Richard was my host during my layover tour in Panama and he is a really patient, nice and friendly guide! There are so many adjectives that I want to describe him but I just choose three. We first met in the terminal and he waited for me with name tag as the customs took some time to let me through. After that, he provided me water and all the way during the trip which is very considerate as I am just off from a long flight. Then, during the tour, he gave us a brief introduction for each one of the sites, super knowledgeable! He answered all my questions in detail several times and being very patient. The restaurant he recommended also clean, tasty and affordable. He knows what the time limit is and he always try to make us relax and move forward when needed. The flight time is closed by and he tried his best to drop me off at the airport safe and sound. Last but not least, he helped me to take photos whenever I said yes please and I can see him smile with all the people he knows around which will definitely bring your happiness and make you relax in the whole process. Definitely recommend his tour!

This tour was worth every bit of my day out...hosted by driver/tour guide Tony he made the day very personal with lots of information about Panama it's history and its people...though it was the two of us on this tour it was quite good...everything was planned and timed to suit every bit of the itinerary Tony was professional...from hotel pickup to drop off, the day ran smooth...the Panama canal with it's engineering wonder to all our stops at the Bride of the Americas to Amador Causeway, Casco Viejo and top it off with lunch at the Mariscos...all made for a lovely day...I highly recommend this tour if you only have a short time in Panama City and wants to hit the main highlights.

Richard took us on an amazing tour of Panama City! There were 2 of us on the tour and Richard crafted our schedule to fit in everything we wanted to see so that we could get the most out of our experience. We packed a lot into a half day. Richard was the consummate professional, but also very welcoming. It felt like I was walking around town with friends. He is a very knowledgeable guide, so I felt like I learned a lot about the people, culture, history, and overall beauty of Panama. Richard was also a great photographer, so I was able to get lots of pictures to capture my experiences. I would recommend this tour to anyone who visits Panama, especially if you are going for the first time.

The tour and movie were very interesting Jesus was a great driver and guide. However, the price was quoted at $67 per person and we were charged $250 for two of us. The company leaves itself flexibility to change the price depending on the size of the group, but if we had known it would be double what we were quoted, we would have gone with another tour company.

Great tour, fascinating walking tour around the historic unesco old town, combined with a canal visitor stop. Richard is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, speaks great English, and was very friendly. He has a very clean and comfortable vehicle. We were a group of six adults who all had a great time.

This is a great experience if you a have a day to spare in Panama. Richard will pick you up at your hotel and bring you to the forest where the Embera live. After an hour ride you take a piragua (Boat) and bring you up river to the village. A quick dip at the waterfall followed by great lunch and Embera cultural immersion.

I highly recommend this tour. Richard is very knowledgeable and organized. He purchased tickets ahead and time for our canal tour so we could see the only ship that was crossing the canal in the morning. Pick up was on time and the walking portion of the tour was very enjoyable as well. We liked it so much we booked at trip to Chagres National Park with him. Richard was great. English was excellent; knowledgeable; patient; good feel for the city; and connected with us. I would recommend the tour.

Loved this tour. Had a last minute flight change that added a 15 hour layover to my schedule, so thought why not see a bit of Panama! Richard picked me up from the airport, was a great communicator on WhatsApp, and showed the best of Panama in 5 hours! This was a truly memorable experience I had in Panama, and while I had great experiences with visiting BioMuseo and San Blas islands through other companies...I must say this tour guide service made me feel so welcomed, comfortable, safe, and happy 🙂. I took nice pictures, had good food, and laughed a lot. I recommend asking for Eustacio to be your tour guide, especially if English is your preferred language. He was fantastic and charismatic. As a female POC traveling solo I don't make this statement lightly as I know our traveling experiences abroad can vary. I am so pleased and will be recommending the services to my fellow jetsetters!
