Alex is not only a great guide, he's a great person. He's interesting, funny, kind and friendly. He adapts to your rhythm and he always has suggestions to make you feel more comfortable. If you are not very sure about your skills or if you are feeling fit enough, don't worry, Alex will have a plan to show you beautiful places and to make you feel safe and happy according to your needs/capabilities. It has been an unforgettable day for us and we couldn't be more grateful.

The experience was amazing, the views are so wonderful and the tour guide Alex is super friendly and helpful! If you are into nature and want to feel good for an entire day book this trip! The food provided was super good, don't waste the opportunity and try unique food in a unique location!

We are experienced trail hikers and I would rate this trail as moderate. Not a lot of inclines, but uneven/rocky path. We were fortunate it was dry. Wear good hiking shoes or boots with treads. A great intro to the mountains, you walk along a river path at the bottom of a gorge that opens up to a blue/green lake. The pictures are very accurate. Lovely lunch provided. Alex was a wonderful host and guide. He knows the area well and answered a lot of our questions about local history and culture. Pickup location is very easy to get to no matter where you are staying in the city as it is right beside the metro. Would 100% book future trips with OnAdventure!

An adventurous walk alongside & across a wide river to a beautiful lake. The terrain is varied & difficult without walking poles. There is a charge.

The outdoor adventure leader makes the whole journey super safe for everyone, is patient and never loses control--a must in every adventure. The trip was in Macin Mountains; I loved everything- from the organizer- Alex is a very open person and knows how to connect with people - the tour, the schedule was entirely respected, people who joined were super nice and easy to talk to, I felt like I was going with some friends and not total strangers. PS the snacks are yam!

Fun, well researched and conducted tours, always with great people that tend to return often. Coming back to the same tours is always a pleasure, the experience is worth doing it again.

Well, this Sunday we went on a hike Starling from Azuga towards Susai challet and back..where we enjoyed one beautiful walk, nice and warm tour guidance offered by Alex who is always thoughtful to every detail and always takes time to explain our itinerary, where we are, what we are seeing at the moment 😊 Enjoyed every moment of this hike and also, the chance of sun and good weather. I was the first time with OnAdventure in a day hiking trip to Romania mountains. What I liked the most was the feeling that we are in a group of friends. The group was not big and that allowed us to interact with all the others. I liked the pace, the weather, the information note received before the trip, the emphasis of wearing a mask and using hand sanitizer. I've also did this kind of trips with others in the past, but this one was one of the best. Alex is a very relaxed guide and very responsive to our wishes/needs. You feel like you are with some friends on a trip and Alex is the friend that knows the way to go. Thank you for this awesome experience!
