Our guide/driver ,Igor, arrived right on time and ready for us. He brought bottles of water and coffee for us. The van was very clean and fit our needs well Although Igor seemed quite shy......... Actually, Igor was very friendly and always explaining what we were looking at and any history involved. He really went out of his way to ensure we were comfortable and satisfied with his services. He was very professional, but with a personal side, which we very much appreciated and respected. We always felt safe and looked after, while we were with Igor. We had another day trip planned with a different guide/driver, and although that driver was good, we would have really loved to have had Igor again, as our guide. His knowledge, service and personal approach, made our day....... Thank you Igor, and it was a real pleasure getting to know you.

We had a customized tour with Igor. Our trip was hindered by unexpected rains and floods. One of our whole day tour was completely washed out. Igor immediately came up with different and more interesting options so that our day was not wasted. He rerouted our itinerary and added stops that we would enjoy. He is well informed about the history of the countries we were visiting. He tried to be impartial about the conflicts in the area. There were topics that we didn't agree on but we were able to express different views without getting upset. He also has a great sense of humor. A person in our group had an unexpected health setback. Igor went above and beyond call of duty. He was very caring and patient. I would highly recommend asking for Igor if you book a trip with Four Seasons. You will thoroughly enjoy it.

Igor was a reliable, timely, awesome and safe driver. Quite the character, with so many fun stories and recommendations to share. He even went out of his way to help us get forgotten clothing in Bosnia delivered to our guesthouse in Split! 10/10 recommend.

My wife and I were part of a group of four couples who did a 12-day Croatian trip in late September extending into the first part of October - all organized and orchestrated by Four Seasons guide service. There aren't enough superlatives to fully describe the quality of our custom-built experience. Our time was spent in both Split and Dubrovnik, a couple of days each book-ending a full week of island exploration and water fun around the Adriatic islands of Solta, Brac, Hvar, Vis and others. Marko was our main guide - just a wonderful person; professional; friendly; enthusiastic; engaging; the whole package. We also had some time with the Four Seasons owner, Karolina (also Marko's mother), as well as with the large character of Igor. The guides they found for our walking tours of both Split and Dubrovnik were many cuts above. Tourists come and go - but, clearly, the best guides value their relationship with Four Seasons. The food we ate (and wine we consumed) at countless distinctive restaurants (many in quiet bays where we anchored for the night; and where the restaurant was accessible only by dinghy) was unforgettable. The activities they arranged (with input and guidance from the leader of our group) were all close to perfect - from running a river outside of Split to bicycling on Vis to a couple of mid-day winery tours and tastings to much more. And they catamaran they secured (along with a superb skipper, Ivan) was just perfect and right-sized for our group. We had asked for a kayak and a couple of stand-up paddleboards so, of course, the boat was outfitted with them. It seemed that every need and every request, minor or more substantial, was taken care of with ease. There are not enough good things to be said about Marko and the entire Four Seasons operation. Whether you're looking for a day-long tour or a 12-day expedition, you can't go wrong here. And if you want it to be a physically active experience, that is even more true. I returned from Croatia a month ago and I am still glowing from the experience. I don't normally travel in groups but Four Seasons changed my mind about that. We were in Marko's capable hands from beginning to end of a 2 wk trip. Four Seasons planned a perfect balance of activities – sailing the Adriatic, city sights, river rafting, mountain biking, wine tasting and endless incredible meals at every turn. I am inspired and impressed by the people, sights and experiences because of the heartfelt care and attention to detail of Four Seasons. We got to know Marko and his crew personally, which is what makes a great tour experience extra memorable. I've travelled a lot and there are still so many places to go, but I am definitely going back to Croatia and when I do, I'm calling Four Seasons.

We booked Four Seasons to be our guide in Croatia for our two weeks holiday. The trip included: Split - Plitvice Lakes - Ston - Dubrovnik - Kravice Waterfalls and Mostar. After a long-anticipated holiday that kept getting pushed back due to travel restrictions and work, Marko was super quick and responsive to update our travel arrangements. Upon arriving in Croatia, we were lucky to have met with Igor - our driver - on the first day. Igor gave comprehensive information and took the initiative to add extra sightseeing spots and service that wasn't part of the itinerary. He was so knowledgeable, and we enjoyed our time with him. Throughout our whole trip, Marko was reachable at all times. During the days we wanted to relax on our own, we asked his recommendations for places to eat and beaches, and he was always fast to reply! We loved Marko's food recommendations, and he was always friendly and arranged things to go smoothly. Thank you, Four Seasons, for your incredible service. We were happy with how you handled everything with care, including the urgent request to go on a day trip to Bosnia on our last days.

We booked a trip to Croatia with Four Seasons for a two-week catamaran and city experience this October - and it was amazing!! Marko and team were excellent - literally the best guides and service I've used anywhere in the world - and I've traveled a lot! We initially we scheduled to go last spring, but COVID interrupted our trip and Four Seasons was incredibly understanding, flexible and respectful of our cancellation/delay. We managed to get the trip rebooked this fall and their COVID precautions and attention to detail were outstanding. Marko and team were especially good in responding to our needs and abilities while on the trip, changing and adapting the itinerary along the way. Marko speaks flawless English and his entire staff are fun, smart and worldly. We ate at incredible restaurants and out-of-the-way places you would never find on your own - and they had deep and personal relationships with restaurant staff, city guides and nearly everyone we met along the way. I can't recommend them highly enough and will be using them again in the near future. You can't go wrong with the Four Seasons team!

I decided to first work with Marko and Four Seasons to plan my trip to Croatia. Marko was very accommodating and helpful in planning our itinerary. When we arrived to Croatia, we had the pleasure of meeting Igor. Igor was our driver/tour guide for 10 days. He was always so professional and exceedingly knowledgeable about all of Croatia. He was very flexible when there was a change in our itinerary and also gave great recommendations on where to go and what to eat - giving great local advice! He was also always on time. Igor definitely made our trip special and a memorable one. It was a pleasure to have him around during our trip. We can’t thank him enough. I would recommend Igor and Four seasons to anyone and everyone. They will not disappoint . I hope to work with them again in the future!

We had a family vacation in Croatia during Sept 2021. We used Four Seasons travel to arrange our trip. I have to say that we had a FANTASTIC experience with Four Seasons travel. They were attentive to all our requests, polite, professional but also fun and resourceful. This review is long overdue! We visited Croatia in May of 2019 for our annual wedding Anniversary trip. We used Four Seasons to plan our 7 day tour of Croatia in which we visited Hvar, Split and Dubrovnik. Four Seasons arranged EVERY detail of our trip - transportation, hotel reservations, excursions and even several meals! We were fortunate enough to have Igor as our guide and driver, and he was AMAZING. From the moment he picked us up at the airport, we knew we were in for a treat. Igor took such great care of us throughout our trip and he was such a pleasant addition to our trip. Some highlights of the amazing service we experienced with Four Seasons: - private dinner arranged for our anniversary at a winery - private transportation to all of our destinations in Mercedes vans - arranged meals and reservations at restaurants (we loved every suggestion, some of the best food ever)! - arranged all excursions and even ferry tickets I am a corporate event planner that has planned events all over the world. This was the first time I let go of the reigns and used a travel agency to plan our vacation --- and it was the BEST decision ever. Four Seasons made it so easy that all we had to do was get on the plane and once we landed they took it from there. I cannot suggest this company enough, thank you Igor and team for an amazing experience!

I had the pleasure of being looked after by Karolina for a two-day visit. From the moment we were picked up to the moment we were dropped back at the airport, we were looked after so well and nothing was too much trouble. The excursions were very well planned and enjoyable; our vehicle was very comfortable and the suggestions for places to eat were excellent. I can’t praise Karolina and her team enough - I would thoroughly recommend them.

Earlier this month, my family and I took a private tour of both Slovenia and Croatia with Marko through Four Seasons. I have to say the level of professionalism and timeliness and willingness to customize our itinerary to suit our family’s wishes for the trip was very much appreciated. Due to the bankruptcy of Adria airways and subsequent flight cancelations, we unfortunately were forced with last minute changes to the itinerary, but Marko remained very calm, positive and accommodating with this change, and we were still able to accomplish most of our trip’s original goals! He was a great driver, very friendly, and provided recommendations for stuff to do in each town we stopped in, and wouldn’t hesitate to rebook and recommend an upcoming tour of the region with Four Seasons again! Igor drove us a few times on our recent visit to Split. We appreciated his punctuality, immaculate vehicle, friendliness and local knowledge. Our transfer to the port included being dropped right by the correct Catamaran which was very helpful as it’s a confusing place. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Igor was amazing and we are so grateful he was our introduction to Croatia (he just happens to be a tall, handsome former military man) thats just a side note. Igor picked up my husband, our two kids and me at the Split airport. During the drive we asked him questions about Croatia and all the surrounding countries. He is incredibly knowledgable and informative and just very likable. We should have paid extra for the tour! We asked him for his favorite dishes and restauarnt recommendations. He blew it out of the park and followed up with help getting the reservations and several special requests from us. Marko drove us to the restaurant (which was insane by the way and our favorite dinner on our three week trip) and was equally informative. We loved his young perspective on where to go in Hvar and Dubrovnik. If you are traveling anywhere in these areas or actually anywhere in the region I would check in with Four Seasons because they just know where to go and what to do! Marko sent us recommendations for Hvar and he hasn't disappointed. I just wished we had known about Igor and Marko before the trip!!! Good luck and for what its worth you have my word Igor and Marko will hook you up!! I would have booked our entire trip through them!
