      Not a very good experience.
They changed the pickup point the night before the trip. I checked the tour because the pickup point was close to my accommodation, and it was only 8 min. If it was too far, I would not have signed up. I had to walk 25 min . Because they started late, I had to wait 2 hours to see the Blue cave, just to see the cave for 5 min. However, the boat ride was pleasant and the crew was nice.

They cancel 20 hours before the trip.
Very bad experience . They canceled the trip 20 hours before without giving any reasons. When we called, even no any apology. Since season, it is impossible to book another trip one day before, we have to leave Croatia without a boat tour, which is such a pity.

Beautiful places and lots of fun!
We had a blast! The boat had plenty of room and wasn’t overcrowded. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Every place we stopped was unique and worth seeing. There was a mix of couples, families, and friends and the staff was very family friendly, engaged, and always on time. Highly recommend!!

We never made it to the cruise - they left without us
We were explicitly told that we were supposed to meet at 8 am. We arrived at the designated time, at the designated meeting point and no one was there. When I called I was told that the boat had left and they had notified everyone going on the cruise to be there 15 minutes early. A/ I didn't receive any notification whether email, text or phone call and B/ the tickets I bought said "8 am" as the departure time. When I called the number I was given, the person was not understanding, not cooperative and denied any responsibility. I cannot recommend this luxury tour which I paid 250 EUR. I hope I can get reimbursed.

      Excellent Tour With Kristian!
Exactly two Sundays ago I went on an AMAZING day trip to the Blue Cave with Hello Blue Cave. We made stops at Stiniva Bay, Blue Lagoon etc as well. The real highlight for me was the Blue Cave and Hvar Island. The tour was well organised and I was well looked after by Kristian who was excellent from start to finish. I would highly recommend booking this tour when visiting Split as you won’t be disappointed.

      Easy going island hopping tour
We had an excellent day island hopping. The tour had 12 people which honestly didn’t feel packed in the boat. Our captain was mindful of our time and went to Vis harbor first for coffee and pastries because we had left slightly late waiting on people. Which meant we were the only tour going through the Blue Cave and had a great view. The music played honestly amazing, everything from Drake, the Beatles, country and Bob Marley. Stiniva cove was beautiful and worth the swim, wish we had water proof cases so we could’ve taken photos. The blue lagoon was beautiful but cold. Lunch at Milna was perfect. We stopped at a local restaurant with a perfect view right off the beach. Hvar was underwhelming but we didn’t stay there long. The day was long but didn’t feel overwhelming or rushed. Would definitely recommend!

      Good tour.But with another company.
I booked for deluxe luxury tour trip with Hello Blue Cave tours. But they send me with Sea You.hr tours. It was fun and wonderful trip, alhough it was a deluxe speed boat and gives back and neck problems for those who already have problems, since the boat shakes due to it being a speedboat. Regardless, the boat is luxurious and comfortable and the crew and passengers were very great. Anita regularly checked up on me and made sure I was okay since I was not well. Good team and fun day out. Would recommend them.

      Blue cave + islands
Traveled with them at one-day-trip to the Blue cave and few islands near Split. Our company consisted of 3 adults and a child of 6 years old. In total there were 12 people on the boat. Everything was fine. I would recommend you to see these places. The cave is the real natural wonder.

      Perfect!
We took this trip with my mum, who is walking impaired. She is not in a wheel chair, but her mobility is not great. I contacted numerous vendors to see if anyone would take someone who didnt walk well, and everybody said no. Except Hello Blue Caves. Hello Blue Caves sent me pictures of the boat, and ensured me that the crew would take good care of her. That was an understatement. Our crew of Jure and Lucija where amazing. Nothing was too much trouble, they went out of their way to ensure that my mum was comfortable, and well taken care of. Cannot thank them enough. We all had a memorable and extremely enjoyable trip, thanks to the wonderful crew.

      FRAUD
We have rent this luxury boat and the best surprise when we arrive to the meeting point they brought as apart and gave another boat. A zodiac When we asked for the reasons a very disgusting girl from adriatic tours ( nothing to do with our booking) with very bad manners treat us a rubbish That s how we felt The money is not the problem, but if you book something particular like a luxury boat having a day hopping from island to island and you re now in front of the desk under a justice sun over 35 degree That s not a cool situation So please book another company to spend one of your days in split.

      A great day out
Just returned from this trip via speed boat to Trogir and the Blue Lagoon. The half day trip offers a good activity for those with minimal time and who want a smaller group experience. Frankie the skipper was friendly and piloted the boat well. He encouraged us to enjoy ourselves and play our own music over the Bluetooth system. The Blue Lagoon although a bit touristy and boat filled it was gorgeous and offered amazing respite from a hot day. There is a bar which has a nice vibe. The great thing about going on a speed boat is that the journey back, when you are sunkissed and tired is so quick and exhilarating. Definitely recommend this tour as an alternate to a whole day event.

Did this as part of a SAGA cruise. The visit only takes a few minutes but is well worth it. Ticketing and queuing is well organised.

      Great day
Nice trip. Glad we chose to pay slightly more, as our boat covered us from the sun from above (unlike the water taxis) and had more room to move around. The captain and his first mate were two nice young guys who seemed to enjoy their jobs. Blue cave was awesome. The beach/bay that we stopped at for swimming was, according to the captain, better and less crowded. We were impressed. Apparently the standard place for a bay/beach stop is more scenic but tends to get horribly crowded with boats, and so the beauty is lost to visitors. On Hvar, I would recommend either packing a lunch or grabbing a lunch to go, as although the time allocated was ample, we found that we wasted ours in a restaurant.

      Great fun!
The tour was really fun and well organised. The skipper and the guide were great people and made the experience all the more better. Would definitely recommend to anyone considering this tour! You have a fair amount of time at each stop and get a great time to swim/snorkel. The only downside is that customer service (the number provided when booked - not the people with you during the tour) was really poor. She was quite rude over the phone and impatient when directing us to the boat. But overall the tour experience was amazing and great fun!

      Great Trip!
My family went on the Luxury Boat tour. Once I saw the difference in rubber boat vs Luxury Boat, I quickly realized the extra €6 was totally worth it! Our boat left from Split and headed straight to the Blue Cave. Once we arrived we had about a 30 minute wait, enough time to get a quick snack and use the restrooms. The trip to the Blue Cave was fantastic and totally worth it! After the Blue Cave, we stopped for another break on Vis. We also went swimming in the Blue Lagoon. The water was a bit cold, but we had a lot of fun. The boat provided snorkel masks and pool noodles for our 6-year-old as well. After swimming we had lunch in Mina, Hvar and then went on to Hvar Town before going back to Split. It was a long, but memorable day. Would definitely recommend Hello Blue Cave Tour Company! And we can’t wait to go back to Croatia!

At first they mentioned we have 5 islands to go to including the blue cave.
They instead told us blue cave was closed so we will go later to green cave which was also closed.

In Hvar we were supposed to go to Milna and the captian saif i cannot dock so we will go to have lunch break instead in Hvar itself.

In the end our leaving time was supposed to be 16:45, once we regrouped at that time they said the boat need more 20 minutes. After waiting we have to wait 45 more minutes because the boat broke down, which in the end took them another 70 minutes to get another random boat.

We ended up waiting 1.5 hours in the sun with poor customer experience handling, and when we finally got back they sorry “there is nothing much we can do about it, it happens”

I rarely write bad reviews but this is my first one and hopefully the last one.

We are a family of four, joined the "Blue Cave tour with luxury boat" this morning and I'd say this is definitely the worst decision I've made.
We were told by a staff after we've paid and boarded the boat, " we've got a notice for you guys, the blue cave is currently closed due to bad weather so we might not be able to go in but we'll see if it's possible to get in at a later time".

Apparently the touring agencies get calls from the staff who works for the Blue Cave every day early in the morning, so they intentionally hide it from us and only tell us about this after they took our money ( the tour costs 125 euros per head and we are a family of four).
I have a friend who joined a tour with another touring company last week and the same happened ( the cave was closed due to bad weather), but their touring agency was upfront and told them beforehand, and even agreed to refund in full as they understood most of the tourists come all the way for / join private tours just because of the blue cave.

So after being told that we might not be able to go in, the staff from "hello blue cave" told us they will wait around the blue cave and see if it's possible to get in in the afternoon.

They ended up dropped us off on Pakleni island for an hour ( free time) and when we boarded again, the so called "captain" told us he just called and it's definitely not possible to go into the blue cave today.

It's all lies as I approached a taxi boat company on the Pakleni island during our free time, and asked if it's possible to go in today (as they also sell tickets for the blue cave), the person in charge told us they received call early in the morning, it's for sure not possible to get in for the entire day and so he suggested an alternative " green cave".

I explained to the staff from "hello blue cave" that we all came for the blue cave and most of us joined the tour because of it. She( a blonde lady) was really rude and argued that the main point of this tour is not about blue cave.... This is really ironic as the company is named as "hello blue cave" and you advertise your tours online highlighting and making the visit to the blue cave a focus.

On the way back from Hvar to Split, the staff were so unprofessional and rude, when most of the customers were trying to get some rest on the boat that they turned on loud music they like and they were just singing along loudly and enjoying themselves without even showing some respect to the exhausted customers.

I understand that it's beyond their control as to the bad weather and I am not putting the blame on them ( it's Mother Nature). The fact that they intentionally hid it (the fact that you won't be able to visit the blue cave) from us so to induce us to continue with the tour made us sick!!
As tourists, we travelled all the way and paid such huge sum of money hoping for some great experiences. But in return, we got nothing from what we've expected. To be frank, it's not about the money paid/ spent, in stead it's about the way how they treated us ( no respect at all).

They are a SKETCHY and UNPROFESSIONAL company who only care about your money.I you don't want to be let down and wish to have a better experience, I would suggest to look elsewhere even if you have to pay a higher price.

My friend and I booked this trip a day before we went. We were told it was going to be a nice ride to the following places: the blue cave, the blue lagoon, hvar, the islands that look like a squiggly line, and A beach thats voted the third best beach the world. When we arrived the morning, they told us the blue cave was closed which is the main reason we booked the trip. We come to find out that the blue cave is closed because of the high wind which also made the water extremely choppy. Therefore the boat ride was us holding on for lives, it was extremely extremely dangerous. Also the boat driver told us that the water is like this every three days so cave is usually closed every three days. He also told us they know that the cave is going to be closed days before but they still book trips. We not only didn’t do the blue cave but neither the blue lagoon, the islands that look like a squiggly line, and the beach thats voted the third best beach the world. We paid 100€ each for a trip we didn’t receive. After we got back we talked to one of the bookers and she was nice and called the woman in charge who was extremely unprofessional. The woman said that she doesn’t do refunds and said she doesn’t care if we enjoyed it and then hung up and blocked the number. This was the most poorly run company I’ve ever dealt with. Please don’t use this company if you’re going to do a tour. And make sure the water will be nice the day you’re going because if not, you wont get what you paid for.

Dear Perliing, I am sorry, but I think you have booked with another company, because our price for blue cave tour is 125 € or 119€ for several years now. We are sorry you did not enjoy with another company. A few words about Hello Blue Cave team: Our longtime staff like Jure, Marin, Lucija, Frankie and Ivan are highly capable individuals that do their job with a lot of care and responsibility. We are also recruiting new experienced members to take part of our team. The company itself is among the first in this area that has organized the blue cave tour, and with so many years of experience in mind, we can guarantee that the level of our service is far above the level you are describing in your review. A few words about OUR Blue Cave Tour: Our number one priority is: GUESTS SAFETY! Regarding that fact, if the cave is closed for admittance, it is ONLY because of the safety reasons caused by bad sea conditions- nothing else. Now we know WHY the cave gets closed, so let's explain WHY we can not always predict WHEN will it be closed. The entrance is very narrow and it is on the south side of the island - hence it's sensitive to the south winds, causing swells and tides that block the entrance. It doesn't matter if it's RAINY or SUNNY, and there's no obvious rule of thumb regarding wind force.

As it happened the day was one of glorious sunshine & that made the trip really enjoyable. The team of Martina & Jure was very good at what they were doing & kept us entertained apart from going about their jobs. The boat was good except for the toilet, which was out of order, & from other reports one can see, has been for quite some time.
On the whole a fun day out at sea with great sights to take in.

Best decision you can make if you want to visit the surrounding islands/caves/lagoons around Split. What makes this trip amazing is that it’s a small vessel (we were 8 people) and there is no set schedule. Our captain was Marin and he was AMAZING. He made everyone feel very welcome and could handle the boat perfectly even with the rough seas we had. The good thing of this company is that by not having a set schedule they can adapt at the moment depending on the seas. We were suppose to go to the Blue Cave and Green Cave but bc the seas were very rough they didn’t open them so instead of waiting around our captain decided to go to Blue Lagoon and we were able to have the whole area to ourselves, we were then able to go to another beach and then this little island that had some cliff diving. This trip also gives you more than enough opportunity to swim in the clear waters or if you prefer to tan you can do that on board as well. Overall, you can’t go wrong with this company and especially captain Marin.

What a wonderful day and adventure. Marin was our skipper and we set off on the tour with possibility of thunderstorm in the afternoon. Not only Marin gave us the best time of our life with many beautiful visits, he calmly navigate the storm while having a hell of a good time with us. Thank you Marin!!!

What an amazing adventure and they made sure we didnt wait at any of the stops as they planned and phoned ahead.
Very informative about the history of all the places as well!!

Highly recommended and worth the little extra taking their first class boat which has amazing seats and is half enclosed for extra comfort.

    It was great!
Our guide Marin was awesome, he even showed us two more targets than specified, made a reservation for us in an excellent restaurant which was typically croatian, he had good knowledge of the visited spots and spoke good english so everyone could understand. Marin actually stoped the boat so that we could see some dolphins.

The boat was really cool, we could take our swim and very easily get back on the boat with a leader in the back.

We are totally inpressed and had a very nice day!

We recommend this tour and Hello Blue Cave!!!

    Thank you very much.
