        Worth every penny
We visited the show last year and it's totally worth. Lots of professional artists, great script and wonderful atmosphere.

        Nice place
Great place close to Sofia. Well maintained pools and very polite staff. Plenty of sun beds and there is also a lake with a nice park to walk around. I regret not knowing about it earlier so I could visit it more often.

So affordable with with a great quality. Very knowleageadbe guide and so many hidden gems in the city of Sofia. I never expected that for a tour costing a couple of coffees.

Edge of the World - A more accessible route for self drive visitors
This is commonly a half day trip that starts in the afternoon to see the sunset. There are three routes to access the park of the Edge of the World. Of the three, the middle route is the most accessible route for self drive. Unlike the southern route, which is open only Thursday to Saturday (to be verified) and the northern route which, although open daily, is rough, the middle route is relatively flat and open every day. A normal SUV is sufficient to clear the ground. But this route is not shown in Google Map yet. Here is the tip to find the route. In Google Map, look for Edge of the ShortCut. This is the start of the route from the main highway. There is a road signboard erected at this juncture. Then look for Edge of the World New Road on Google Map which is just a few minutes drive down the paved road. This is the start of the new route and the road becomes unpaved. Then there is no more trace on Google Map from this point onward. You have to follow the track all the way to the destination, about 50 min. drive. This is a relatively straight route. The rule of thumb is to follow the sun or westward on the compass. Self drive groups are advised to head back as soon as the sun sets so that the track is still visible for a good part of route and before the tour operators hit the road in order to avoid driving in mist caused by traffic ahead of you.

Hilton Universal City - Business or Pleasure - You can't go wrong!
I keep going back to the Hilton Universal City because they make me feel special and treat me better than family! Kevin Finister and his staff are amazing. I combined business and family this trip as we celebrated my daughter's marriage to an amazing man. They had a beautiful room and they had a blast! Kevin got me a great room where I can work but still get a great night's sleep on their amazing bed and soft, comfortable duvets. Shower is hot and strong and uber eats can deliver to the room so no wasted time waiting in the lobby. This is a lovely hotel and the long-term staff know how to take care of both business and tourist/vacation guests. Got coffee from Javier and hope he gets a raise. He always remembers me and again and trip after trip. Robert Weitz has built a team with Kevin that is first rate. This is a safe hotel and ubers are just a minute or 2 away. I can't recommend this hotel and team highly enough. Organizations should strongly consider having their conferences at this hotel. Thank you Kevin and Robert!

Magical horse riding in the mountain
this is a definite MUST if you want to experience the beauty of Vitosha mountain as well as experience horse riding in the wild. They took exception care of me during the entire ride. The horses are so good. Happy and fit! They know their job and look after you. I was lucky enough to experience the ride in snow all the way up and back down the mountain. A dream come true for me. If I ever get the opportunity to visit Bulgaria again this would be my first stop to ride and say hi to Vento - the horse I got to ride. This experience was a real childhood dream come true for me.

When your private chauffeur doesn't show up with a vehicle!!!
Bait and switch. Paid for a "private chauffeured city tour", and got a very expensive walking tour. The guide was nice, but we didn't sign up for walking around the city.

        Excellent experience
The guide was really good and shared interesting information about the city and the country. The places that we visited were well chosen, as well as the route. Excellent organisation and flexibility in terms starting/ending point and time. It was an exciting experience for our guests and they liked the tour a lot,

Misleading advert and rude hosts - not a tour
Do not be fooled this is in no way a tour and is a misleading advert. All you receive is a small pdf document with the same detail that is on the posters round the lakes that you can read. Plus you can get an equivalent free app such as mapsme that will get you round the lakes or follow the track and other people it is very simple - this is a waste of money. You can see on the company reviews others had the same experience. 10 hours after booking I realised that this was not a tour, I contacted the tour and they refused to refund me and they were rude to me just because I suggested I had been mislead. Thankfully Tripadvisor have since stepped in and refunded me as a goodwill gesture as it was obvious that the advert is misleading and not a tour, and agreed that their messages were rude. Luckily I booked another self-guided tour through another company with pick up from Sofia for the same price at short notice and had an amazing time at the lakes.

        Horrible
I booked (by mistake) an option that was the self-guided tour. They emailed me an e-map and a few printed pages of information that I should have read myself. Paid 42 USD for this. How was this a tour? There was no audio guidance. Map was a general map that you can find anywhere. I could read the information online, why should I pay for your printed version? This is not a self-guided tour, but a big cheat. They should remove this version from the site.

Wonderful self-guided tour option on this tour. Very affordable with all information and paths. Strongly recommend if you want to save money and do not need private guiding as this mountain is relatively easy to navigate.

This tour was highlight of my trip. It was lucky for me to take the tour within the limited time. Mt.Vitosha is definitely beautiful as you can see attached photo.Dragalevtsi Monastery has really interesting images on the west side wall. You can see men on horseback, St.Demetrius, St.George and St.Mercurius. It looks like same composition, but there is a meaning and history for each of them.
Moreover, tour guide is nice and car is comfortable. All you needs are clothes that are comfortable to move around in and prestudy for saints.

We had a great time at our private tour with Petya! She picked us up and dropped us off at our accommodation. Hotel “Moreni” was the starting point for our hike to the summit Black Peak (Cherni Vruh). It was four of us- 2 adults, 11 yo and a 9yo. The hike was about 7mi (approximately 11 km) on a moderate uphill. Our kids did great. We walked through the bedrock formation Moreni and even enjoyed some snowy patches in the hot day. The views from the summit were stunning. It was an easy hike. It took us about 4 hours for the round trip. We’re very happy with our experience! Thank you!

I wanted to climb Vitosha mountain so I decided to buy this trip. This was my only mistake during my trip to Sofia.
58 € for me and my daughter for ... NOTHING!
For this price, you will get a simple PDF with minimal information but nothing necessary (google will give you all this information for free).
No departure time recommended in this document.
Nothing about how to pay for your food, where you can buy it, if there is an information point somewhere, ... absolutely nothing useful!
Just the number of the bus line to go to the elevator BUT!
There are 2 bus lines to go to the lift (line 122 indicated in the document and line 123 not indicated).
Bad luck for me line 122 was inactive ...
With the help of people on the street I took another bus and after 30 minutes of walking I finally got to the bottom of the elevator! Closed !!!
At least I'll be reimbursed. This is the only good point.

Hello, You were very unfortunate not to have read what the self-guided option includes no matter it's clearly written in the tour itself and on your voucher. Due to COVID-19 on that day the lift and some of the buses were not operating. We got this information officially but you were on the way already. That's why you were fully refunded immediately as public transportation is outside our control. If only you had shown more appreciation for the hard work and the support you received. In exchange for all you wrote a bad review which is the easiest thing you could do. Actually, everybody could do this. Despite all, we are good people and professionals. Something the customers take this for granted. That's why we could only smile at you and wish you all the best.
