      Take this tour!
This tour was amazing! Alfredo Diaz was the best guide. We are so lucky to have met him! It was challenging and rewarding. It’s very windy and chilly at the top- I was glad I had brought my sweater around my waist. 5/5 recommend! Ask for Alfredo If you can!

Would go again in a heartbeat!
Alfredo was an amazing tour guide and Melvin was a great driver! The tour 100% exceeded all of our expectations. The ruins were incredible and the outdoor hiking was gorgeous. We felt totally safe the entire time and were able to simply relax and enjoy the sights. Eating lunch at Octava Maravilla was one of the highlights of the tour, as were the volcano views.

      Incredible mountain town tour!
Adonis was an incredible guide for our tour. He drove us through mountain towns to the El Carmen coffee plantation where we had a tour of the coffee making process. The tour ended with a tasting and an opportunity to buy some coffee. Along the way, Ado was very informative, answering our questions and sharing information about the country and the people. He speaks English very well and was very patient with us if we wanted to spend more or less time somewhere. Would highly recommend this tour... but recommend leaving from San Salvador vs a beach town since it can be a longer drive.

The tour was very impressive. The tour guide Mr. Alfredo Díaz did a great job of introducing us in the mayan culture and nature of El Salvador.

Amazing views and very informative guide, Alfredo Diaz. Great lunch at the restaurant stop too. Really enjoyed the tour, little bit of everything in one day.

A disappointing day trip to routa de flores
The trip was too long due to pick ip and drop off from different locations. One of the small towns would have been enough. The guide’s english and his ability to explain was limited. Even though the coffee plantation is part of the title of the trip he did not take us to any on his own. When we asked him he stopped by the road to show us a coffee tree. It was not worth to invest a whole day in it. I don’t recommend it

      Not worth time or money
4 was too many stops. The tour guide only had anything to say at the first stop. The second one he read some information off a sign but other than that was just along for the ride. After the second stop I was ready to go home. To me was a waste of a day of vacation. Would have been okay if it was half a day but a whole day was not worth it. The group I was with shared the same opinions.

      Extremely knowledgeable guide. Amazing trip
Alfredo was wonderful. He was friendly, fun, and extremely knowledgeable. He really made the trip of Joy and I would recommend it to family and friends. The landscape and the ruins were beautiful. Alfredo's knowledge of the local vegetation added a lot to our walk through the forest in the state park.

Too long a trip that isn’t living up to expectations
This was a 9 hour trip. It should probably be a 4 or 5 hour trip. The 3rd village (the farthest one) is the nicest and 2 villages are more than enough. It shouldn’t be described as a coffee plantation trip as it’s misleading. You stop at a plantation, get out of the car see it and come back. 5 minutes of the 9 hours. No meaningful historical or cultural explanations.

      Spectacular tour
If you need a tour guide who is knowledgeable, friendly, and an all-around wonderful person, then look no further, Alfredo Diaz is your tour guy. Our tour with Alfredo was full of knowledge and historical facts that my family and I were not aware of. His love for our country shines through when he speaks about facts and historical events. We are so grateful to have booked this tour. We can confidently leave El Salvador knowing we gain more than a sightseeing experience, but also a friend.

Don’t hesitate. Take this tour with Raul!
What an enjoyable, fun and informative tour! But, above all, the thing that made it superb was the care and knowledge by our tour guide, Raul. He was phenomenal, kind and, I swear, he knows all things! Our lovely chariot was led by our driver, Pedro, who took us all around very safely. My family had so much fun and we now know so much more about this wonderful country. The tour was perfectly paced with a great lunch and many shopping and cultural opportunities. Not only was Raul extremely knowledgeable on historical facts, but he was an excellent photographer for our family, even climbing up on a railing to get the perfect shot! Book this trip. And ask for Raul. You won’t be disappointed.

We booked for a day trip to Copan from Santa Ana, El Salvador with Salvadorans. Most agencies make this trip in 2 days. You pay more with the same time on the spot. In 12 hours more or less we experienced the visit in Copan.
In less than 5 hours we were at Copan through Guatemala. We spent as much time as we needed at the ruins (three hours). After that we made a small visit at Copan village.
We arrived back to our hotel in Santa Ana before dark. The driver was very professional and helpful. He never said "no".
We recommend Salvadorean tours because we trust them. From the first communication they we were clear.

Our ride was fantastic!! A full day touring picturesque landscapes from San Salvador to Copán in Honduras. Videlio was a great companion and Leader of the trip: friendly, gave us a lot of information and made the whole tour perfect for us. We toured the archaeological area and got to know it thanks to our local Guide Gladis!! We were amazed at how majestic this place is "We are Team Maya" ... We returned to our hotel at the estimated time, tired of the day but very satisfied and happy. 100% recommended the tour and applause standing for Videlio!!

I took this tour on Monday, 17th January

As the day tour involves going through the Guatemalan border before heading to Copan, Honduras, the tour didn't tell me until nearly the last minute that I needed to get a COVID test for Guatemala as the country changed their requirements due to the new variant. After managing to get tested before the tour, the company sent me a driver who could only speak Spanish, not English. The company also failed to inform me that one of the requirements to enter Honduras is to fill out a pre-check online form. So I had to hastily fill out the form on my phone while waiting in line at the customs office. Driver and I finally get to Copan only to find it was closed because Mondays are "cleaning" days and stop the spread of Covid. Thankfully the local guide in Copan managed to get special permission for me to see the ruins. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to see everything like the temple buried inside another temple, which I was told was very beautiful.

Only reason I'm not giving this a lower rating is because the I managed to see the sights after all and enjoyed it, and the drive got me there and back to San Salvador safe and sound. I hope this tour company can improve from here.

We did the day trip from San Salvador while this is a long day it certainly was worthwhile. We spend about 90 mins at the site which was enough really.
Highlights were going into the temples and underground to see the older temples underneath. This was an additional cost and local guide was additional for this
Site itself was similar to other Mayan ruins so if you have been travelling along the route there will not be much new here
    The restored steps where nice
