Terrible is too good for this.... We booked day before had all confirmation needed and payment took.....fast forward 24 hours. Waited 1 hour at collection point no one turned up.....shutter down on supposed shop at address provided. 2 hours later after a 45 minute call to Trip Advisor refund pending. Terrible experience tried numerous times to contact host, no answer or facility for voicemail, emails sent live chat......all no reply. Day ruined 🤬

It was a very good get away and just to be in the nature. Dubravko was a very good tour guide friendly and full of information about the place we visited. It was the best place for people to just walk from the forest to the city and to know the trail of the water supply and skiing area during winter time. And to see the castle as well . If you plan to visit Zagreb give never miss this safari 4X4 .

We enjoyed connecting with nature and booked the Photo Safari Tour with Dubravko. He made it a great experience as we left Zagreb and made our way up Mount Medvednica. Within 25 minutes you are in beautiful wooded mountains with great views of the surrounding area. Dubravko gave us history, stories and answered all our questions. He was extremely flexible with our group. I highly recommend taking this tour if you like to experience nature.

We booked the daily bike tour at Lobagola B&B and it was an excellent way to explore the old city. Owner Dubravko himself guided us around and he could tell us a lot of historical, cultural and personal facts regarding Zagreb. Very interesting! Fantastic guide! We had a great time! Highly recommended!

Looking for something a little bit different from the everyday "walking or bicycle tour", we decided to try the Medvednica Nature Park Photo Safari 4x4 Tour from Zagreb. Hosted by the owner and co-founder of Lobagola Tours, we set off on a 4 x 4 experience into the Medvednica Nature Park with Dubi for a half day tour and we were very impressed. Ideally suited for anyone (including families), we found the activity to be fun and relaxing with the highlights being driving through beautiful forrests & looking out for Wild Boar, Deer, Bussards, learning about the nature park enviroment and getting some great views back over Zagreb and behind the mountain. Another bonus was the slightly cooler temperatures vs back in Zagreb city. However, for us, the real star of the tour was the host and guide, Dubi, who was so informative and engaging that the 4 hour tour seemed like 5 minutes and was over before we knew it. It was a truely wonderful half day tour. Thanks Dubi!!

We're a family of 6 adults, and were all feeling a little overwhelmed by the city vibe. We decided we wanted to take a break, and found the Lobagola Tours 4x4 experience via TripAdvisor. We're all big outdoor/nature fans, so the tour description really appealed to us. We arranged to be collected from our Hotel in the morning. Dooby arrived in the Land Rover and we headed off towards Medvednica. Dooby was very knowledgeable and friendly, and gave us great insight into the beautiful natural surrounds, as well as the historical background of the area (Zagreb and Croatia as a whole). We first went to the old silver mine, before going down and up a different route to the top fo the mountain where the skiing area is. Here we stopped for a drink and to appreciate the beautiful scenery. Our final stop was at the old castle/fortress which was closed for reconstruction. Nevertheless, we got a good sense of what is planned and were able to appreciate the old stone walls from outside the gates. Dooby was also very helpful with advice for our onward travels, and offered to send an email list of options to check out while we make our way through the rest of the country. If you're in Zagreb for a few days, this is definitely something I'd recommend. It was a real highlight. Dooby was an excellent guide.

After a few days of pounding the pavements in the city in the heat it was a welcome respite to spend part of the day on the mountain. The beautiful forests, gurgling rivulets and outstanding views of the city of Zagreb made this trip an absolute delight. Dubi was our tour guide. His passion for his country was tangible and his tour informative and interesting. He was at all times engaging and helpful, even providing recommendations for our trip ahead. Dubi exudes a wonderful energy which ensures an outstanding experience. Thank you for a most enjoyable day.

We did the 4x4 tour today and had the best time! Donny was friendly and knowledgeable about Zagreb and all of the surroundings. He took us to all the best spots and made it a wonderful experience with our children. Would highly recommend this tour or any of the tours with him, he is a pleasure!

This tour made our day complete and wonderful after we have the quite serious situation at first time in Croatia first day in Zagreb ...(baggage lost-delayed / could not reach the owner of Airbnb apartment . We were under the impression of our guide, he was kindness, an history educated guide, helpful and he has a good sense of humour. Thanks again to full fill our day..

I was contacted by EMAIL 5 minutes before the tour was to begin, telling me it was canceled. Because the guide injured themselves in the morning tour 5 hours earlier. I had already trekked down to their location and was onsite. To get a refund, I had to contact Expedia to get it, Lobagola refused to initiate the refund. Then this company tried to get me on another tour later in the week, over $100 USD, and said I had to pay cash, refused credit card. Then when I didn’t come to the second tour, they accused me of improper behavior and said they would reverse my refund. Avoid Lobagola and Dubravko and all costs. Use this company at your own peril.

We toured the mountain with Doobie the day after a very long flight from the US with three children, ages 10-15. Doobie was awesome! He’s smart, entertaining, and eager to share his stories about growing up in a war-torn Eastern Europe. He gave our family incredible insight into his upbringing, falconry, and Zagreb in general. He’s a fascinating once-in-a-lifetime person you’ll meet and never forget. Loved every minute we spent with him! Views from Medvednica are not to be missed. A fun and fascinating way to get out of the city.

There were just the 2 of us on this tour but really enjoyed it. Great to learn about the history of a place and get round more than on foot. The wine and snacks were delicious. Would have been improved by mixing the wine stops (multiple) up a bit more with the sightseeing over a longer period.

Everything about this trip was brilliant. We were the only couple on it and Dubravac (Not sure if that's how you spell his name) was warm, welcoming, and approachable and stunned us with his passion, love and sheer knowledge for Croatia and Zagreb. We had a sneak peek at Lobogola B&B, the meeting place of the trip, which is stunning inside and certainly a place we would like to visit in the future. The 4x4 was comfortable and great for the terrain and we were able to view Zagreb from different perspectives and enjoyed mesmerising views. A must for anyone visiting Zagreb who fancies a few hours out of the city or enjoys learning about history. Thankyou for making our last day so special and unique!

I highly recommend the Lobagola bike tour of Zagreb. You meet at their very cool youth hostel in the center of the city. They fit you with helmets and make sure that the bikes fit. They review bike safety in clear English. My wife was very nervous because she does not like riding bikes but within minutes she was cruising the streets like a local. Our guide, not only made sure we were safe but he also gave us a history lesson that you would expect from a history professor. As an added bonus they provide a free go-pro tour of your trip To prove to your friends that actually were cycling the streets. This was a 5 star trip at a very reasonable price.
