Meet your guide at the American Trade's CAFE UNIDO in old town. You'll journey to Ancon Hill and take in stunning city and canal views before checking out the Miraflores Locks Visitor Center with your guide. You'll learn about the history of the canal and see ships passing through as you explore the exhibits. You'll break for lunch (at own expense) at the causeway and wander the nature trail (closed Mondays), before strolling through the historic streets of Casco Antiguo. This is one of the best ways to see it all while visiting Panama City!

There was some walking, but our guide was very good about adapting the tour for our needs. I have an injured knee, and my children are quite young and not up to a lot of walking, so we did a lot of the tour by van.
