The tour finished at 12noon with lunch - I thought this was the mid way point. I was a solo traveller and I was left to pay the lunch bill for the guide as well as my own. From lunch we meandered back to the hotel!!!! I was in such shock I said nothing. The concierge at my hotel spent over an hour trying to contact VIATOR and HOVER tours to no avail. The tour itself was dreadful - a drive through the city. The Canal was amazing - no need for a guide. The museum was amazing - again, no need for a guide. All in all, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES BOOK WITH VIATOR OR HOVER TOURS - a rip off. Book on arrival - the locals will advise you to better tour companies.Written August 14, 2018

Quisiera realizar el tour el día 7 de febrero, ese mismo día debo tomar un vuelo a las 15,50 hs. Considerando la antelación que debo estar en el aeropuerto (creo 2hs). Podré estar a tiempo y realizar la excursión. Quedo al aguardo. Gracias
