- LadyTravelerSeattle0 contributionsScaryMy son and I loved this place. Boggles your mind. The vortex was down right scary, so don’t plan on staying inside to long. And the paintings with the warnings, do not look at long it or they will hypnotize you. I believe they will, so beware. A bit hard to find, old looking building, go around it to left and head towards stairs.Written October 25, 2021

Went here as many of the other museums were shut, either for renovation or because it was a Monday. It's not a huge museu, but if you engage in the different activities - particularly the many (challenging) puzzles -it's good value for money. Staff were really friendly and will help if you struggle with the puzzles. We enjoyed our visit.

Some fun things in the museum with some fun photo opportunities. The museum is quite small and despite the staff limiting numbers (one out/one in) it was quite difficult to get to some of the illusions. It costs €8 per adult which I feel was too much.

Dear, we are sorry that the museum did not meet your expectations. We offer over 70 exhibits and over 100 Dilemma games of puzzles and jigsaw puzzles, as well as a Smart Playroom where you can try out our didactic games. We appreciate your opinion because it helps us to be even better. Thank you for visiting and reviewing!

We had a really great time. Many things and illusions to see. There is also a section with some very tricky puzzles to solve - that took us quite some time 😂 I think it's really great to include in the itinerary as the museum s great and also it's location is right in the center. Loved it ❤️

For about 5 dollars, you can wander through two floors of underwhelming hands on experiences. Some nice photo opportunities, but nothing spectacular, and the explanations of the phenomena are very brief and absolutely lacking in scientific depth. Skip this, unless you have very small kids.

So incredibly disappointing.
Queued for an hour to get in. Place was full of kids, which is fine, but everything seems to be aimed toward children despite the advertisements seemingly being aimed toward adults.
The worst part for me was a staff member. She came down to the entrance to let the next groups in, and I was at the front of the queue. She looked at me and said “how many in the group?” I began to answer, then she clocked my boyfriend and stood BETWEEN me and my boyfriend to ask him the same question and totally ignored me. She then proceeded to follow us around the museum the whole time which was very weird, but not hard to do since the museum is tiny anyway.
Not worth the money, and some staff training wouldn’t go amiss.

I went to the museum with my friends, and we all loved it! There’s a great variety of illusions, some interactive and some visual. The staff is very friendly and helpful when taking pictures. Highly recommend it! Make sure to reserve tickets though, they do sell out! We did the 11am tickets and when we left at 12:15, the tickets were sold out until 3pm.

The museum of illusions, though small still has quite a lot of activities packed in.
Some of them are really nice and interactive. You can easily spend around 2 hrs. The museum is easy to reach (walkable from the center - Ban Jelačić Square) or take a tram. The tram stop Frankopanska with many tram connections, is just a few mins walk away.

Not up to our expectations.
Very long queue to see this Museum, in Zagreb.
Locals and tourists alike
Thought this could be entertaining and last about an hour, yet we had seen it all after 30 minutes and left, totally disillusioned !!.
Children might be amused by the amateur illusions, but I had seen some of the exhibits before.
My recommendation would be to do something more interesting and worthwhile in this capital city of Croatia.

This place is a lot of fun! If you want to experience something in your life, come here and see for yourself. It’s great for kids and fun. The ticket may be a little too expensive, but it's still worth a look. Every thing is fun in its own way. The room with the mirrors was very cool for me.
The museum is located on Ilica, 2 minutes from British Square. You are an easy walk in 10 minutes to the city center.

Groups of 10 pay €85 (6 adults, 3 students and 1 child).
The beginning (bridge with rotating images) reminds us of a boat... The rest less incredible. Fortunately, the floor catches up with the mirror perspectives...
Nice ending with puzzle games.
