Desi is our guide and he is great! The trip is a bit short but at least the guide explains everything clearly with genuine manner.

This is a very good day out if its sunny outside and you want to do something active but not too strenuous. The drive from Tirana to Lake Bovilla is nice, and the Bovilla Lake is worth it for the view. The friendly guide told the group it was open for swimming but some other sources said that wasn't the case. From Bovilla Lake to the top of the Gamti Mountain it is at most 400 meters, and has one steep section. The last 100-150 meters are rocky steps and/or man made iron/steel stairs bolted onto the cliffside, which lead to a metal platform overhanging the mountain - a great place to take photos with Bovilla Lake and the hills in the background. The top is flat so you can eat a packed lunch there while looking at the view, or go down the 100-150 meters to the restaurant (but it gets quite busy). Recommended!

I had a great time in Albania with my friends; this tour was amazing. The staff was caring and good, and the tour was very well organized! I would do it again 100%!

I had my trip tour Berat and it was great. Our guide, Kalejdi, was amazing. I discovered so much about Berat and Albanian culture, but it was so friendly as well. It was like having a trip with an old local friend showing you around. Well done, I will be back for sure

Even in November, we had lovely weather. The hike, I felt, could have been a bit more of an actual hike, the spot was very crowded with a lot of tourists shuffling along to get to the nice views, but the tour was otherwise as advertised. Our guide Rai told us a couple of interesting facts, was very friendly and kept a strict schedule. Definitely recommended.

So much fun!! Incredible photos and the restaurant on the mountain top is amazing!! Best Lamb I have ever had - they have so many different kinds of food! Prices were super cheap too. They accepted card and have great wifi too at the restaurant. Ervin was an amazing guide! He's also a translator and speaks amazing English. We all got eat family style at the restaurant too because we all wanted to try everyone food - personal group option since the food was big portions.

Beautiful views, good communication with our tour guide, Rei when picking us up. Was an enjoyable journey and Rei helped us with any questions we had. Plenty of time allocated to enjoy the views, highly recommend!

We had a great experience on this hike. Ervin, our tour guide was very good and proficient. The weather wasn't in our favor but he managed to make it as enjoyable as possible. Had a great meal at the top of the mountain at a restaurant that served local delicacies.

Out tour guide (Rei) was very friendly, spoke good english and did bring a good atmosphere. We got picked up straight from the hotel and was smoothly transfered to the hike area. The views are great and the tour is worth the price.

I recently went on the Gamti Mountain hike with Bovilla Lake view and canyon from Tirana with my boyfriend. The scenery was absolutely breathtaking, with panoramic views of the lake and canyon that felt like something out of a postcard. Deo, our guide, was fantastic, friendly, knowledgeable, and really attentive to everyone’s needs throughout the hike. He ensured that we had a safe yet adventurous experience. I highly recommend this activity to anyone visiting Tirana, it’s a must-do for nature lovers and adventure seekers.

Our guide, Bledi, was amazing, very knowledgeable, professional and charming. The vehicle was super comfy for the long drive. The palace is a nice one to visit.. we spent about a hour and a half in there. Monastery was quick and interesting. The tour itself could have been wrapped up in half a day, as there wasn’t much to do apart from the castle and monastery visit. The world unesco site was a bit underwhelming with touristy shops and restaurants. Totally skippable. Would have preferred to either come back early or explore something else nearby.
