A friend and I were walking around the city of Split looking for tour operators and we decided on booking through Kaleta tours. Mislena assisted us that day and she was super helpful and very kind. She was patient with us as we asked questions even though it was close to closing time. We had a great time in and around Split and hope to go back one day!

My friend and I hired bikes off Kaleta Tours and we were very lucky to have Mislena, she was very helpful in pointing spots out for us around Split that we also hired bikes off her again the next day, we even went and visited her the day after in the afternoon to see her because she was so helpful to us, thank you for making split an enjoyable experience Harry

Mislena helped us in such a nice way. The bikes where good and in great condition. The path we took around the peninsula was really nice. The boat tour (blue lagoon)we took the next day was incredibly beautiful, fun and the food was great (mackerel from the grill) an absolute must when in Split. Thanks again Mislena & Kaleta tours!

Mislena served with enthusiastic, passionate attitude, she is very inspiring and improvised extra tips without me even asking, it's like one receives extra bonus by booking through her. Mislena who runs this place is probably the nicest person in Croatia! So helpful as well. We had planned a boattour but we couldnt go because of rain. Mislena found other stuff for us to do, and we could text her at any time to plan and make arrangements. Great service, lovely girl and just all around a great experiance! I met Mislena on our first day of arrival We had a problem communicating the owner of the property that we are staying and she was kind enough to call the owner .She knows all the tours and surroundings and she can suggest you different type of activities that suits your taste and travel style She can organize lots of different activities and give alternative ideas about what to do . it is obvious that she loves Split and her job I would definitely recommend using Kaleta Tours in Split! 😎

I bumped into this place as I was lost in Split old town centre looking for my Hostel, my taxi driver dumped me 300mtrs away from my hotel and gave me the wrong directions. I called the hotel number but nobody answered. A girl called Mislena who was working in the shop went out of her way to find my Hostel and got in touch with the owner who came to get me otherwise I was going to be sleeping on a bench! thank you so much Mislena.

Mislena exceeded our expectations when we recently checked in to our accommodation at the Kaleta tourist agency. She was extremely helpful and provided excellent service. She walked with us to the apartment and explained all we needed to know about the apartment Belvedere. The private transfer this agency organized to take us from Split to Plitvice Lakes was also excellent. Antonio, our driver, drove very safely in a very comfortable, new van. I highly recommend these services if you are in Split.

My wife and I arrived yesterday morning, inquiring about renting bicycles for part of the day. Ivo was extremely helpful in fitting the bikes, giving us good instructions of places to visit and directions to take. The bikes were in good condition...good brakes, good gearing, and well maintained. Ivo was very gracious and took as much time as needed as we tend to ask lots of questions. We retuned the bikes and Mislena checked us in. She was just as nice and friendly as Ivo; very helpful and we enjoyed some conversation with her. We'll be back to Split in the near future...and will rent here again. Thank you Ivo and Mislena. We had the perfect outing.
