Highly recommended in Bucharest
My mother and I did the Sights and Bites tour with Ioana and we would highly recommend it. The tour was well paced and we covered a lot of information. The three course traditional Romanian meal at the end was really good and kept us full for hours.

Ioana was an excellent guide and great company. We learned so much about the city from her; in particular, interesting facts about the buildings. Plus a lot about food and culture. Even after the tour ended, Ioana gave us some useful tips for Bucharest plus links to further information.

Thanks Ioana for a wonderful day in Bucharest! You’ve really left a positive view of the city in our minds :)

Fascinating tour exploring the history, culture and cuisine of Bucharest
Sep 2019
In our first visit to Bucharest, our tour guide, Dana, greeted us with a local pastry and described its significance. She showed us historic sites as well as hidden treasures as she explained the evolution of the city. We learned about the effects of communism on the Romanian people and the challenges they still face. Throughout the tour, Dana gave us a real sense of life in Romania. The tour ended with a delicious three-course meal in a local restaurant, where we enjoyed live music.

We had Andrei as guide. He was insightfull, open and considerate. We walked through the old neighbourhoods and was told stories about them and the architecture. We had two food stops and the Mici at the last place was really good. Recomended.

Discovering Bucharest with awesome Andra
Andra was an incredibly knowledgeable and friendly guide. Our four-hour tour of Bucharest's historic center flew by and was topped off with a delicious traditional Romanian lunch at a lovely garden restaurant. If you are looking for a beginners introduction to Romanian history and architecture, this is the tour for you.

Just the right thing!
Jun 2019 • Couples
Me and my wife are doing a longer trip, and Bucharest was our starting point. This tour sounded like a good way to get to know the city, and we were so happy we took it, because it actually exceeded our expectations! Our guide, Andra was lovely and very knowledgeable, and as she said, this tour goes through the 'must know' of Bucharest, followed by a delicious lunch at the end. It's just perfect, not too long, not too short, with just a few people and a great atmosphere, we surely recommend it!
