You get about thirty minutes on two of the islands and nearly three hours on the third. Plenty of low grade drinks, nice enough lunch (fish chicken or veggie). Well organised pick up and drop off from hotels.
Only time for a coffee on the first isle. A rush to sample wine and olive oil on the second, plenty of time on the third island, managed to take in a sad botanical garden ( lots of potential, needs some care and investment), and a delightful sandy beach on the other side of the island, walkable, or accessible via golf cart taxi service.
Nice double decker wooden boat with enough room for 85, pleasant cruise to and from Dubrovnik.
We were charged 300 kunas each for island entry fees, with no receipt or ticket, so not very accountable.

If you enjoy a boat cruise in nice weather then you'll enjoy this trip. The first two islands were really a waste of time as you only get 30-45 mins on each and there's not a lot to see. Would be better to anchor in a quiet bay somewhere and let people swim off the boat.

Lunch was very nice - huge fish and salad - and water/coke and local wine is on "free vend".

On the last island you get about 3 hours and can take a golf buggy (20kn each way) over to a sandy beach. Hiring sun loungers is much cheaper than in Dubrovnik and the sea was not too cold even in May.

This is a great relaxing trip, you visit 3 lovely
Islands on the Dalmatian coast, Lopud is the best Island more to see in the town of Lopud, very historic, also you can either walk or take a golf buggy for 20kn per person to Sunj Beach. The walk will take around 30/40 minutes and it is uphill.
Kolocep and Sipan are the other 2 Islands you stop at, both islands are very quiet, Kolocep is a traffic free island with 1 hotel on the Island. At this stop you get enough time to stroll along the waterfront and take some lovely pictures. Sipan Island is quiet again, the main source of income for this island is fishing. There is a bar you can have a drink at or you can walk along the waterfront so of the churches on the island.

The boat was great, we sailed of Bobara, seating is upstairs and downstairs and the boat holds around 85 people. One tip, take a towel or cushion to sit on as the wooden benches are not the most comfortable. After 8 hours your bum will know about it.
The crew were friendly. Lunch was great, pick from chicken, fish or vegetable, after reading few previous reviews people were complaint the food was cold, it is meant to be a cold dish, you get your pick of Chicken, Fish or Vegetable and it comes with a cold potato salad, cucumber, fresh tomatoes and shredded cold white cabbage. It was a very nice refreshing lunch. Drinks are included in the cost, you can pick from red wine, white wine, iced tea, coke cola, they sell beer at around 20kn per can.
The day was lovely and relaxing and the weather was perfect so this made the trip that much better.
Would definitely recommend this while spending time in Dubrovnik.
We had hotel pick up and drop off which worked really well, drivers were really friendly and chatty.

No nonsense trip; well-organised from pickup at our apartment until the drop-off by the end of the day. Lots of free time at the three islands. Would surely recommend this tour if you just want to have a ‘relax’ day on the Adriatic Sea. Also, of course very nice to go on when you’re staying multiple days in Dubrovnik and you’re looking for a getaway of the crowded city centre.

Lunch was well organised as well as the free drinks (water, sodas and wine) all day long!

Great day at Elafiti Islands! First Koločep, then Šipan and Lopud (we stayed the longest there). Very fun guidance from Ivan!
Marinero agency picked us up in the morning next to Hilton hotel and after everything, they left us at the same place, next to out accomodation. Before every island you get some informations what you can see or visit. Lunch was quite good and big portion enough for the whole trip. You have enough time to go around every island.
Thank you for a nice day!

Excellent experience… The boats were great, very comfortable. You have a wonderful day visiting islands.

The food was poor. We were promised a bbq lunch. I was probably wrong to order chick on a sea vessel but the food was neither barbecued nor warm. My wife ordered the veg option and it was inedible.

I did this cruise with my husband and my young child who are 5 and 1. We had an amazing time. Each island is really different and the scenery is spectacular. The food we had for lunch was absolutely delicious. I’d done a similar boat cruise on another holiday and it was dreadful, so I hesitated booking this one, but it was a truly memorable day for all the right reasons!

The lunch served was amazing! A full plate of homemade salad and delicious grilled veggies with some soft cheese (veggie version).
The captains are very kind and give you some information with every stop. The time on the water is as enjoyable as the time on the islands. Vreat value for money.

I have booked onto many boat trips in various countries and have always enjoyed, however this was not one of the best, as we had a poor experience from start to finish.
When we booked the trip via Viator, the advert stated that the trip 'included hotel pick-up and drop-off within a certain area' and advised that you contact the tour guide to confirm. It also stated that 'exact pick-up times would be advised'. Therefore when we booked the trip, we confirmed at the time of booking the hotel and area we were staying in Cavtat. We did not receive any further communication from them to advise what time we would be collected (other tours we booked via other agencies had contacted us after booking to confirm pick-up times). Therefore a week before travelling, I emailed via Viator to ask for confirmation of pick-up time, and the response I had was basically a 'copy and paste' of what was written on the advert - so we still had no confirmation of whether they would be collecting us from the hotel, and if so, what time.

Therefore, the day before the trip I telephoned the company directly to ask for confirmation - the person I spoke to initially said that we should meet him at the main bus stop in Cavtat at 8.30am, and then he changed his mind and told me he would collect us from the hotel at 8am. On the day of the trip, we were collected in a car at 8am, and taken to the port in Dubrovnik - no other passengers were collected on route. We arrived at the port by 8.30am, and was shown where the boat would be leaving from at 9.45am - so we had to hang around the port for over an hour, with no other communication from them, and no sight of any other customers. The person who collected us told us to go for a coffee and come back later.

We went back to the boat about 9.30am, and was told that there were 2 boats going on the trip, and we could pick which one we wanted. We therefore settled onto one of the boats awaiting the arrival of all other passengers who appeared to have been dropped off in a bus.

The boat trip itself was ok - the boat was completely covered over, so we had no sun on us and therefore with the sea breeze it was quite cold. There were no toilets on the boat either, so we had to wait until we got to the islands. The 'all-inclusive drinks' was just a cool box with 1 bottle of cheap white wine, 1 bottle of red wine and a bottle of lemonade.

We stopped at the first two islands for only 40 minutes each, and therefore had very little time to see anything at all. I feel that the only purpose of stopping at these islands was for them to take us to the beach bars where they no doubt had connections too, knowing that passengers would be forced to buy drinks and use the toilets. Upon departing the second island we were served up our food. My husband had opted for the chicken, which came with salad and bread. However, as a vegetarian I was served a few slices of courgette and onion with a small salad and bread. The vegetables appeared to have been cooked with the meat, and were therefore greasy and as such i could not eat them (thankfully I had the bread to eat). At the third island, we stopped for a few hours, which was nice as we were able to spend time on a sandy beach.

However, our whole day was completely ruined upon arriving back at the port in Dubrovnik. The captain of the boat told us to follow another man to where the transport back to the hotels was parked. Along with everyone else, we followed him to a carpark. He asked each person what hotel they were staying at, and showed each one to various minibuses. However, when it came to us he told us we would have to wait in the carpark for the captain. He then spoke to someone on the telephone before driving off and giving us no further information. A few minutes later the captain arrived, and told us that we had booked hotel pick-up only, and we were not entitled to a hotel drop-off. I advised him that the booking had stated 'pick-up and drop-off' and we were expecting to be dropped off. He then showed me a screen on his phone stating 'see, it is pick up only'. Luckily, before he pulled his phone away from me, I was able to spot that it clearly said 'pick-up and drop-off'. I pointed this out to him, at which point he reluctantly replied 'oh, ok then' and then told me I would have to wait until the minibus returned. However, he was unable to give me any timescales of when this may be. He could see how upset I was at this, and as an alternative he handed me 50kuna and told me that we could catch the public bus back to the hotel. I asked where I could catch the bus from, and he told us that he would arrange for someone to take us to the bus stop, and that the buses run every 15 minutes.

We were then taken to the main bus station and dropped off. We went to the ticket office to book tickets for the bus, only to discover that the total cost from the main bus station was 54kuna (not 50kuna - it is only 50kuna if you catch the bus from within the city itself). Luckily we did have a small amount of money remaining, despite having spent a considerable amount during the day for coffees whilst stranded at the port for an hour whilst waiting in the morning, and also the 100 kuna for sunbeds and umbrellas on the island. The buses ran once per hour (not every 15 minutes as he had claimed). As we had missed the previous bus by only a few minutes we had to wait another hour for the bus, and therefore by the time we arrived back at the hotel we had been out for almost 12 hours without hardly any food!

This excursion could have been really nice, however the appalling customer service and complete lack of regard for our wellbeing in not taking us back to the hotel as we had booked completely ruined it!

Our guide wasn’t very helpful. The only information we’ve been given were things like ‘here is a bar the rest of the island is boring’ or ‘bar here, bar there, there is beach but it’s far and it’s nothing special’. Basically, we didn’t receive any info regarding the islands and we needed to learn about them entirely on our own. If you’re planning to do the same get some info beforehand as in 1h on the first 2 islands you won’t have much time for exploration.

Lunch was very tasty!

On the last island Lopud we’ve been given approximately 3 hours, so we went to explore little further. Both I and my wife heard that we should meet at the boat at 16:45. To not be late we even set up an alarm... We got back circa 16:20 and the boat was gone... with our things on it… They left us on the island! We spent another 1.5h trying to get back to Dubrovnik. In the end, we got our things back - after chasing them two days later when they’re coming back from another trip.

Summarising, the islands are a must see, but if we were to visit them again we would book another company or use public transport (cheaper and you’re not restricted by a boat schedule).
