Funky Tours is amazing! If you're visiting Bosnia, use them. You won't regret it.
I took THREE tours with them last weekend because it was clear their guides are knowledgeable and passionate. As a woman traveling alone I felt completely safe in their care.
I actually communicated with the office for over a month before my trip asking unreasonable amounts of questions and requesting all sorts of personalization, and the absolute angels at the Funky Tours office always responded extremely promptly and as if we were close friends they were happy to be helping.
I am so lucky I found Funky Tours to introduce me to this amazing country and city.

Best tour guide ever, great hiking tour

Just back from an amazing long weekend hiking in Bosnia & visiting Kravice Waterfalls & Mostar. We were a hiking group from London lucky to have Skender as a tour leader. He is super passionate about his country and with an amazing knowledge about anything you
want to know, be that the country or any other topic and his English better than any people I met there ( they all spoke fluent English). A super interesting guy that succeeds in spite of the system. He had the perfect timings when it came to talking, showing us typical foods, or music, be it Bosnian or all sorts of famous English songs. On the 2nd day he had us singing in the van and on the 4th and last, even dancing. I have an extensive experience travelling all over the world, both by myself and in organised trips like this one and it is the first time I am blown away by what I could only describe as a Master at the peak of his game. I felt truly fortunate to have him guiding the tour and to visit this neck of the woods. When 2 people in our group needed a different solution to get to the airport on Sunday, he was able to think outside the box to come with a solution that suited us all perfectly

Bosnia is a great and underrated country and Skender’s passion, knowledge and efficiency only impacted positively the whole experience to the extent that I am in no doubt I will be back for more, and I will make sure I reach out to him and his company next time.

Excellent tour guide- highly recommended tour

This was a fantastic trip. Almir my guide was very informative and has great knowledge of the history of the country. His English was excellent and he was very patient (even when I wasn’t listening and got totally mixed up about the meetup point at one stop!) and helpful along the way. It felt more like an exclusive vip service than a road trip. I would highly recommend Funky Tours for your tours while in Bosnia-Herzegovina

Wonderful Way to Transfer from Dubrovnik to Sarajevo with an Excursion
This was a great way to transfer from Dubrovnik to Sarajevo. I was under the great guidance of Ajla and Tarik, who were so kind and very pleasant companions. We stopped at 6 sites along the way. However, it was quite a long day. My four favorite stops were the Kravice Falls, Poticelj, Blagaj and Mostar. My only regret is that the stop at Mostar which was a beautiful city, could’ve have been longer and allowed for some wine sipping moments in the cute restaurants by the banks of the river. There is one with a great view of the bridge. My recommendation is that you book this transfer privately even if you pay more. This way, your time won’t be in conflict with strangers who might share the ride with you. Overall it was a great experience, most especially because of Tarik and Ajla.

A long journey accomplished in the most enjoyable and relaxing way possible. Excellent careful driver and very knowledgeable guide who made that long journey an excellent day out. Fascinating stops at different locations but my favourite was Konjic - such a stunningly beautiful and peaceful place. Kravice falls were on my to do list anyway and I was not disappointed despite the large number of visitors on a very hot day. As a 72yr old with dodgy knees I was well looked after by Funky Tours and recommend them without any reservation.

Adnam is an extremely personable and skilful driver who provided a huge number of interesting insights into local history and culture. The stops were well-timed and extremely well chosen sites. The scenery along the route between Sarajevo and Dubrovnik was spectacular. I highly recommend Funky Tours - they will not disappoint!

We highly recommend this tour. We went one way from Dubrovnik to Sarajevo. Along the way we stopped at numerous places including Mostar, Konjic Bridge, Kravice Falls, and a spontaneous stop to view a stunning sunset against the mountains. Great conversations all along the way.

Very convenient way of getting from Sarajevo to Dubrovnik

I was travelling from Sarajevo to Dubrovnik on 21st March, and this was perfect as it allowed me to make the journey whilst also seeing the main sites along the way like Mostar and the Kravice waterfall. The guides (Alla and Ayla [sorry for spelling!]) we’re great and let us go at our own pace. The stops were all interesting and we had a nice lunch next to a river. Would definitely recommend!

Amazing tour with great tour guide

Almir was an incredible tour guide!! We did the Dubrovnik to Sarajevo tour which was incredible, and a perfect way to see beautiful sights on a long drive. We loved Almir so much we ended up booking a tour in Sarajevo for the next day. We learned so much throughout those 2 days, they were the highlight of our trip. Highly recommend Funky Tours, and especially Almir!
