Excellent well managed tour. Pick up on time. Great conversation throughout the trip. Great value for money! Our guide Lubo from Sofia and our Skopje guide were very knowledgeable and pleasant! Ample time after the tour to souvenir shop and grab lunch! Day well spent! No negative remarks.

Diana was a great tour guide! She knew in depth the history of Bulgaria and even shared with us the personal stories of her family and how communism changed their lives. The tour was a lot of driving and Diana was a very good driver. About 30 minutes from Buzludzha she went over the history of the monument which was extremely impressive! Highly recommend this tour!

The waterfall is small but pretty and a nice walk. Caves were awesome. Love h was a cute town but the people are not friendly…at least not to Americans. Our guide was informative

The guide Peter was very lovely, played good music, and was just a joy to be around. The local Macedonian guide was quick and efficient. He told us the most import highlights of the history and even treated us to a desert! Can highly recommend doing this tour!

Michael was a brilliant guide, we were all well informed of the delights that awaited us. The trip itself was amazing, these awe inspiring cave which have been there for millennia are just beyond words. It was a very small group of six, on a really hot Bulgarian day, the air conditioning in the mini bus was such a treat.

Rosen was our guide for the trip. Very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Picked up on time with a total of 7 of us. We had a phone call the night before asking if we would mind visiting 2 other caves so they could combine tours at no extra charge, but would mean trip wold be a hour longer so we did Krushina falls, Devetaki cave, Savea cave and eye of god cave. all different in their way. Only had a hour in Lovech town proper, but had a very nice meal as Rosen had pointed out 3 local restaurants

Our guide had fantastic knowledge, the drive was comfortable and the Buzludzha and museum of socialist art were great.

Amazing trip, with a very knowledgeable and entertaining guide. Would thoroughly recommend, and will be booking through these guys again when I go back to Bulgaria.

Great experience, I enjoyed the drive, and my tour guide from Bulgaria was very nice and accommodating. He allowed us to stop for a bathroom and snack break and always asked if we were alright throughout the drive!

Was one of my best tour guided trip. We got a lot of information about the city Sofia, the culture about bulgaria ect. what i moste liked, was that we were a small group in a Van and our tour guid. It had a family vibe. And the caves were stunning!!! worth worth worth all the money.

Positive is the excellent overview you get from plovdiv and surrounding in a short period of time. Good guide and driver also. However it is really hot in a packed minibus if you are a large person.

We had a day tour at the end of July 2023.It was a very nice tour and very nice guide who could tell many interesting facts during the trip. Comfortable travel with family and children. I would recommend this trip. We will definitely be traveling with Bultrips again next holiday. Rozina & family

Ivaylo was a terrific guide. Informative and friendly. Plovdiv is well worth traveling from Sofia to see and the tour allowed plenty of time to explore without feeling rushed
