About the operator
- Frank M00A Grand Day OutThe guide had good recommendations for what to see at each stop, including lunch. He allowed a good amount of time to see everything. The driver was excellent.
- lauradD9456JZ00Beautiful country useless guideThe tour was OK because Montenegro is beautiful but we have the worst guide ever. He not only did not say mostly anything worth remembering but he was incredible boring. He repeted the same thing over and over again like that Montenegro was very small country and that we need to hope that there was not another bus ahead of us at border. Completely dissapointing!!! He did not came with us to any of the stops
- MichelleLuetchford00Montenegro was beautiful but travelling on the coach could have been a better experience. Our trip overall was very good. The guide, Eva was very helpful and organised and everything went smoothly even when we crossed the border where we did not have to wait too long. Super tours were also great with communication on the run up to the trip. Montenegro was beautiful and the time spent in each place was just right. The only negative was with the seating on the bus/coach. The trip was full to capacity and there was a number of people being picked up from various hotels. With there also being a lot of solo passengers who all naturally chose a two seater space on their own, this meant that couples/families and/or groups that were picked up later had to split up and had to spread themselves around the bus/coach where they could find a spare seat which apart from being not as enjoyable , also had its own issues for Eva when having to collect passports and money for visitor taxes at Kotor. It would be far better if Super tours were to allocate seating on booking so that this could be avoided and would make a much more enjoyable trip for everyone especially as this is a trip where you can be on the coach for quite some time.
- blronster9500500Loved this tour!We loved the small group tour in a minivan. Our driver and guide Marion (?) was deeply knowledgeable about local and regional history, and very conversant about world events. We liked the Medejorie stop but really enjoyed Moster. We had the best meal of our entire three week trip at a restaurant Marion recommended called Sadrvan. We had the national plate for two which was a sampling of multiple local dishes, each was fabulous. Can’t go wrong with this tour.
- nevenkop202300The best TourThe best trip ever. The day was unforgettable. My favorite part was the boat ride to the Island of Our Lady od the Rock. The ride cost 10€, but it's worth every cent. Being on an artificial Island made by humans od really something extraordinary, Many thanks to Super Tours and to our guide Iva, I will come back and recommend you to everyone
- susanlew0100Horrible experience! The guide wasn’t the least bit helpful. The bus dropped us far from the final destination (Ploce Gate) with little to no directions. The guide said tour buses were not allowed to return to gate area, which turns out to be a not truthful. As we walked to the gate we were passed by multiple tour busses dropping off the passengers. Shame on TRIPADVISORS for listing SUPER TOURS as recommended clients. I will try to use other services in the future.
- Mai R00Wonderful tripA fantastic full-day trip to Pocitelj, the wonderful Kravice Waterfalls and Mostar. The waterfalls were stunningly beautiful and Mostar was very interesting with a great vibe. Our guide Sandra was friendly, informative and helpful and her recommended restaurant was amazing.
- 355arlenew00Pretty country but a bad tourThis trip had many negatives and few positives. Montenegro is beautiful and a day trip enables a person to see it without renting a car. However, this tour company and tour guide showed minimal interest in the comfort and enjoyment of the guests. They seemed more concerned about saving gas and making things easy for themselves. In the first lovely town, the guide implied the only thing to do was spend 10 Euros on a boat trip to a small island to see a church. She failed to mention that strolling through the town and skipping the boat trip would be delightful. In the city of Kotor, she gave minimal information about how best to enjoy and learn about the city. The air conditioning on the bus was sorely lacking, and there was little response to our repeated requests to help us feel less hot and miserable. The company refused to drop us off at the pick-up point at the Pile gate in Dubrovnik at the end of the trip, claiming that the closure of the Old City gates was the problem. That claim made no sense since the drop-off point was outside the old city, not inside. They clearly did not want to spend the time or gasoline to get us there, and they gave very scant directions about how to walk back to the pick-up point at the Pile gate. We could see other tour buses driving close to the spot that our tour company claimed was inaccessible. Also, they could have done more to arrange one decent restroom stop on a return trip that took 3.5 hours! This was the worst of the many one-day tours that I have taken in my life.
- loxoos00Lovely day on the waterLovely tour with the freedom to roam on the 3 islands as you wish with a great lunch. Really good value for a full day of wonderful views.
- Victoria k00Fantastic trip to a beautiful coast line. Magical.Gorgeous coast line. Romantic town/city. Great guide. So glad we booked it. Well worth a full day out. Go May/September though xx
- Ellie H00Good day outOverall was a great experience driver(Oliver) was very friendly, knew a lot about Bosnia and the history. Really helped make the experience
- joanieshackelfordw00Did not go where we scheduled and it was a private tour of which we paid forWe did not go to where we had planned, Medjugorje and Mostar. Our Driver Mateo said the trip was changed and we will go on our next scheduled trip on 9/29. Trying to talk with domeone is impossible. DO NOT preschedule a tour before arriving. We could have paid 200.00 dollars less. We paid $380.00 for a Private tour and we didn't even get that. The other 4 people in our tour paid $66.00 a piece
- Maps2001462867800See Montenegro’s HighlightsVery educational and beautiful tour of 3 Montenegrin towns. The guide and driver were wonderful, and I enjoyed ever second. Would definitely recommend.
- 594caroler00One day trip to MontenogroCommunication on pick up was great and bus was on time. We saw many beautiful sites. Our guide, Sania, was very knowledgeable and helpful. The time allowed in each city was very good. It would have been nice to be able to stop at a lookout when going around the Bay of Kotor considering its one of the nicest bay in the world. As we were seeted on the left hand side of the bus, we were not even able to take a picture. Also, the seats in the bus were not comfortable.
- L2422EQnickd00The best trip ever. Iva was the best guide ever. She was so informative and helpful. If you ever go please ask for IvaThe whole experience was amazing. Iva and the driver were awesome. Beautiful country. Dimond in the ruff.

The overall experience of seeing Kotor and Persat was good. However the overall cost of the trip in comparison to what you get to see and experience is not worth it in my opinion. 5 hours of the trip is in the car and that’s with short border control delays (don’t go on a weekend, 6 hour border control delays we were told). We went on a Thursday so it was fine. You get to see Persat for 1 hour and Kotor for 3 hours. Lovely places to visit and incredible scenery however not worth the price you’re paying for it. Our driver however was absolutely brilliant, very informative, accommodating and weighted on us hand and foot. Couldn’t recommend highly enough!

My adult daughter and I had the greatest time touring with Nino. I was a bit apprehensive going into it as I’ve heard of other experiences where the drivers were unsafe. With Nino, I felt instantly confident in his driving and ability to shuttle us from place to place safely. He was so attentive and caring about our needs and desires for the trip. He was polite, communicative, prompt, pleasant and most importantly had a lovely sense of humor! We even contacted him for a ride back to the airport! I would highly recommend Nino and I will definitely pass his name on to friends visiting Dubrovnik.

Nino was excellent. He was warm, knowledgeable and professional. He took care of all our needs and gave us so much information and accommodated our needs and requests. If you are considering a private guide for day trip to Montenegro, I would highly recommend Nino. And by the way, the place is incredibly beautiful.

We had a really nice day visiting Perast, Kotor and Budva. You don’t have enough time in any of the locations, but that can’t be helped. It is a 12 hour day already. The border crossing was relatively easy as we were all vaccinated, otherwise you have to have a Covid test. Dana (sp) was an excellent driver and tour guide!

My wife and I were in Croatia for a cruise and spent a couple extra days in Dubrovnik. We decided that it would be fun to take the private day tour to Montenegro. It was a very good use of a day to see the three towns on the tour and get a flavor for Montenegro. Nino was an exceptional guide, was very friendly, and was very knowledgeable about the history and general information about Montenegro. We recommend this tour. Spend the extra money to do it as a private engagement. It’s a better way to spend the day. The only downside is the border crossings which are an unfortunate time consuming aspect of the trip. Otherwise a very enjoyable day.

We had a private tour and it was a splendid tour. The journey from Dubrovnik to Kotor was interesting and beautiful scenery along the way. My family loved the tour because we were able to spend a lovely time to have some coffee breaks at the Bay of Kotor and a good seafood lunch in Budva.

This was a fantastic day trip - rain or shine! Whilst we loved each city, our tour guide, Nino, was our favorite part. Nino was extremely kind, accommodating and fun. It was great to go at our own pace and stay longer in places we enjoyed the most. Overall an ideal day trip, highly recommend!

An excellent day from start to finish. Picked up from our hotel by Eva who was charming, friendly and very knowledgeable. The trip was well planned with options and advice along the way. One of the advantages of the private trip is the shorter queue at the border. Montenegro was stunning. I would definitely look to book more trips this way

A fun day in the hands of a skilled driver and guide who is easy going and interesting. Beautiful sights around the entire Bay, including the intriguing Our Lady of the Rocks. Nice introduction to Montenegro. The guide even went above and beyond with extras tailored to my interests and needs. Enjoy the time in this unique country.

We went in the off season. Crossing the border was a matter of minutes. Or guide, Ivan, was excellent and very knowledgable.
The boats in Perast were not running in December, but it was still a cute town. We had a great time exploring the somewhat tumbledown fort in Kotor, and would have been happy spending a whole day there. Budvah was nice too.
Highly recommend.

Hi, apart from the price, what are the differences between the private day tour and the full day tour to Montenegro from Dubrovnik? Many thanks.

Hi, we are from US and will visit Dubrovnik for a few days. If we go to Montenegro, do we need to get PCR 72 hours before arrival? We are fully vaccinated.
Thank you

How do we know if we need a visa? From United States and have passport.

That is right you do not need a visa just a passport and it’s easy to get through the border just avoid commute times.

Hi, we are staying at an Air BnB on Blatska ulica. Can we be picked up from there? If not, what is the closest hotel? We will meet you there. Please let me know. Thank you.

Don't think it matters if it's a private tour. You should be able to arrange for pick up wherever. We did.

GM. It’s a great tour but there are a lot of outdoor activities. I honestly would not recommend it if it rains. It’s also a long drive. Safe travels.
