I want to make a complain, not a review. The excursion did not take place because was cancelled by the organizer. Mr. Andrei Rusu send me email that the excursion was moved from 3pm to 4 pm. After that he send me another email with a very short notice, telling me that the guide, Viorika, had a car accident and the excursion was cancelled. I was at the fish farm, and I was let down. I told him he should have a plan B if accidents happen. He didn’t care about anything, he didn’t even answer my emails. At the farm, I found out that there is no such an excursion, for caviar and wine testing. It was a misleading add from the organizer. I planed this trip weeks before. I came all the way from Canada, to find out in the farm that all is cancelled. I want a full reimburse of the excursion and penalties money from the fact that my vacation was ruined. I let up yo you to determine how much the penalty is. I can send you all the emails I had with Andrei Rusu. All the disaster of my vacation is because of him Best, Radu Stelea

A fantastic tour of an old underground limestone mines converted and renovated into the biggest wine collection in the world. Very well organised, unique experience and great wine tasting and nibbles. Would highly recommend this tour

The tour was easily communicated by email and WhatsApp, everything in English and other languages. The driver Andrei was on time to pick us up and very kind. Winery gave us a bike and an excellent tour around it, explaining to us all the history behind it. Finishing with 3 excellent types of wine with delicious snacks. Really recommended, with very friendly staff and a unique experience through the largest winery in the world, a must to see.

I signed up for the biking tour and paid extra for it. The tour guide called me the night before to let me know the biking tour was in the morning so I switched my day around. When I arrived the vineyard said they were not doing biking and they were surprised my tour guide paid for that. I talked to the tour company after and they apologized. I still paid extra for the biking tour and was not reimbursed. My driver also didn’t speak English which was fine but unexpected since I paid for English speaking. I would not recommend this if you want to bike.

We booked the trip mistakenly on the day we fly home not on the day before that we desired. We emailed on the morning day of the trip we wanted originally and they fantastically communicated and was not an issue to rearrange the trip on the same day in few hours. All went smoothly and enjoyable. Highly recommended this trip. A+++

They organised tours to Et Cetra and Purkari winery. The grape stomping was a very unique experience. We did lot of fruit picking in the orchards. The autumn landscape was spectacular in Purkari winery. Lunch at the winery was better than a Michelin star restaurant, even though we are vegetarians. Please go to Moldova. It is a hidden treasure.

I had a flawless experience with GoAdventure from start to finish - I strongly recommend them, they showed us a great time, and were patient, professional, and flexible through-out. First communicating with Andre (I believe he leads the company?) - I wonder when Andre sleeps, because he is always online and responds fast to any question, happy to give personal tips, advice and recommendations! What I appreciated most is he tried to understand what we actually wanted to experience first, instead of just selling the same standard tours and routes - we felt like our tours were tailored especially for us, and to be honest wherever we went, we were almost always the only people being shown around. It felt very bespoke and exclusive, but the prices were really affordable and always broken down clearly so we could see exactly what every euro was for - I really appreciated this transparency, it helped us plan our trips exactly how we wanted and still keep in our budget. We did two day tours - one to Transniester including the Bender fortress and a visit to the Kvint distillery, and one day wine tasting. Our guide Valentina was fantastic! So knowledgable, perfect english, and explained everything so diplomatically and digestibly - what I mean is she gave just the right amount of information so it was never boring, and without any bias, so we could formulate our own opinions about the history and politics of the country. She was really lovely, very patient, and her guiding was entertaining and educational- we really learned so much. Our driver Alex was also teriffic - friendly and helpful. When he found out someone in our group was celebrating her birthday, he told Andrei and they organised a surprise cake at one of the wine tastings! It was totally unexpected and very sweet - a perfect end to the day! Speaking to Alex and Valentina, it sounds like GoAdventure organises longer bespoke tours throughout the wider region - I would not hesitate to recommend them if you are interested in exploring this part of the world.

We had a full day tour to Transnistria from Chisinau and it was excellent. Cristina was a lovely guide and provided us with so many interesting facts about Moldova and Transnistria. We have never been to somewhere like this before and it was so interesting. I thought the lunch was absolutely great and Cristina and Victor were so accommodating to us. Highly recommend. Excellent service from the head office as well in booking and being flexible.

This was an amazing experience. The tour went at a really good pace. Just the right amount of information and engagement. The cellar itself is very impressive, it is enormous, with over 2 millions of bottles of wine. Since the cellar galleries are deep in the ground the annual temperature is around 12-14 C, which amazed me since the outside temperature was hot and dry. The tour itself took place inside the cellars, bikes we used as mean of transportation. It is a unique experience, I would definitely recommend to go on this tour, we were lucky to be accompanied by a very clever guide. The wine and food was very good. Chin Chin!!!

Amazing trip, beautiful places, hospitable people and GOOOOD BEERS with outstanding tastes. We had opportunity to see all process of making a good crafted beer, and of course, the actual tasting was nice, we tasted all the beers... UNIQUE EXPERIENCES. Strongly recommended, because it's a perfect trip for relax time with family or friends, where you have possibility to explore wonderful part of this country (Moldova).
