I noticed the day before our pickup that I had given them a slightly incorrect address. I sent an email with the right address and asked them to confirm, which they did within a few hours. They also emailed suggesting a slightly earlier pickup time to avoid Friday traffic. I appreciated the recommendation and we made it to the airport in good time. The driver was professional and having a safe, quiet, private ride to the airport very early in the morning gave us peace of mind.

Best service in all of Guatemala. I have traveled with them at one point in time during every visit, and I come there a lot. The professionalism is amazing. The drivers speak English. They are prompt and update you every step of the way. They can pick you up with little notice, too. The most trustworthy transportation in GUA hands down. There prices are standard and beats uber or some random taxi service any day of the week.

I used the services of this company for both transfers during my recent vacation in Guatemala. The driver both times was Marlon, he was professional and polite, spoke good English, and was punctual, even for my 4 am pick-up. He also drove safely and I reached my destination on time. Highly recommend!

The driver arrived early and was ready to go when planned. He was super friendly and had a good grasp of English. He was chatty but not too much so, given the long ride (1.5 hours). We remembered to bring water with us—though he offered to stop and get us some (as he did on our ride in). An incredible price for a very comfortable ride.

The headline says it all. It was a great deal for us. We had two very comfortable sites in a new family-sized fan; the driver set the temperature to our request; used shortcuts to shorten trip.

Our driver was on time and picked us up from our hotel. He was a safe driver and the car was clean. It is so nice to have a private transfer and not have to worry about stopping for other passengers delaying the trip.

This company did a great job of communicating where the driver would be and I had a great experience. My flight was delayed about two hours into Guatemala but the company was very responsive and adjusted my pick up time accordingly. Highly recommend!
