Our driver Rene met us at the airport and took us to our hotel in the Old Town (Casco Viejo). The following day, he took us on a four hour tour to the Canal and to the Sloth Sanctuary. Then on the third day his son delivered us safely back to the airport for our next flight to Brazil. They were both very friendly and gave us lots of information along the way. Very good service.

The driver was waiting for when we arrived. He had messaged us in advance on WhatsApp about where he would be waiting. The car was clean and comfortable and we were dropped off at our chosen location. Would highly recommend.

Easy to book in advance. Used Amber Moon for airport pick-up @ PTY with a sightseeing stop at Panama Viejo on way to my hotel. On my return flight I needed an early 05:00 pick-up & he was right on time. Definitely recommend.

We had an excellent experience with the Private Transfer Tocumen Airport - Old Town (Casco Viejo) service. From start to finish, the company was proactive and clear in their communication, providing detailed instructions on where to go and what to expect upon arrival in Panama. They also made it easy to arrange our return trip, which gave us great peace of mind. Our driver, Marcos, was fantastic! He was easy to find at the airport, super friendly, and very accommodating. My mom, who had a broken leg and was using a walking boot and knee scooter, had no trouble thanks to his help. He managed to fit the knee scooter along with all our luggage without any issue. I highly recommend this service to anyone traveling to Panama. It takes the stress out of trying to find reliable transportation in a new place, especially if you’re worried about a language barrier. Marcos and the team made the whole process seamless and enjoyable.

I would highly recommend Amber Moon Taxi Service. We recently took a cruise out of Panama to Miami. We had an issue with our luggage and it took over 2 hours to resolve and Amber Moon was sub communication with us and the driver was waiting when Copa Airlines finally found our luggage and the driver was waiting for us with a sign with my name. I was so thankful they waited

Was checking around for a taxi service who could get us from the airport to a hotel, and then from that hotel to the cruise port. Amber Moon came up as very highly rated, so I contacted them and made arrangements. All booking was handled online, and within an hour I had price quotes and had made the reservations. Arrival at Panama City was super easy. Driver was waiting outside of customs and was displaying my name. He loaded the bags, got us settled and drove us safely to the hotel while giving a lot of details and recommendations for things to do in Panama City. We were quickly brought to the hotel, bags were unloaded and we were set. The next morning was more of the same. Pickup was to the minute, got everything loaded and off to meet the ship. Again a swift, safe ride. Should we return to Panama City, I would have no qualms about dealing with Amber Moon. Their drivers are super-professional and the service is outstanding. Huge shout out to Marcos and our other driver whose name I can’t remember.

This is our second time to visit Panama. For our first visit, I researched taxi services and determined Amber Moon was the best. First time was so good and timely, we set up an appointment four months before our second trip. They use pleasant drivers (with roomy cars) that even describe some of the major sites. Our second trip required a last minute change of resorts, but Amber Moon easily accommodated our travel change with perfect timing! Good Job!

First, I was able to make the reservation without having to pay for the service upfront. My driver was awaiting me at the airport. The drivers were on time for pickup and drop off for every leg of my trip. I initially booked the service for a round trip but given the service received, I used them for additional trips. Additionally, I had to modify one of my pickup times and this was done seamlessly. I will be using them on subsequent trips to Panama and definitely recommends them.

Amber Moon is an extremely professional business. Our flight was delayed by five hours due to the Global Outage. We finally arrived in Panama at 1:00 a.m. Amber Moon informed us that the driver was monitoring the flight and would be there to meet the plane. We were a bit nervous due to the extensive delay. The driver was at the airport and promptly took us to our hotel in Playa Bonita. The return trip to the airport was equally as good. Our driver informed us that he was on his way and when he arrived at the hotel. The cars are clean, air conditioned and well maintained. Also, we found the cost for a party of five ($65 each way) was quite good, compared to what the hotel was charging.
