We booked Panamazing for transfers to/from Dreams Resort Playa Bonita and the Locks and City Tour through Apple Vacations. Transfer to resort was outstanding and basically got a great orientation to the city, locks and country. Exceptional driver! Tour of Locks and City. A waste on money. We started with people being late. We left and headed to the Westin to pick up others. Westin passengers were late so we returned BACK to Dreams to pick up the late passengers and finally back to Westin to get the last two. Any late passengers should be required to get to the groups location. Pickup was 7:30 it’s now 8:05am. 19 clients with 4 only understanding Spanish only. Tour was in English and Spanish for the duration. This tour was not well done or executed as expected. It was a minimal highlight tour at best. Rushed from place to place so the tour would end on time. It was great seeing the locks and the IMAX presentation on the locks themselves and country overall. It is a not to be missed place. Because of the passenger delays we arrived as a ship was at the end of the viewing area. The rest was sloppy and rushed. I think you can do this your independently using Uber for a fraction of the cost. We were told Uber Driver are vetted as in the USA and are and reliable. Transfer to the airport was an epic fall and as disorganized as the tour. Our documentation stated pick up time at Dreams was 6AM. We checked out and were ready to depart by 5:40AM in the Lobby. At 6AM I asked a representative there for another pickup where our ride was. After he was unsuccessful for 20 minutes reaching someone within his company he said your pickup is for 6:30, he acknowledged the paperwork said 6AM. We were picked up at 6:40 and added to another transfer to the airport. Private transfer became a group one. We wasted an hour sitting around in the lobby from 5:40-6:40. Again Uber is ready available and a fraction of the cost because I was about to book our own ride for fear of being late to the airport. Don’t use this company in Panamá. There are plenty of others on Viator and Trip Advisor.

Fantastic tour guide. Cristobal was amazing. Shared tons of interesting information about Panama’s history and took us to wonderful historical locations in Casco Antiguo.

Our tour was originally booked for Saturday but it was pouring rain so they graciously allowed us to change to Sunday and it was perfect! Christopher was so friendly and knowledgeable. We started with a walking tour around Casco Viejo learning about all the history, churches, and best places to eat. Next, he drove us to all the must see spots while telling us all the history of Panama. We had a wonderful day!! I highly recommend Christopher when booking with Panamazing. You won’t be disappointed.

We used Panamazing for our airport/hotel transfers. Initial communication with them was great - shortly after booking, I received an email from a representative with all of the details. Later, my plans changed and I had to update my airport pickup. I emailed the rep and she responded right away with an updated itinerary/confirmation. The driver was waiting for us at the airport on time as as the rep described. When leaving the hotel to return home, the driver was there to pick us up on time - even a few minutes early! We booked the 2:30pm Ziplining Adventure directly through Gamboa Rainforest Reserve. It does not appear that you can book "the day of" but they do have a whatsapp contact on their page that will allow you to directly message them. We got to the resort about 30 minutes prior. From the resort you take a tram up to the lines. Our guides gave a safety briefing both in Spanish and English. There are lockers for your bags but you are advised to not bring your phones or cameras. They will take pics for you and charge 15$ for all photos and videos at the end. Bring mosquito repellent. Each zipline offered a unique perspective, granting us breathtaking views of the canopy below. Amidst the adrenaline-fueled excitement, there were moments of tranquility as well. We paused between ziplines and had the opportunity to absorb the sights and sounds of the rainforest. In total, there are 10 zips to complete. After all that zipping, our appetites led us to the resort's dining area. We had a great lunch at Monkey Bar with absolutely breathtaking views. This tour is excellent. From the expertise of the tour guides to the sheer exhilaration of ziplining through the canopy, every moment was filled with adventure. Would totally recommend!

We went to the panama canal with Fernando. Even though we got a little deyaled due to holiday traffic that didnt put a rain on our parade. Fernado was still very accomodating and helpful. We saw a ship pass through the canal and made it to see the IMAX show. Fernando bought us lunch and stayed later since we were delayed at first. He had so many fun facts to share about the canel and Panama in general. He was friendly, kind and sooo sweet. A highly recommended guide!

Our travel agent booked Panamazing for our airport transportation. They we on time and acted as a guide from the airport. Stopped at the canal so we could take pictures. We also used them for a tour. Saw the canal and went to Casco Viejo, the Old Town. Our guide was knowledgeable. It was a great tour.

It was an awesome experience. All of the staff were extremely well prepared and professional. They provided the best experience we had at the end of our cruise. We highly recommend this zipline company for an amazing trip.

Good trip lots to see in Anton Valley long trip from Panama City a good 2hrs with no traffic. We went to see the zoo and gardens also falls lunch was great included in trip and market visit. Tour guide very informative

Excellent company to book tours with! We booked our airport transportation through them. We got held up at immigration because my passport wasn't scanning for some reason and they waited patiently for us. Then we booked the Half day Panama City and canal tour, the Gamboa rainforest and sloth sanctuary tour and the San Blas islands tour. Our tour guide for the Panama City and canal tour was excellent! I think his name was Oliver, but not 100% sure. He knew every single detail of the history of Panama and the canal and answered all of our questions with patience. The Gamboa rainforest/sloth sanctuary tour was amazing and the San Blast islands were magnificent. It's worth getting up at 4am to experience this natural beauty. Only downside was that on the way back, we caught a lot of traffic and ended up getting back to the hotel almost 5hrs after getting picked up from the port, but I'd definitely recommend.

Shout out to Anuka for all her help! She truly went out of her way!! Gerardo helped seamlessly with changing my pick up time!! Oscar was waiting to pick me up at the airport in the middle of the night despite a four hour delay!!! Joseph and Pequitas the puppy mascot so kind and so friendly!!!
