Airline change terminal that i had to pick up my bags from terminal one to terminal. Pick up person was waiting at Terminal one. Upon realizing this change, he arrive at Terminal two to pick us up. Ride to hotel was smooth.

Did not get what I paid for. I paid for airport transfers and 5 hour city tour with an English guide option. When I arrived the driver was punctual and friendly however the company forgot about my tour so they just asked our driver to take us around. However he did not speak any English so how was he suppose to give us a tour. He simply took us to the canal exhibit then from there took us to a place to eat and dropped us off and we had to find ourselves a way back to our hotel. We did not get our tour. I do not blame the driver because he was nice this is a company error. We wasted money & the day.

I tried to cancel 36 hours before and was not possible. It was for medical reasons... I explained it was for a infectious contagious illness

The ride didn’t show up. Had to get a taxi. Tried to call them and got an answering service. Avoid lift Panama. Hopefully I will get a refund.

Our driver Rick was wonderful and he took us everywhere we needed to go. Only problem was out of his control… Panama traffic! Half of our 8 hour tour was sitting in traffic. Plan accordingly!

We prepaid for transfer to resort from airport and waited for over an hour and the driver never showed…We talked to the office and all we got was there almost there.

Alex arrived on time and took us to our hotel safely. He was friendly, courteous, helpful, and a pleasant conversation on the way to our hotel. He even gave us great tips for visiting different areas of Panama during our visit. Excellent driver and trip. Keep up the great service!

Our driver Alfred was prompt and friendly. He shared local history on the ways to and from the airport. Great vibes, we will call him again!

Martin was our driver. He was great. Arrived early and was waiting for us when we came out. Transfer to to the hotel was seamless. Car is very nice and clean.

We were super excited to visit the Panama Canal. Our driver, Shey, was on time and friendly. Unfortunately when we arrived, we were turned away because there wasn't another ship scheduled to come through until 3:00. We arrived at 1:00! That wasn't the issue though. We were also told that Miraflores museum etc. was CLOSED! There was nothing to see but an empty lock structure. There was no museum, no cafe, and no IMAX theater. It was so bad that they are only charging $10 because nothing else is open. It would've been nice to know this before booking a trip with Trip Advisor. The only saving grace was that our awesome guide offered to take us along the Amador Causeway and to the Mi Pubelita settlement since we had already toured Casco Viejo days before. When we returned at 3:00, we still didn't see a ship until almost 5:00, and we ended up having to take an Uber back to our apartment. Trip Advisor should make it clear that these attractions aren't open and that time can get thrown way off due to ship timing. Do better Trip Advisor!

My driver Sonia was amazing. She was very patient with me when it came to my limited Spanish. She was on time and got me to and from the airport safely.

Amazing experience to see the canal. Very friendly driver who was prompt and courteous. I highly recommend this if you are looking for a tour just to see the canal without an extra stop.

We booked a transfer to Tocumen City airport and they didn’t show up. We were finally able to reach them in a chat and they kept saying 10 more minutes. We were finally able to get a taxi from our resort. We almost missed our flight. It was extremely stressful!!

Alfredo was great. Our flight was delayed and he was still there when we arrived (sign in hand). Made sure we were comfortable in the vehicle during the ride to our hotel and he was very informative about things to do and places to eat in Panama City and the surrounding areas. We will definitely be calling Alfredo from our ride back to the airport.

This "tour" consisted of getting a ride to and from the locks. Tour guide didn't come in with us, or give us any kind of information at all about the locks. Very disappointing, probably could have hired a cab for less and gotten the same service.
