My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the walk through the woods and along the beautiful coast. The swim was wonderful, we did the “cliff diving” it was about a 20 foot jump into the water. After swimming we finished the last leg of the hike ending at a family owned restaurant on the beach where we enjoyed fresh fish cooked over an open flame. Hi highly recommend this tour!

What a wonderful way to spend a day! Once we found our guide we then hopped on a local ferry for a 45 min journey to Kolocep. It's a lovely, small and quiet island with only a few villages. We had a good hike around the back of the island, the insect life was wonderful, we took some trails through forests and above coves. We would have never been able to navigate without a local guide. We ended up at a beautiful isolated cove, unreachable by bigger boat, and we dived in to the beautiful turquoise water. We swam and rock jumped, and then walked back to a sister village to our arrival, and had a fantastic fresh lunch in a family run restaurant. We then walked back on the main route to the ferry pick up point. If you love tranquility, nature, walking and geography, it's a must. We loved it and our guide Mare was very knowledgeable and considerate. A great way to spend some time in Croatia.

We hiked what felt like the entire Kolocep island. It’s definitely more of an intense hike compared to what I expected. Mare was our guide and was awesome. Very well balanced trip in terms of the breaks in our hiking as well as the swimming mid hike that we did. Mare was very knowledgeable and made a few stops to show us good photo spots and tidbits of information.

Just me on this hike and Mare set a slower pace well suited to my lower level of fitness. While certainly a good workout, Mare kept me engaged and able to reach the top! A long steady down hill on rocky steps, opened up to a spectacular setting sun over the old city. Definitely the best way to see Dubrovnik.

We are a couple of experienced hikers from Ireland and were keen to hike while in Croatia on holiday. Having no knowledge or maps we needed a guide and were so lucky to find Hiking Dubrovnik.... a couple of emails had everything sorted and we met Zeljka at 7am yesterday morning. An incredibly professional guide her knowledge and experience were very obvious from the outset and we had an absolutely fantastic morning! Incredibly friendly and always making sure to point out all important parts of the hike up Mount Srd. The history was fascinating, the views over Bosnia and other mountains in Croatia were breathtaking and coming around and down to the Old Town was stunning.... the views of the harbour and the many yachts absolutely beautiful!! We would definitely recommend Hiking Dubrovnik with no hesitation. If we are so lucky to be back in Croatia again we intend to look up Zeljka and hopefully get out of the city and hike some of the higher peaks. Any duration and difficulty level can be catered for and with the heat ( which we are not used to ) it is great to be able to get an early start to avoid the high temperatures. If you are in Dubrovnik for even a couple of days do not miss out on the chance to see the city from above and do something different ... we had hiking boots with us but sturdy trainers might suffice. A moderate level of fitness would be desirable but the hike is done at your pace. All in all this was one of the highlights of our trip ... thanks again Zeljka ❤️

Really was an amazing trip with great walk, lovely guide ,fun swimming stop. And finished at lovely lunch stop an ideal day in Croatia.

I had no climbing experience and my 19 year old son has about 3 months of Boulder gym climbing experience and we both enjoyed ourselves. It was a real adventure.

The guides took us on a rock climbing trip, and it was awesome! My kids and I are not experienced climbers, but the guides took care of everything. They brought all the equipment, taught us what to do, and were very knowledgeable, patient, capable, and fun! They took us to an excellent site that was very peaceful, and the top of the climb was rewarded with beautiful views. Several sport routes available there with different levels of difficulty and challenges. Despite being just outside Dubrovnik, it felt very secluded and our small group had the cliffs to ourselves all morning!

We spent a great day on Kolocep with our friendly and informative guide. Wonderful views, some steep steps though so not for beginners or those with any health issues. We stopped for our lunch in a lovely quiet swimming spot by an old lighthouse. You will need to pack a lunch, drinks, sunscreen and a costume and towel if you want to swim. The trip over on the ferry there and back only took 30 mins but gave a real feeling of distance from the bustle of Dubrovnik. There was an opportunity to buy some locally made goods such as candied peel, liqueurs and natural cosmetics and there is also a bar for drinks whilst you wait for the ferry home. Gruz harbour is about a 10min taxi ride from Dubrovnik and there is a bustling fish and produce market opposite where you catch the ferry in the morning. I would thoroughly recommend the tour.

Rock climbing makes for great views over the city! These sweet ladies know what they are doing and help you reach the top with their enthousiastic encouragement. It also makes for a great workout as you really need your whole body to get there! Highlight of my holiday!

During my holiday with friends i took few trips with Hiking Dubrovnik and left astonished. Such amazing nature to enjoy, hills, cliffs, the sea...ah...not much to say except try it your self. I can tell you, guides know a lot of beautiful places and they took us there. More about guides, girls were very open and fun. We had a lot of jokes and laughs. We were a bunch of friend with a lot of questions, like, whats that and whats this and girls answers it all with a lots of humor. Such a great time...

Me and my uncle wanted to do some climbing whilst on holiday and this company was amazing! Mare and her colleagues were great! They were so friendly and knowledgeable. We always felt safe and considering my uncle had never done top rope climbing and is a bit afraid of heights that’s very impressive. The equipment they use is very good and they ensured we used it safely! For us as boulderers in the UK it was great as they didn’t just give us the chance to do outdoor climbing they actually coached us and I felt I have come away a better climber! The crag they took us to was in a beautiful location and in the shade which was needed as it was still so hot! It had a good variety of routes that would suit the majority of abilities. Our only regret is we didn’t do this earlier in the week as we definitely would have it again! Definitely recommend this experience!

Two of us did rock climbing and it was fantastic. We were picked up and dropped back to our hotel and we had a great morning. Felt really safe and had a good laugh, would definitely recommend this.

The rock climbing was so much fun! It was nice to spend some time on the outskirts of Dubrovnik, away from the busy city - the scenery out there was amazing especially once you’ve done the climb so you can appreciate the views from the top. Our instructors were both friendly - we were three friends with different climbing experiences and they were able to take into account our different abilities. Definitely recommend it!

I definately recomended this, it is very safe and you will have a very nice time in the rock. There are diferents routes with diferent levels of difficulty so it is perfect. They give you all the equipment necessary which is in very good conditions and they organize everything for you. You are in good hands with Mara, trust me. If you want to do something different and exiting in dubrovnik this is for you.
