Best day with best crew. We were very happy because the wether was great and we had a great time exploring Dalmatian coast. Private tours are great decision during the pandemic time, and give you flexibility. Thumbs up!

A private tour was our decision during this pandemic time. It was worth the money. We got great captains and visited amazing locations. My family was alone at the boat and we could truly enjoy the beauty of Croatia without any fear. Everything was so clean and the boat was very comfortable. Cave was special experience to us. We had a free time in Hvar but the captains informed us about the places we need to visit and the restaurant with great local food. Tour was our best part in Croatia. Big thanks to the whole team who organised this for our family.

We wanted to rent a boat with a skipper for a day, and enjoy the day on the sea. The concierge in our hotel recommended this company to us. They suggested a private boat tour so we decided to do the Blue cave and Hvar. Our crew was amazing, they went above and beyond to make the day memorable for us. We even stayed an hour and a half later as they streched the itinerary gor us and waited till we finished luch in an amazing restaurant in an islad bay they booked for us. We ended up returning home in sunset, and the boat ride back was magical. Can’t recommend this company enough!

We decided to took a private tour to discover islands near Split. The boat was awesome and hosts were so fun to tour around with. They took us to the best spots and genuinely wanted us to have the best experience. Good privacy, and we could plan it out as per our wish. Highly recommended the company and this great tour.

The entire day was just perfect. The boat, the team, locations, everything. Our guide Ella provided us with a day we will always remember. She took care that everything goes well and the atmosphere were great. It was a private tour for my family and we are soo happy we decided to book it with Sugaman tours. Thank you all for amazing experience.

Ella and Tomo were incredible! They were extremely accommodating and knew all the secret little places to show us, making our tour very special and so memorable.The tour was perfect - a packed full day with plenty of sights, activities and information. They shared their first hand perspective about Croatia's recent history, stories about the natural history of the islands, and even shared about themselves, all of which added even more warmth to the bright Croatian sunshine. Živeli to Ella, Tomo and the Sugaman family!

We booked this tour on 6th June with full of excitement to visit the blue cave, monk seal cave, swim at Stiniva Cove etc as the itinerary stated. Firstly, the guide was late to fetch us and he was not apologetic at all. Secondly, we were not brief on what to do next, when we alight from the boat to blue cave. In addition, as the agency booked a sea taxi services for us, the boat was so big that it cannot bring us into monk seal cave (we can only see from outside of the cave, whereas other small boat went into the cave). To top that off, the guide only bring us to see Stiniva cove and sail off, we did not even have the chance to dip into the water. However, he promised to bring us to a much nicer place than Stiniva Cove which I find that place is not as nice as the latter. We have limited time in Hvar town (think 45 mins, can't even visit the castle) and came back to Split much earlier than the stipulated time. Sugaman is not using an experience guide to let it's customers have the fullest experience of the tour.

We appreciate every feedback from our guests since they always give us motivation to improve ourselves.
Our crew is educated and trained to be fully professional in operating their jobs.
This tour (as advertised) does not have a guide, we have a crew members that inform our guests and suggest them how to spend their time in destination according to your preferences. They are not allowed to be pushy but they are obligated to inform you.
We are so sorry to hear that you didn't find our crew helpful since our guests are very satisfied with our team (which you can read in our TA reviews) and they have been our point of difference and praise for years.
'Sea taxi service' is not a taxi, it is organised service provided by Nautical center Komiza in order to enter the Cave, since the entrance is too small and it is not possible to enter with a speedboat.
Monk Seal Cave is preserved place with no option of organised small boats entering, we only stop in front to enjoy its magnificence, sorry for misunderstanding this part of the tour since we never claimed we can enter inside with our boat.
Since Stiniva beach was proclaimed, on numerous newspapers and websites, for the most beautiful beach in Europe, it is very visited and on tourists 'must see' list.
When it happens that Stiniva is full of boats and people, we skip swimming part because the safety of our guests is our priority and that is the main reason why the itinerary may change as this was the case when you went on the Tour.
Budikovac island is simply beautiful swimming part of our Tour- with its so very blue, salty and clean sea it is extremely loved by our guests, sorry to hear you didn’t like it.
