Great trip with amazing tour guide Serban and driver George! Loved the tour. Beware future travelers: bug all your souvenirs from outside bran castle. Didn't find any t-shirts etc at brasov 😙 that was the biggest disapointment😗 otherwise we really enjoyed the trip and Serban wad smazingly helpful.

Great tour, Two castles and Brasov. Tour was well organised, the guide (Serban) was entertaining and informative. Great way to see more of Romania from Bucharest

Informative and interesting. Bit of a whistle stop.tour but enjoyable. The coach arrived on time and the guide knew get history. Slight issue if you were in the back of the bus as you couldn’t always hear

The tour was well organized with an experienced guide, Vlad. It’s clear he enjoys his work and I thought he gave tips above and beyond what was necessary for the tour, he also gave suggestions of other things to do in Bucharest and restaurants to try. If it wasn’t for Vlad, we would t have known about the amazing fountain shows on weekend evenings! We enjoyed all the stops and there was enough time at each place. It lasted a bit longer than planned but that seemed to be due to traffic issues outside the control of the guide/ bus driver.

The bus never showed up and I did not get to go on this trip. Every time I rang the number , they would not pick up. I have not yet received a refund or an apology or any communication back.

A long but fabulous day trip to Peles castle, Brasov and Dracula’s castle. Vlad is an excellent tour guide and informed and managed the group in an entertaining and professional manner. Very comfortable coach with a great driver. Highly recommend this tour.

This was saucy an amazing experience as I had always wanted to visit Bran Castle, I am a huge Dracula fan and the driver was brillant in his knowledge not only him but all the other places we stopped off at, A long day but was very much worth it

2 star review is for the Trip2go not the castle. I booked and paid for the tickets through TripAdvisor website links. When the booking was confirmed the following up email informed me that Peles Castle would be closed. I msg Vlad asking should this have been stated on the website before we booking or prior to payment. The response was not as customer focused as you would have expected, Peles Castle is quoted as being more of an attraction than Bran castle. The Trip2go is advertised as a guided tour of Bran castle and Peles Castle. So if Peles Castle is closed how can you advertise it a a guided tour. The tour itself. Vald very knowledgeable man and some amusing stories, the coach was clean, Nicole the driver really good under the conditions that Romanian roads and drivers cause while driving a coach. It's was a difficult day as the coach left late Due to late passengers, (note : be on time) the city traffic is a mess in the morning. Vlad had to change the itinerary for the day due to Peles Castle being closed, local road works and running late. Vlad made an effort to change and rearrange the schedule but it was not the tour we had hoped for. Last minute problems caused a rushed tour of a beautiful part of Romania. I could go on about the disappointment but no point as it has not put us of going back to Romania, Before you book anything in Romania make sure they are open as alot of historical places are closed Mondays or closed for maintenance at the last minute. Would I use Trip2go again ?? Yes as I hope that when it all runs smoothly it's a really good tour, but my review is based on this day trip tour in my experience of the day.

Excellent full day trip getting in two castles. Be prepared for crowds but worth it. Pre book tickets it saves a lot of time

Our Tour-guide, Șerban RIGA, was both engaging and full of knowledge. He always made sure that everything was fun and informative and would also WhatsApp us to ensure full communication of meetings points and times. He is full of energy and not shy to crack a joke or two which we were amused by; we were laughing the whole time. Our driver Nicu took shortcuts to make sure that we were at our destinations with plenty of time, and was prompt and considerate. We thoroughly enjoyed the tour and would recommend to our friends and family!

Had an awesome time - Serban was the best guide! Kept us on time, was so knowledgeable and so funny. We were able to get into both castle within ten minutes. The driver was incredible too - literally no errors on what must be a big day for him. Would go again - a great taster of the Romanian countryside!! I toured on the 23/9/23

Very good organized. In time and the tourist guide is a real professional. He explained every thing with very good knowledge.

This is high on the “must do” list if you’re in the Bucharest area. Jam-packed with local and historical information. There was plenty of downtime, but if you’re more interested in exploring the castles and Brasov further than I recommend bringing a snack. Personally I enjoyed the local cuisine

The trip was great and we really enjoyed it. Our tour guide Serban (Rigas Feraios in greek as he said ) was a great guy, very funny and made our trip for sure way better. He helped with tickets, saving us pressure time, told us a lot of information on the road, the castles and Brasov. In general a great guy and a great professional. I really recommend this trip to anyone looking to visit Dracula or Peles castle and Brasov!
