Dubrovnik is such a cool place! I am so grateful Grey Line had the day trip there. Our guide Petar was very knowledgeable and had great recommendations for our rainy day.

A great day out in Krja National Park
We've just been today to Krka National Park with Darijo our guide and Andrew our driver. As its March and out of season we didn't have the boat trip from Split, but we took a very comfortable bus organised by Greyline to Krka. Dario was a fantastic guide...full of interesting and useful information. He also remembered where everyone on the bus came from and could relate to their country of origin with knowledge and interest. Andrew was a very safe driver on some tight and narrow roads which he managed to navigate in a skilled and safety conscious way. We have no doubts in advising travellers to take this trip from Split...hugely enjoyable, interesting and the most wonderful views.

Wonderful tour of a breathtaking park!
This was an incredible tour! The guides on my tour, Samia and Mia, did a fabulous job of helping our group see as much as possible in Plitvice Lakes. I appreciated all of the information they shared throughout the tour and all of the recommendations for things to do in Split. It made getting between Zagreb and Split so easy!

    Worth the money
We took the trip with Mia and Sanja, despite the weather conditions, we were lucky to get a very sunny day a at the park. Everything was very seamless and comfortable. What we liked most was how both the guides have consolidated the best views of the park in a very well planned way. We are very grateful to Mikey for his excellent driving. Worth the money! :)

    Plitvice from Split in March
Our guides Mia and Sanja led a great tour. Very friendly and everything was well organized. We got to see both the upper and lower lakes. The upper lakes had just opened for the season so that was exciting! The excursion was 100% worth the drive from Split

Great way to transfer from Zod rep to split. Both.Sanja and Mia made the whole day seamless and easy. The lake region was beautiful and worth the stop. Additionally, the lunch restaurant had great food ( lunch is not till 4pm so eat a hearty breakfast ) would definitely recommend this tour

We traveled with Sanja & Mia on this tour. Both are great! The leg from Zagreb to Plitvice Lakes was about 2.5 hours, and you get a restroom break half way through. We then spent about 4 hours inside the park, hiking both the upper lakes and the lower lakes (yes, including THAT waterfall you see on social media). After the parks, we went to lunch. The final leg to split took about 3.5 hours, with another restroom break. You will switch bus after the lunch, and the drivers will handle the luggage swap.

The English of the Guide SANJA was very clean, easy to hear and easy to understand. The walk along Plitvice Lake was quite a long one, with four hours, but it was almost a miracle that even though there were more than 40 participants, no one ever got together on time for each meeting.
Thunder struck at the end of the tour, and it rained heavily just after everyone started getting on the bus to the restaurant where lunch was scheduled. It was also good not to get wet. It will be lunch and dinner around 3 p.m., so it's better to bring snacks for a stroll.

I did the tour with Mia. She was very good at keeping the group together and was very friendly but the tour was very poorly planned. Firstly our already large tour group combined with one other making it very hectic and overcrowded (approx. 50 ppl). The tour did not take us fully around the lakes. We only saw the area of the lakes with limestone from above by bussing us up which was very disappointing especially because we could see people walking through the area below and it looked beautiful. We were told that because the path for the main waterfalls was under repair that it was “useless” to go down to the area that had the majority of the lakes. However, we could see many people walking the paths below around the larger lakes up to the waterfall closure. the path below looked beautiful where the path ran across the water by a lot of smaller waterfalls that we would have loved to explore and take photos. we were told that the path we went on was better for photos but the views from below were nicer and easier for photos. The view from our path was also mostly covered by trees and shrubs so there weren’t many good viewpoints. very disappointed that they misled us. it seemed they were more concerned with getting us out of the park than they were about us enjoying our time there. Bussing up to there seemed like an easy way to rush us through the park to the exit. The tour also planned a stop for lunch past 3pm after we visited the lakes which was a 10minute drive away from the park. At this point we simply wanted to go home rather than spend 45 mins at a lunch planned so late. the tour had already given us two 30 minute breaks in the park where we could buy food or eat packed lunches including one right before we left the park. We would have much rather spent the time exploring the lakes rather than at a restaurant we didn’t want to go to in the first place and where we had to spend money or sit in a unairconditioned bus. Had we just eaten lunch at the park and not taken random long stops we would’ve had more time to see more of the park which we only saw about 10% of in this tour. we are EXTREMELY disappointed and frustrated by this tour. You are basically paying for transportation to and from the park with pit stops and zero time in the park (we spent about 2.5 hours exploring the park out of a total 11.5 hour trip)

Sanja and Mia were our tour guides during this excursion. They gave precise instructions, were very prompt and timely, kept the tour organized despite there being more than 60 of us. I liked how they provided information throughout the tour and their recommendations. No words can describe the park's beauty and pictures cannot give it justice. Must see it yourself.

Sonja and Mia worked in tandem for our group of about 30 people( we were escorted front and back of the Group so we dont get lost. Despite the rain they both kept a positive attitude and took awesome photos of us and the waterfalls. The lunch at the restaurant could have been better planned with a set menu offering but that’s out of their control.

Sanja, our guide was awesome for our tour from Zagreb to Plitvice Lakes National Park. She was knowledgeable, personable, and cheerful! We had a very small group of 11 and it felt very personal. The hiking and views were spectacular! We enjoyed it very much and will come back in the future to see the waterfalls and lakes in the Spring!

The Gray line tour was great with Mia & Sonja. They were very knowledgeable and friendly navigating us around the Plitvices Lake area to see the beautiful lakes and waterfalls. The bus transportation was also convenient with restroom stops and holding our items while completing the tour.

This guided tour from Zagreb to Split led by Sanja and Mia was amazing. My friends and I spent the day learning fascinating facts about the country and the Plitvices Lakes. Even though the weather was a bit temperamental with the rain and fog at times, they made the experience so much fun. Coming anyway from this experience with many photos and memories. I highly recommend this tour for anyone that is visiting the area for the first time but also for those that enjoy an upbeat and informative travel experience. 10/10 recommend.
