About the operator
Don’t take it from us – here’s what people have to say about this operator:
- eftichia250 contributionsGreat tripIf you don't do this trip, then you haven't seen the best of Romania! Trip is great, our tour guide Dani was really helpful with anything and with a great knowledge of this job. Our driver was great as well dont miss to have this tripWritten October 13, 2024
- Dominik K0 contributionsGreat, well organized tourPerfect, well planned and organized tour. The guide spoke good english, knew everything we wanted to know and was able to sort out a traffic-caused delay. Highly recommended!Written October 12, 2024
- David P0 contributionsVery Unprofessional Guide and Tour CompanyYou better get rid of this company. So unprofessional, to the point that they should be sued. Dani, our guide, left someone at our first stop because he was late and helped him get on another bus to meet us at the 2nd stop. But when this man came to get on the bus at the 2nd stop, Dani would not let him back on the bus. Dani said he crossed the line by calling him names. I don't care what someone says to a guide in frustration, the company is responsible for all the customers, and they can't just deny them a ride home and leave them 3 hours away from where they started. Dani and his boss that agreed with this decision shoild be fired. That was so unprofessional. Now I can't trust Trip Advisor on advice and recommendations for tours. This is frustrating.Written October 12, 2024
- StephanieSpider0 contributionsAmericans, read this so you don't get left behindTo start off, I had a nice, affordable bus ride to some places that would have been hard for me to get to otherwise. There was commentary on the bus. There definitely is not a "walking tour" of Brasov. It is just free time to walk around yourself. There is no access to the bathroom on the bus, so be prepared to use the stops for this. My main point, however, is to prepare other travelers so they can make make a good decision for themselves and not miss the actual tour they pay for. Mostly I want to tell Americans that I was about 30 seconds away from not making it onto the bus in the morning. I only did because of two very kind fellow tourists. The reason is, that the address given as the meeting point in the tour details IS NOT the actuall spot! The tour guide knows this but chooses to communicate the correct information through WhatsApp. I do not use this app so I would have no way of knowing to look there for the instructions. Why not put the correct instructions in the tour description? When I told him my experience HE DID NOT CARE. He knows American don't use Whatapp and said texts and email are "old-fashioned." He will not look for you in the spot the GPS says either. So, Americans, please get and check this app as the tour guide is happy to drive away with you standing on the other side of the building.Written October 9, 2024
- khyle_valerie0 contributionsAmazing TourFor the price of €29, I think it’s reasonable and a good deal. Also, our tour guide - Pavel , is very nice and approachable. He is very helpful and informative. Even if it’s a long journey, the window scenery from the bus is amazing for those who love greenery. 🌲Written October 8, 2024
- 638evangeliak0 contributionsAn amazing Trip!An amazing tour! Our guide Emmanuel was very organised and informative. He had some amazing stories to tell! Peles castle was beautiful, the perfect definition of royal. Bran castle was more modest but very fascinating for those interested in the myths and history behind it.Written October 6, 2024
- 941vick0 contributionsHorrible customer service pre-tripHorrible pre-trip customer service. I wanted to know if after the Dracula Castle the busses passes by again Brasov (where I spend the night as I do not plan to go back to Bucharest). Simple enough question, one would think, a simple "No" would have sufficed. - The customer service speaks poor english, uses non-existent words such as "prestated" - The customer service does not read the actual emails. I asked if after the Dracula Castle the bus passes by Brasov, for which the answer was "You want to book on TripAdvisor?" - Then the customer service kind of picked a fight with me saying that I wasted the company's time.Written October 6, 2024
- Bethany C0 contributionsGreat experienceThis tour takes all day but is certainly worth it, visiting three different places with plenty of toilet breaks in-between. Our tour guide was Emanuel who took good care of everyone, he really cared about the customer experience and was always checking in to ensure we were having a good time. His knowledge of the places we visited was extensive and very interesting. The best tour guide made this the best experience. Thank you Emanuel!Written October 2, 2024
- Pooterb0 contributionsTour cancelled with no notificationWe booked this tour in June , 2024. Departure date was September 10, 2024. I called 24 hours prior to pickup as required to confirm departure. I discovered this tour had been cancelled. We did received a full credit back to our credit card as expected however, I was VERY upset there was absolutely no prior notice given regarding the cancellation. This left us with insufficient time to book another tour leaving us with a full day high and dry in Bucharest with nothing else planned and nothing to do. I find the handling of this situation unacceptable and will be quite leery of booking future tours.Written October 1, 2024
- Letitia M0 contributionsBeautiful way to see a lot!Such a wonderful way to hear some Romanian history, meet others and take in the beautiful countryside! It is a long day, but resting on the bus rides between stop offs was a good balance!Written October 1, 2024
- Bernadette B0 contributionsPeleş castle , Bran castle and Braşov. Day trip from BucharestBooked last minute for this trip so were on a smaller older coach rather than a larger more comfortable one with onboard facilities. The tour guide Andu and driver were great but sadly practicalities such as length of toilet stops and uncomfortable seats and weekend traffic made the trip less pleasant. Andu was a knowledgeable and caring tour guide and did his best to please all members of the group. The Romanian countryside is beautiful and both castles were striking in very different ways.Written September 29, 2024
- redheadinsun0 contributionsExcellent Tour GuideFrom the very beginning of the tour, our guide Alex was super informative, even sending very helpful directions to the pickup point. On the transfer bus, he told us all about Bucharest and the surrounding area as we drove out to Peles Castle. He fast tracked our group in with a minimal wait. In the castle, he imparted lots of information without being boring. Both of the castles we were taken to on the tour were very interesting for different reasons, and the trip was really enjoyable. Whilst travelling on the coach, Alex explained more about the attractions as well as giving us lots of opportunities to ask questions. It was clear that Alex had a passion for Bucharest, the area and it's history and we appreciated all the stories and his willingness to share thoughts and anecdotes as well as facts.Written September 27, 2024
- Y7939ANluisb0 contributionsIt was okayThe guide was a bit rude at the early morning. I’m going to blame it on the language barrier. After telling the guide he was being rude, he changed his approach and things got better.Written September 26, 2024
- hazelsI4803FH0 contributionsDon’t bother, save your moneyOn arrival the guide spoke about mutual respect between us and him. But frankly he was the one who needs to learn the meaning of ‘respect’! He was rude and aggressive to my friend and then found it necessary to embarrass her in front of the whole coach. The trip itself was badly timed. Entry to the royal castle only included the state rooms and none of the other areas which I generally find more interesting such as the servants quarters/kitchens etc. Too much time was allocated to this section of the tour. Conversely, more time was needed at Bran Castle as there wasn’t enough time to have a proper look around, we felt very rushed on what we believed was supposed to be the highlight of the tour. Big disappointment!Written September 25, 2024
- Roving203137531260 contributionsGood tripIt's a long day but worth it, you see lots of countryside from coach. Not recommended if you have a walking disability. You get to visit 2 castles, both interesting. I understand why the visits are timed so if you wanted more time I think you'd have to drive yourself.Written September 25, 2024

I recently completed a condensed version of the 8 day tour of Romania - it was condensed into 5 days since I wanted to see a lot and didn't have a lot of time. Paul Stanomir was my private guide and he was fantastic! Paul spoke perfect english, he knew everything about the history of every singe sight as well as great insight into Romania history. We saw Snagov Monastery, Peles and Bran castles, Tihuta, Cluj Napoca, Sighisoara, Sibiu, Alba Iulia, Turga Mures, and Târgovişte. Castles and fortresses, nice hotels and good food. Paul was great company and I really enjoyed my trip. I've taken many tours all over the world and Paul was one of the best guides I've ever had. He is a true professional who has a passion for his work. Thank you for the great tour, One Excellence!
