I had a fantastic experience with Yasser. He did reach out to me couple days before the trip to make sure everything is organised. Ask me for a few information and also give me some tips on what to bring and what not to bring on the trip the day before he also followed up with for confirmation, and on the day he was ahead of time. Overall is communication was excellent. The trip started early very nice clean car we stopped along the way at Nagarote for breakfast which was excellent choice and a good start for the day continue our way to Leon to start our trip to Cerro Negro. The trip was fun and yasser went above and beyond to ensure I have a fantastic experience with volcano boarding every possible way to get me the best photos and videos to document my experience. After returning back to Leon Yasser hidden Jim in his mind for lunch and say the least it was exactly what I needed after going up and hike and volcano. After lunch Yasser had a couple options and he was flexible enough to allow me to choose between my preferences. Some of them were going to take longer time but I didn’t mind and he was so easy-going and relaxed to make sure I have the best experience in Nicaragua. Overall all i had a great experience with yasser , very organised, communicates well , service oriented, friendly, easy going and flexible. I cannot recommend him enough

He and his team did an awesome job planning out the structure of the day, ensuring our group was having fun, and adjusted to our needs when necessary. I travel solo and took the Sandboarding in Cerro Negro Volcano tour with Moises as my tour guide. It’s was an amazing fun trip, he arrived on time, very polite and explained everything about Nicaragua. He was very accommodating with my not so good stamina to climb Cerro Negro and was a blast. He arrange other helper to carry my sled and backpack, high recommended to do this at Cerro Negro. Also, This tour includes lunch at El Sesteo in central Leon, a great restaurant with the view of beautiful Leon Cathedral infront of you then you can choose any plates you like without any price limitation so I got a delicious Steak lunch plate. As a world traveler over 70 countries, I highly recommend this tour company and Moises as the tour guide for his excellent customer service and knowledges. You will have a great time with your tour. I wished I have another day to stay in Nicaragua travelling with this tour company. 👍🤩🙏❤️

Our tour guide Yassar was amazing! We took the 45 min hike to the top and then slid.all the way down for an awesome adventure. The views were beautiful and he took great videos and pictures of us. We were very comfortable in his suv. Out itinerary was well planned and started on time. He's very easy to communicate with. We'll worth the price. Enjoy!

What a great way to discover Nicaragua for the first time. I started my day at dawn so I could enjoy the sunrise at Lake Cocibolca on a boat trip. Then I enjoyed a typical dish in Grenada. We visited Monbacho Vulcan a natural reserve whose landscape, vegetation and fauna is amazing. And finally I chilled in Laguna de Apoyo, swimming and kayakink in the warm waters of this lake on a crater volcano. My tout was entirely tailored for me according to my availability and envies. True VIP experience. Thank you so much. I will be back

Would 100% recommend this tour and specially this tour with Yassar! His communication with us from planning to meeting up and to spending all day together was perfect. He really catered the day to what we were interested in doing/viewing. He took the time to get to know us personally and by the end of the day we didn’t want to say goodbye! Yassar even continued to go out of his way after we parted ways by staying in contact and making sure we were still enjoying our visit. We plan to come back to spend more time exploring with this company and Yassar!

whole trip was very professional and enjoyable. Yasser & Moises both contacted me before the trip to check I had arrived in Managua ok and was ready for the trip. At the canyon the English speaking guide was very attententive and helpful. They took lots of photos and videas which the gave me after the trip. A highly enjoyable experience I woud highly recommend it.

This was hands one of the best day tours I’ve ever been on! Cerro Negro was a blast, and visiting Leon was fabulous, but what really pushed it over the top, was the customer service. My guide, Yasser, went way above and beyond to make sure it was an exceptional experience. He anticipated all my needs the entire day and even helped me with plans for the following day. I know I wouldn’t have had such a positive experience in Managua if it haven’t been for his help. I will be back to experience more of Nicaragua with this company!
