During the mindful hike you will have the opportunity to cleanse your mind and get away from the city center for a mindful walk in the forest to a picturesque view. After the hike we invite you to cleanse the bidy with a soak in the local mineral bath. This is the only functioning mineral bath in Sofia and it has preserved this way since Roman times. The water is extremely healing as it contains magnesium. You won't find this experience in usual tourist guides.
