A must do experience when visiting Croatia
This tour was a fabulous experience. The lakes are truly amazing, it’s a stunning park to visit. Our guide was very informative and he was very knowledgable of the lakes and the park. The drive to and from was really comfortable and it was nice to be able to see the countryside.

      Don't Miss Plitvace
This is a gorgeous green huge national park with many lakes of many colors. Walking through the park and continuously hearing the water was divine. Our guides, Mia and Sanja, were knowledgeable, helpful, and clearly let us know what to expect all along the way.

      Long bus ride. Great park
The park and the falls are amazing and worth a visit. This adventure required 3+ hours on a bus to and from the park which was a bit much. I’d recommend trying to find a way to spend the night locally to break up the trip

      Stunning waterfalls with magnificent views
The Park is absolutely stunning and the views of the waterfalls incredible. Lots of walking though so wear the correct clothing. Lunch (not included) was really very good too. The tour operator was very helpful with the pick up point which was a bonus.

The park is an must!Excellent tour and tour guide. The tour guide was informative and friendly. Unfortunately I cannot remember his name but like he said to us during the tour “you are amazing “.The weather was beautiful even with some rain. Take an umbrella or poncho . Get ready for the beautiful walk around the upper and lower lakes. The restaurant food was incredible good and service impecable. I high recommend this tour and your company!

Perfect day at Krka and Trogir
The views we're absolutely amazing. We also spent just enough time at each stop, so we didn't have to hurry and the overall trip didn't feel too long either. Would highly recommend this tour!

      Krka Waterfall day trip.
Fabulous trip made perfect by our tour guide Elena. She was able to communicate the whole experience in English , I have to commend her as not her first language & she did it all with a great amount of humour too , keeping us informed & entertained throughout.. Trogir is a beautiful town, the Venice of Croatia , our first stop , then onto the national park & beautiful woodland trail to the stunning Krka waterfall. If this wasn’t enough we then had a leisurely boat journey down the river of the park to Skradin where we had free time to swim at the small beach area before returning to Split. Perfect end to a perfect day , throughly recommend.

Even though we were unable to get to see the Blue Cave we had a super day Domi our captain was a genuinely lovely guy, good sense of humour and great knowledge of Croatian history. We had a good boat of lovely people from the US and Australia and had a memorable day

      Excellent tour
Although it is a long day it was absolutely worth it. Our tour was exactly on time and we had an outstanding guide and driver. The area is beautiful with crystal clear lakes in a variety of blues, lovely waterfalls and a good walk, not too strenuous. Would highly recommend this trip.

      Worth a visit
It was a nice day out seeing a part of the world which was unknown to us. The guide was very informative in both her history and where and when to be.

      Absolutely outstanding tour
We had the most amazing day travelling to different islands for swimming, snorkelling and exploring. Havr was a definite favourite and we walked up to the fort to get a beautiful view of the island. Dora was our tour guide and Nino was our skipper. Both were excellent in providing information, getting us there quickly and getting everyone on and off the boat. They worked so well as a team. I would highly recommend this tour to others!!

      Krka NP tour
A trip well worth taking. Krka NP is absolutely stunning and both Trogir and Skradin are picturesque little towns. Bus driver Andrija got us to all locations fast and safely. Our guide Elena gave us a lot of interesting information and led us through the towns and park at the right pace and gave us plenty of time to ourselves too. With the sun shining all day, it was the perfect day out.

We took the trip with Andrew and Helena and it was so much fun. We thought we would only get transportation from/to the lakes, but in practice we had an actual tour. Helena had so many interesting insights on the road not only about Split and Plitvice Lakes but also on Croatian history and culture. When we got there, we stayed with the group and Helena took us through all the main spots within just 4 hours and made a few more interesting remarks about the park. Very good deal! The only disappointing thing was that we paid the agency full price for the single tickets, but when we received the tickets we saw that they had actually purchased group tickets which are about EUR6 cheaper per person. The trip has still a very good cost-benefit for the reasons mentioned above, but we felt a bit betrayed that they said they would just buy the tickets on our behalf, but in practice charged us more than what they payed, embedding hidden fees. I would have appreciated more transparency from them. I would still 100% recommend the trip though.

Very late start to the tour and confusing meeting point - we found it but no guide was in sight until 15 minutes after the departure time. Then there was lots of waiting around.
However, the tour was worth it. The lakes were indescribably beautiful and we had a fantastic tour guide (Ivana) who was extremely welcoming and knowledgeable.

Brilliant guide, stunning views, but rushed experience is how we will sum it up.

Mario, our tour guide, was exceptionally knowledgeable and shared the trivia just at the right time sprinkled with humour to keep things fun and lively and an otherwise fairly long bus travel interesting.

At the park itself, we covered a lot of ground so it did not feel like it was less value for money, but to keep up with the group made me feel rushed.

The upper lakes were lovely but lower lakes felt pale in front of upper lakes which made me think we could have spent more time at upper lakes perhaps but I think it is perhaps personal preference and not a reflection on the tour organisers.

What I do feel could have been done better in terms of organising is perhaps the starting time which could be a bit later rather than at 6.45 AM and a little more time on upper lakes given lower lakes are seen from afar anyway (an approach totally justified in my opinion).

The restaurant where we stopped for lunch was below average, and I think that is a reflection on tour organisers too because I am sure there are better places to eat but perhaps this place serves quickly though that speed comes at a cost in form of poor quality. I can't imagine how someone can screw up a basic vegetarian pizza, but I have witnessed it so it's possible.

Anyway, despite all this, I would say it was a mixed bag with a combination of beautiful sights, some average, and some below average experiences.

Elena and Dado were fantastic! The tour ran on time and Elena told the stories about the history of the waterfalls and surrounding area. They also gave us great food recommendations. We would 100% recommend this for an informative, well-paced guided tour of Plitvitce.

We had the most amazing experience, walking through the UNESCO National Park we were in awe of our surroundings of the natural falls and clear blue lakes. I particularly liked the fact that the wooden walkways were bulit so that we could walk through the park close enough to the falls and lakes, It was just amazing. Our tour guide Petra was amazing too, giving us little talks on the history of the National Park as we walked through together. She was bubbly, knowledgeable and attentive.

We had a great day trip to Plotvice with Elena and Dado. It is an early start but is absolutely worth it as you can sleep on the bus there and back. Elena was very knowledgable and we loved that she brought us on a much quieter route! We think it would be more beneficial to have more time for lunch at the lakes at 1 rather than stopping at the restaurant on the way back. We would highly recommend this tour 😊

This tour is a must! Our guide ‘Garry’ was very knowledgeable throughout the tour and had a great sense of humour connecting with both the adults in the group as well as our kids. He kept everyone informed though out the trip of the stops that were to be made and times to meet back. The only thing this tour is missing is an itinerary of breaks and activities but another review has covered this if you would like to know. The toilet and snack/ food breaks are well paced throughout. Whilst there is no toilet on the bus there is a stop 1.5hours (halfway) on the journey where you can go as well as buy snacks. We are so glad you did this trip!

absolutely loved this adventure, although i wish we had more time at the park. the ride there was very smooth, and the stop at the gas station halfway through going there and back was perfect - plenty of food/drinks and a clean bathroom. once at the park we separated from the group as we did not book a tour with a guide. we decided to do route H which ended up being more of a time crunch than we expected but we barely made it back to the bus on time. overall we had about 4 hours in the park so if you want to do route H, i would recommend moving more quickly through the first part of the trek and spending more time on pictures on the second half. the boat on that route runs every half an hour starting at 8 am so i recommending timing to hit the 1 pm boat so you have sufficient time on the back half.

overall great experience! lunch after the park was good but again i wish we had spent more time at the park instead

Elena was a fantastic guide. The trip had a pleasant walk and a ferry ride that allowed us to see all the best views of the falls, and a stop at a nice restaurant for a late lunch afterwards. Highly recommended.

The whole experience was just delightful, it’s really nice to see the tour guides care about what they’re speaking about and be proud of their own land. The lakes are absolutely beautiful and we were taken on the best route depending on how busy it was, ensuring no queuing when trying to take photos which I hear can be an issue. Highly recommend this trip, we had lots of time in the park and went to a delicious restaurant before heading back.
    Thank you Franco
