell you all the little secrets that you cannot find in books or on the web. Don't miss when in Dubrovnik!

What a City, it was the most beautiful Old Town I have ever had the pleasure of visiting, it will take around three visits to really take it all in, back alleyways off the main street (Stradun) are a maze of restaurants and shops, do try to find the bar that sits on the outside of the walls, a view to the sunny Adriatic.. amazing!! Do walk the walls, albeit a little expensive but well worth the price, the cable car 🚠 was not operating during our holiday, I believe the view is absolutely superb. Tip... visit the Old Town early because it can become very crowded when the cruise ships 🛳 empty their passengers on to the streets.

Our tour of Dubrovnik's old town was a wonderful trip along an historical timeline narrated by our fantastic guide, Paolo!
Paolo's deep knowledge of his hometown was intensive, and his enthusiasm and passion drew us in on our journey through the streets of this incredible part of the city.
Any questions we had were graciously answered, and Paolo even looked out for our comfort by finding shaded areas for us to pause as we listened to him speak about the amazing sites we were seeing!
This is a great way to introduce yourself to the old town of "Du' brovnik", with Paolo as your guide!

This was an excellent tour through and about the old City of Dubrovnik. Vlaho is such a knowledgable friendly man with an amazing enthusiasm for his home City. To hear his stories of how was one of the few who defended his City during the Homeland Wars siege was amazing and yet shocking. We learnt so much and it was really enjoyable.
