    DO NOT FLY
This is the worst airline by far I have ever had a trip with in regards to flights being delayed, and customer service. With connections going each way, EVERY CONNECTION was missed due to delays which DELAYED our getting to our destination and getting home. Every single flight seems to be a problem. Customer service doesn’t care about your inconvenience or if you paid extra for seats. They don’t even care if you sit together on a flight they change you to. No accommodations for your flights whatsoever. They put you in a hotel that is 45min away from the airport. The inflight service and staff are delightful, when you actually get onto a flight. Having a hotel stay and food provided was the only good customer service with them.

    Informative and Cool!
Great information, friendly guides, and a great way to see the Romanian country side and cities outside of Bucharest. Amazing experiences at the castles and delicious food opportunities.

    Cave church and castle ruins.
Very interesting walking up to the cave churches and also walking the castle ruins. Wish we had more time at the ruins but it is a tour and things are timed. Still enjoyed it and our driver got us through the border quickly.

Very good day getting to see outside of the capital
Very enjoyable tour. Peles castle was quite the thing to see. Brasov is a very beautiful city. Had to chance to have a traditional Brasov dish.

    Good value trip
Johanna the tour guide was really great! The trip was good for a quick run through version. I would have loved to see the entire castle upstairs and all throughout but it was 2 castles in 1 day so it was a bit rushed... Also I think a group discount on the ticket prices for admission with no waiting line would have been better. But all in all it was worth the money and had a fantastic experience!

Good trip seeing all the things you would want to see.
Good trip. Got to see everything we wanted to see. The problem with a 400km trip is that we suffered from Romanian traffic on the way back. A 3 hour return journey took 5 hours.

    Great Trip!
The trip was amazing! Our tour guide Gabriel did a great job showing us around Bulgaria, and also giving us a lot of interesting details about each place we went to. Had a fun time!

    Herding sheep is easier
Very disorganised at the meeting point. Confirmation advises to meet at the Grey line kiosk in University Square which is no longer there. A tour leader did not show so the English and Spanish tour had to travel together but no one really knew which bus to get on and it was not well communicated either. This set the trend for the rest of the day, pushing past other people in lines. Moaning at other your guides and tours for cutting lines. Changing meeting points and not giving clear instructions of where to go. Some parts were interesting but the tour is a little rushed and we were not always clear on what we were seeing or where we were going.

    Good value, excellent guide...
Peles Castle was very impressive, Bram Castle slightly less so but still worthwhile. Grays Tours did a great job, both driver and tour guide. It's a long day so good to pack some snacks and water. Brasov interesting but restaurant service a little slow so didn't get much exploring time, restaurants get busy at lunchtime so not really their fault. Suggest taking a packed lunch if you want time to wander about the city too, or eat at a fast food place. Recommended, seemed like an honest tour company not trying to scam you with anything extra.

    Great tour
Great tour, amazing places, excellent guide and driver! Peles and location are out of a ferry tale! Brasov and Bran fairly nice.

    Great tour with added bonuses.
Our guide did an amazing job as both driver and tour guide, taking us to not only the sites listed on the itinerary, but a couple of extra amazing places along the way. It was a long day, but well worth it.

    Transylvania tour
Everything about this trip was really good. The guide, Gqbriel was quite knowledgeable and we enjoyed the opportunity to have lunch with him and further our discussion. The driver was great and the excursions all went quite well and the Peles and Bran castles were impressive

Nice to see. Don't expect much.
Very nice salt mine. However, the total journey from bucharest and back is 5hrs (2.5hrs both ways). You get 2hrs in the mine but to be honest I spent no more than 30 mins there. They've put mini golf and other activities in there so you spend more time down there than needed as there's not much more to see. I'd recommend anyone looking to go on this trip to see if perhaps there are trips available which take you to the salt mine as welll as something else nearby. I personally felt the time and distance travelled for such a short event wasn't worth my day. Nonetheless, the mine itself is certainly impressive.

    Definitely recommend this trip!
Such a great day! Vlad was so knowledgable and kept us entertained on the drives to and from the castles. All three experiences were really different and enjoyed all of them.

My husband and I took this tour to fill in a day in Bucharest. We enjoyed the city of Ruse, the museum, and the town square.

Our tour guide Roberto was amazing, knowledgeable and easy to get along with. He made our tour enjoyable and fun.... definitely one of the best tour guides we’ve had so far during our travels around the world.

5 star rating to Roberto!!!

The transportation was good, small van, good AC, and we stopped to get water, snacks, and use the restroom (not a long trip from Bucharest to Ruse which is great).

We visited a few places during the tour and got some free time to walk around the main square... we did some good & very affordable souvenir shopping (thanks to the recommendation from Roberto)... all in all a good experience.

Thanks Roberto for a fun day!

A relaxing day in Russe for approximately 8 hours, but at the same time a place where history is still written. We were very impressed to find out that the fortress that we have visited, still have things that only a few years ago were discovered. Rodika, our guide, was very knowledgeable, friendly and she was with us the entire day and recommended us where to eat and where to go in our free time. We really appreciated how things went, like organizing, pickup.
I really recommend this company. They are the BEST!! Can’t wait to come back!
