          Great experience
This was a fantastic trip. Kravice waterfall is a tad small compared to the behemoths of Niagara or Gulfoss, but it is really beautiful and well worth the visit (we haven't been to Plitvice yet). Mostar was also amazing with the fantastic stari most the highlight. We had lunch in one of the riverside restaurants with perfect views of the river and the bridge. The tour was well paced by the travel agent - an hour at the waterfall and 3 hours at Mostar, would have liked a bit more time at Mostar, but it was already an 11.5 hr roundtrip from Dubrovnik. The journey was comfortable and not tiring at all. Border crossing was quick as it was the off-season, but we were told it can easily stretch to an hour or more during the summer. Comfort breaks both ways was useful, especially for those travelling with children. Guide Maria was knowledgeable. Sit on the left side of the bus from Dub-Mostar leg as the sea will be on that side and it's a beautiful view too. If you have motion sickness, taking one of those tablets beforehand would be good. Highly recommended overall.

          Wonderful couples tour
Great visit to Kravica falls and then to Moster. The journey is long but with the tour guide Maria, and her knowledge of the history of Croatia and more, she made it a very informative tour. I would highly recommend this tour if you are in Dubrovnik. It is worth the money. Mostar is a beautiful old town with rich history.

Great daytrip to Kravice Waterfall and Mostar
We had Maria and Soria as our tour guides who were excellent. Learnt a lot about the history, economy and the social fabric of the region from them. The schedule was good and the stops were well timed. The day couldn't have been better.

Day trip to Bosnia and Herzegovina
Brilliant day. Pero the driver and Maria the guide were great. Maria was very knowledgeable and gave us lots of tips about food, drink and places to visit. It’s a long day but well worth it and you get to see so much. Booked through Viator and pick up was 2 mins from our hotel. 👍 from us

          Fantastic trip!
Great excursion, picked up directly outside our hotel at 7am in a nice minibus. Journey was smooth and our guide talked us through places to see, and historical events as we drove past. Very informative and friendly. The waterfalls were amazing and people did go for a swim! We had an hour there which was plenty enough. Then we went on to Moster which was picturesque, the guide there was really knowledgable and helpful with lots of information. The Turkish house was a nice little stop off. Moster itself is very cheap, very clean and very photogenic! We arrived back around 6.30pm! Fantastic trip

Don't miss this fabulous day out!
First of all our tour guide Maria, and our driver were both fantastic. We were provided lots of information about the history and economic situations in both Croatia and Bosnia i Herzegovina, and Maria was very willing to answer any questions we had. Our border crossing was very smooth being in a small bus. The first stop was a short rest break, this was great after some time travelling early in the morning. Food and drink are both cheap in B&H but make sure to bring cash with you. Everywhere we went accepted euros despite the currency being marks. The waterfalls were simply stunning (additional €10pp) and the water was incredibly refreshing! Be prepared for steps and slopes down and a long walk back up particularly if it's hot. Mostar was amazing, the guide was fantastic and also gave lots of information about the old town of mostar and pointed us to some fantastic views of the bridge. Maria had recommended some local dishes and wine to try which my husband said were incredible! We ate in a restaurant with a view of the bridge which was lovely. Be prepared to spend a long time on the bus but it's totally worth it for a fabulous day out in B&H (prepare €3pp tourist tax for the border - they didn't tell you this on getyourguide) ,🇧🇦.

          Canceled without proper notification
Our Day Trip was canceled the evening before the scheduled trip due to not having their minimum number of people. They did not even contact me first. I damaged my cellphone earlier in the day and sent a message to confirm my trip the next morning when I returned to the hotel (about 5pm). It was only in their response to my inquiry that they told me it was canceled. They should have known much earlier that they didn't have the minimum number of people and let us know.

Mostar and Waterfalls All Day Tour
Loved the all day excursion into Bosnia and Herzegovina! Our guide, Luca, was phenomenal. I learned so much about the history, culture and people of this country. Mostar was very enjoyable. The food was FANTASTIC! Recommend Urban for the excellent food and views. The waterfalls were lovely. Lots of stairs (over 100) to waterfalls. Wouldn’t recommend for those who are mobility challenged unless you just skip the waterfalls and only do Mostar. Highly recommend this tour.

A must-do day trip from Dubrovnik
We booked this trip as the weather was not warm enough to have a pool day. I am so glad we decided to go to Mostar! We were picked up from our hotel Dubrovnik Palace. Our Bosnian guide on the journey (18 seater super comfortable luxury van) was so knowledgeable and we learnt lots. The landscape is worth seeing so try not to fall asleep despite the 7am start. A local guide showed us the old town of Mostar, the highlight being the bridge. We spent 3 hours in the city and had a couple of hours to wander round and have lunch. Everything is much cheaper than in Croatia and you can have a delicious meal of 2 grilled local trout with potatoes and Swiss chard for €8. We bought lovely ceramics from €2! Local sweets included baklava and Turkish delight. Kravice waterfall on the way back to Dubrovnik is stunning and worth paying the €10 entrance fee. If you can go to Bosnia and help support the local economy whilst getting a glimpse of this beautiful country, you really should take the opportunity. All in all we had a great day out.

          Underwhelmed
Have mixed feelings about our trip to Mostar and the waterfalls. Didn’t really like Mostar. Felt quite forced and rather fake to us and we really hated that from the moment you stepped onto the cobbled streets someone was trying to sell you cheap tat. Whilst some claimed to be hand made the majority was the same stuff you see in all tourist traps. Even the lads jumping off the bridge would not do so until they had been given enough money by the tourists- in the 2 hours we were there they never jumped! But then our local guide ( Jasmine) explained that this is a very poor country / area since the 90’s war ( only time we saw beggars in our trip was in Mostar) so I don’t blame them. Jasmine was a very good guide and I would have liked more time with her. The waterfalls were amazing - definitely the best part of the day. Our guide for the day, Rosa, was not very engaging- she did not invite questions / didn’t really engage with us as a group. The journey back to Dubrovnik (3 hrs) was almost entirely in silence which made it very slow. Overall both of us felt we would have been better to stay in Dubrovnik and see more of the sights there.

A great day exploring Bosnia and Herzegovina
Easy information provided on booking, pickup was on time. Tour guide Rosa was informative and entertaining throughout our day trip providing lots of interesting facts and history surrounding our journey. Driver Zvonimir got us there and back safely and smoothly. Mostar was a beautiful town to visit and the falls were stunning! And also a nice break from the heat of the day. Highly recommended.

Amazing one day trip to Montenegro
One day trip to stunning bay of Kotor in Montenegro was excellent. We visited lovely island Our lady of the Rock and old town of Perast, later with the boat we had 45 minutes tour to Kotor Old town. In Montenegro we had local tour guide Mariana, she was very nice and knowable and very interesting. After visiting Kotor with a guide, we had nice lunch in a old town. Mussels were so delicious. Our tour guide from Croatica to Montenegro was lovely Patricia. I recommend this trip.

Recommended if you want to learn about the region's history + want to escape Old Town Dubrovnik!
I was on the fence about going on a full day trip but really happy I did. I booked 4 days in Dubrovnik before realizing how small the Old Town is and there was nothing really around it. While the thought of riding in a bus for ~4+ hours might seem off putting on vacation, Maria was such an excellent guide and taught us a lot about the history of the countries we were in and the towns we were passing. The waterfalls were beautiful and 1 hour 15 minutes was enough. I was afraid that Mostar would just be a tourist trap but while it has elements of that, it really is a cute city and it's nice to eat some ćevapi, drink some beer, and side by the river, watching people on the bridge. If you're going someone you love, it's great to just look out the window and have the type of conversation you have when you're not in a rush. Overall, since Dubrovnik is kinda like Disneyland, it was refreshing to go through different towns/another country to see what life is actually like in the Balkans. Totally recommended if you have an extra day. We were picked up in front of the Hotel Excelsior at 6:35am and dropped off at about 6:30pm.

Beautiful Scenes - REMEMBER TO TAKE CASH
I booked this experience through a third party vendor as I wanted to go and see Kravica Waterfalls. Before we got there, we arrived in Mostar which was a pleasant surprise. The old town is such a gorgeous bit of history and our tour guide was funny and really knowledgeable. We then went on to Kravica which was breathtaking. I’ve never seen waterfalls in the flesh before but the ability to actually swim in the lake in front was amazing. The reasons this hasn’t got a perfect score though is: - We weren’t warned about the high need for cash. We were warned we’d have to pay the entrance into the waterfalls by cash, but not about the city tax etc. Its no biggy, but we didn’t take much cash out with us as everywhere else has been taking card. (This could’ve been the fault of our third-party vendor however) - OUR BUS DRIVER PLAYED THE SAME CD OVER AND OVER AND OVER AND OVER AND OVER AGAIN FOR THE WHOLE 6 HOURS WE WERE ON THE BUS. Which normally can be okay, but when the CD is only 7 songs max, it can get a little jarring.

My wife and I took the tour to Bay of Kotor, Montenegro from Dubrovnik Hotel. Kotor was beatiful all around. The tour itself and specially the Portuguese lady/ guide were horrible. The breakdown goes like this,
4 +hours on bus, 2 hours at border crossing, 1/2 hour at some shopping center?, 2 hours total at Bay of Kotor. The tour guide lady rips you off for 2 euros each for an entrance fee to old town "Which is really free to get in" so she can go have her mussels lunch on you, and she's very un professional, talks about Yoga and spiritual crap the hole ride.

The trip was extremely nice! I had two passionate tours guides, who shared a lot of interesting facts about the history, geography, cultural and food of both Croatia and Montenegro. The tour is very well organized and punctual, I was picked up at the time I was asked to come - around 7.20 and ended at around 18.30 when I was left in front of my hotel. The time plan is well constructed and you are visiting the cities with both guides and on your own. You have plenty of time to visit both Perast, Kotor and the Lady of Rocks. I would definitely recommend this tour, it was a day full of interesting things to discover!

Overall a great trip. I had a really bad experience with another company that I had originally booked with and read many bad reviews on but this one was great answering questions and keeping me in the loop. The time in both towns was quite rushed but in reflection to be expected given the time frame, you do get to see beautiful places and the boat trip isn’t just to old lady on the rocks but an hour long to Kotor from Perast which was great. Do make sure to take money out in advance, they stop over the boarder but the ATM was broken so we had no euros for Perast and had to wait for Kotor before we could buy anything.

Everyone was friendly and helpful with great information about what to expect on the tour and history of the area.

Activities were well planned with sufficient time for free time, comfort stops for toilets and refreshments. Fascinating scenery and a luxurious coach for the drive to Kotor Bay and Montenegro.

Boat ride was enjoyable and gave a fantastic opportunity to view the entire Kotor Bay. Made me want to plan a separate trip to spend more time in the area.

Will definitely recommend and book more excursions with this company.

Tour was nice, but unfortunately bad weather which made the views unfortunately less nice than hoped for. I would advice you to consider not going on a cloudy day. I think it would have been very pretty on a sunny day. Busdriver and Croatian guide were very friendly and gave some good information. Local guide gave so much information that it was a little hard for me to continue listening. Bus was a very nice airconditionned and clean bus Expect from both Perast and Kotor that they are very much tourist focussed cities.

Nikolina was our guide and she did an incredible job. She was very interesting and interactive with the group and she was able to answer any questions throughout the day. Having the boat part of the tour was nice to break up driving on the bus. It gave a different perspective on the beauty of Montenegro. Overall, this tour is 100% worth doing and Montenegro is a must see!

We joined this tour since it was the only one with boat ride and we loved it!
Weather in Montenegro was just perfect and the scenery was breathtaking. Both guide and the driver were friendly and helpful and very knowledgeable. Transportation was brand new and comfortable. Food in Kotor and local wine were also great and prices were reasonable. I really really recommend this tour!!
