I want to give credit to the guide, Aid, our tour guide, with great knowledgeable about the siege in Sarajevo and the war in Bosnia also shared his experience from when he was young. The tour is one of must visits Bosnia and Hercegovina and the horrible past. He clearly loves his country and loves educating others about it. He shared many personal stories and added humour to an otherwise quite somber occasion. He speaks great English.
In this tour you are able to go a step back in time and to understand a post world war genocide in the heard of europe. You have opportunity to visit during this tour:
- Introduction to the Srebrinica and its story.
- The stories from the survivors.
- The stories from the fallen.
- The UN Forces Complex.
- The Memorial Complex.
It's invaluable to talk a local that lived in Sarajevo, the changes it's been through. It is most hard to believe and incomprehensible such a war happened in a country where people are warm and hospitable.
I looking forward to opprtunity explore more great sites and mysticism in Bosnia and Hercegovina and hope for the peace and future for this country.

I would like to thank my guide, Ibrahim, for his time. I made this trip to see with my eyes what I read in books and there I found something more. Ibrahim was very kind and open to dialogue, I’m glad I had him as a guide. I think everyone must go once to Srebrenica and I suggest to do it with him.

We took this tour unsure of what to expect, but wanting to learn more. Our tour guide for the day was Ibrahim, and our tour was well thought out from start to end. From the minute he picked us up, Ibrahim was friendly and welcoming, and was happy to converse on the long journey. He was very knowledgable throughout the time spent at the memorial centre and into Srebrenica. He had brought lunch as many places were closed due to low season, which was a great thought. Overall, we learned a lot about the tragic events which took place there, but it was a necessary tour to take to understand more about the history of Bosnia. Ibrahim was also happy to share local food recommendations in Sarajevo which turned out to be one of our favourite places. Overall, we would 100% recommend this tour and will book with the company again next time we are in Sarajevo - thank you Ibrahim!

I gave a very short notice, yet I found flexibility and understanding of my tight travel plans. I got my solo trip and lived the historical details through Asim's narration (my tour guide).
Asim has the talent of storytelling, and connecting with local people effortlessly. He was able to get me a visit to a local grandma, one of the genocide's victims, and it was a beautiful experience to listen to her and even try her food!
I highly recommend the tour to anyone interested in learning about this most documented genocide in history. Where all news outlets had their cameras on as it was happening. It will make you appreciate Bosnians for their resilience and their hope.

The agency has been absolutely excellent. Our guide had a knowledge of foreign languages. very good communication skills. Great ability to relate to different people. Great passion explaing. He explained the tragedy in Srebrenica very sensitively. Genocide in Srebrenica, must be remembered.
