I had a great experience on El CA Express. I used them three times, Guatemala Airport - > Antigua, El Paredón - > Antigua, and Antigua - > the Airport. They were prompt with replies, willing to help and wait a few extra minutes for me when I landed and customs took longer than expected, cheap, easy to book, provided wifi, comfortable seats, and outlets at seats. I will use this shuttle service again when I return to Guatemala

I booked the transfer from Guatemala city to Antigua quite spontaneously, I think less than 2 hours before departure. Nonetheless, the confirmation came quick and they even contacted me via email as they had a small problem with the bus. They organized a private shuttle that picked me up from my hotel. Without any additional cost! Amazing service from their side!! The ride was smooth and the driver Jose really nice. I recommend the service to anyone who needs to make this route. Thanks again !

We had a smooth ride on the CA Express from the Guatemala City airport to Antigua. Wifi worked well and the self-serve bar/snack station was an added bonus. You do need cash for purchases. Being dropped off at the “entrance” of Antigua was no problem as our hotel was within a 2 minute walk. Piero communicated quickly with any questions we had! I would recommend CA Express and will ride with them again.

C.A. Express is a point-to-point shuttle between the airport in Guatemala City and a drop-off point in Antigua (among other places). It's a great way to travel. It only picks up and drops off from one place in each city. So if you're already in Guatemala City (like me), you first have to get to the airport in order to meet the shuttle to Antigua. But that is easy to do with an Uber. And of course there's a fixed schedule, unlike Uber or a taxi. The huge advantage is that the C.A. Express shuttle is much more affordable than an Uber or a taxi, while still offering great service. The best use is probably as a one way shuttle, say from Guatemala City to Antigua. I think that's what it's designed to do. I used it for a day trip from Guatemala City to Antigua and back. That also worked very well although the schedule makes for a rather long day. Of course that might also be an advantage depending on how much time you want to spend there. One last suggestion: if you're going to Antigua sometimes the driver will offer to drop you off door-to-door at your hotel depending on the traffic etc. That's a great bonus. But if you plan to return to Guatemala City with C.A. Express make sure to ask him to show you where the official pick up spot is so you can find it easily on your return.

Mu name is Adam and i've been using CA Express for 5-6 months now for my regular travel between the city and Antigua, mainly on weekends. They've always been reliable, on-time, communicative and in my opinion, cheap. Especially for the service they offer. The Wifi is always working, the ride smooth and the drivers warm and friendly. There are plenty of sockets to charge your appliances, drink-holders, a fridge and a small desk to put your laptop on in some seats. I would highly recommend if travelling in Antigua that you arrange to meet them at the entrance, because this will likely be both time-saving and less bumpy for you as the streets of Antigua are pretty rough on the rear-end!

I booked online and used their shuttle from the Guatemala City airport to Antigua and back again. It’s not a taxi and goes from one pick up point in Guate to one point in Antigua and vice versa. The schedule makes for kind of a long day if you do a round trip. But it’s great service and much cheaper than an Uber for example. The driver was great, customer service was great. One thing I wish I’d done was ask the driver to point out the Antigua pick up point (for the return trip) when he dropped me off in the morning. I didn’t realize quite how far it was from the center and finding it in the dark was a little stressful on the way home. But that was my fault for not asking him to point it out upon arrival.

I rode the CA Express last week from Guatemala City to Antigua. The ride was smooth and time flew by with comfort and safety. The bus was on time, clean (neat actually), comfortable and spacious - I mean leather seats and seatbelts - good service by the driver. I read a book and relaxed the whole time. There was only 3 other people so lucky me with plenty of space. We arrived at Antigua in the promised time or even before hand and dropped me off right at my place. Highly recommended! Gracias :)

El CA Express was excellent in email communication and on-site performance. It arrived on time, was super comfortable, had good wifi (which was super convenient since when you get off the plane in Guatemala you won't find any free wifi available at the airport), there were power outlets to charge my devices, and the driver was friendly and courteous.

I had the opportunity to ride on the C.A Express from Guatemala to Antigua and back multiple times and have LOVED every part of the experience. From simple and convenient booking on the website, to a smooth and unique ride. What is traditionally a boring and traffic-jam journey, becomes a chill and cool ride with great wifi, drinks and company. First of all I want to say that Guatemala is a beautiful place with many awesome spots to visit. CA Express was the perfect connection between those spots. The bus was very clean and the staff was great. They took all of the concern about getting to my desired location away. Having the option of both food and drink was also a big plus. If I am able to make another trip down to Gautemala, CA Express will definitely be part of the experience again.

CA Express offers a top notch service, by far the best way to move between Antigua and Guatemala City. Extremely comfortable, snacks and drinks, wifi, super friendly staff, and is still cheaper than going in uber or by taxi - it's a no-brainer. I've spent the entire trip being productive on my computer, I've spent the entire trip sleeping, and I've spent the entire trip sitting around a table with friends drinking beers. Only experience I've had that can make sitting in the Guatemala traffic enjoyable. Thank you!!

Took the bus with some friends from Guatemala City to Antigua and it was amazing. We were on traffic and it felt like being on a train, where there was comfy seats and beverages (even wifi and electricity for my laptop)!! We had an amazing time getting to know people and networking during the bus trip in traffic! Highly recommended it !!

Awesome experience! I took CA express from Guatemala City to Antigua last month. The bus was prompt, on time and easy to find. The driver was incredibly friendly and I felt super safe and comfortable taking the bus. The bus was super cool! Wifi on board, awesome ambiance and decor, and it was perfect for getting a bit of work done on my laptop on my way to Antigua.
