Wall art was fascinating because Elena provided a rich context. Also got to see interesting parts of the city and through Elena learnt a lot about the culture and history of Bucharest and Romania. Highly recommended.

The tour was just perfect. The knowledge that i got was not only about the murals & art, but also about the history and architecture of Bucharest. The tour shows much bigger perspective over the murals. The tour guide is very friendly and pays a lot of attention to the questions.

I agree with all the five-star reviews! This is one of the best things to do in Bucharest. My advice is to do this tour early on your trip so you can enjoy spotting art throughout your stay. It is a great way to walk through the city, appreciating all the architecture and history of this fascinating place through the ever-changing lens of street art. Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable and personable. The time just flew. It inspired me to get more familiar with the street art scene in my own hometown. A portion of the proceeds of your tour will go to the artist community. Do not hesitate.

This was a great tour where you really learned about the history of Romania and who Bucharest evolved into what it is today. There were some beautiful buildings that you would never see on any regular tour as well as interesting churches and cultural buildings. ANDRA was a FANTASTIC GUIDE!

Had a really great time on our walking tour of Bucharest. We learned so much about the history of Romania and Bucharest. Dana was very knowledgeable and made the tour very interesting and fun. We saw off-the-beaten parts of Bucharest that we would never have seen on our own. Dana and her colleague made us feel comfortable during the entire tour. We would definitely do another tour with Urban Adventures again.

The hidden gem tour was a great walking tour of the many types of architecture in Bucharest. Ionna was a wonderful tour guide and shared a great deal of history and knowledge.

My husband and I were collected from our hotel by English speaking Dana and taken around the city. We were shown many of the sites of historical importance in Romania’s recent Communist past, as well as told many anecdotal stories about life here. Highly recommend the trip and big thanks to Dana.
