The place is amazing! Our driver and guide Marjan was the best… even with the road finished nowadays its not easy to drive there so I recommend taking the tour to enjoy the most… great day in the mountains!

I booked a tour of the Shala River weeks in advance (directly on their website), I paid in advance with PayPal, I received a confirmation of the payment but never a confirmation of the tour. I tried contacting them by phone (no answer), by email (no answer), by WhatsApp (no answer). The day before the tour they texted me on WhatsApp to tell me that the tour was canceled because the government was not allowing any boat tour (afterwards we booked a tour with another agency for the same day and we did the boat tour with no issue). No info was provided about refund. I asked for it and they replied that they did not have internet (in a whatsapp message). I insisted daily for the refund, everyday they told me "we will try to do it today" and then nothing "we didn't have time". I finally got the full refund after a week of insisting. So they did not steal any money from me but the communication and organization was too terrible. Believe me, don't book a tour with them!

Very bad experience with Feel Albania, DON’T BOOK WITH THEM, everything is bad especially their communication or ability to fugitive the commitments they make and get paid for. Our story is that we booked a 2-day tour with them to Shala River & Komani Lake for 2 people from Tirana and paid them on PayPal (big mistake in Albania, always book with companies that can guarantee your money like TripAdvisor or Viator or Booking.com or GetYourGuide). They were supposed to do the ground transport from Tirana to Shala River then the boat on the river to reach the secluded guest house where we will sleep the night. We are from The Netherlands and traveling for 1-month around Europe during the Summer and spent 8-9 days in Albania. Two days before the tour, I text them to ask about the meeting point and time on the tour’s day then they tell me that the government cancelled the boats on the river 2-3 weeks ago like whaaat? They didn’t bother telling us that our tour was cancelled, we knew by mistake and they impacted our week in Albania very poorly. They have very bad communication, they just don’t care and they treat tourists with no empathy or support like they do locally with each other. They also are very bad at their job since it is their job to tell us that they can’t run the tour and apologize and refund us the money ASAP but we found out by chance 2 days before Now the refund was a different story, lying and delaying and then lying and procrastinating. They give me some local sentences like “don’t you trust us?” “You will get your money soon”. I was spending my trip fixing plans with operators and hotels and handling their sneaky fraud instead of enjoying my trip, most of these companies would be shutdown by the police after 2 cases like this in Western Europe where there is law and consumer protection but apparently they operate with no issues here. This experience we saw in multiple touristic companies and hotels and individuals working with tourists in Albania so be very careful and only pay on 3rd party websites lien Viator that are trustworthy cause many local companies are lying or this is how they live and work everyday but they don’t know how to behave better with foreigners. Also clearly the majority of these companies don’t care if your trip is ruined or not because of them. I have visited every country in Europe including all smaller ones and Albania was my last and it’s a very unique country in how they treat tourists and hotels and tour operators with no care, with lies and disrespect, it doesn’t feel like Europe at all. There are a lot of charming places and less stressful places in the Balkans like Bosnia and Macedonia, Montenegro so you can relax and not be stressed all the time.

Arjan was our private tour guide. We appreciated that he communicated all the details in advance of our trip. He was prompt at pick-up and extremely professional and personable. We were able to be in the center of the majestic mountains with views of the slate blue river in some stops along the way. The peaks and valleys are like portraits of a painting or photograph unimagined. You feel the immense power and splendor of Mother Nature. The beauty is in its raw and untamed landscape. The terrain is difficult to drive and maneuver but Arjan is a top rate driver. He kept a watchful eye and made us feel at ease and incredibly safe. We also had lunch at a traditional restaurant with great hospitality and a delicious array of farm to table options. Best feta cheese I ever had in my life!! If you visit Albania, I would suggest that Theth is an absolute must and so is Theth Tours.

Me and my partner had a private day tour with Feel Albania and we were lucky enough to have Vilson as our guide. Not only did he take us to see some amazing sites, as mentioned in the itinerary (the waterfalls are very beautiful) and have lunch at a great restaurant (with fantastic food and an amazing view) but I'd also like to mention two ways that he went above and beyond. Firstly, my partner is pregnant, so he tailored the trip to this, specifically avoiding rocky areas when driving but still allowing us to see the gorgeous scenery, he also drove especially carefully and was always there to help lend a hand across any tricky terrain we walked over. Secondly, I wanted to propose and I asked if he knew a beautiful but private place for me to do this. He found an amazing spot, a little off the beaten track, on a bridge over an amazing waterfall and river for me to pop the question (and she said yes!). It was an amazing moment for us and it couldn't have happened without him! What a fantastic guide. Thank you so much Vilson!

Our guide was excellent, however the tour company seems disorganized. We had to reach out the night before to confirm and coordinate the pick up. We booked a Jeep tour and it was not a Jeep.

The trip was cancelled the night before because there was no guide and jeep available! We were only one day in Albania so we were really disapointed.

Family of 4 (2 adults, 2 children) from California. Our experience was wonderful! Our guide Arjani was the best, he knows everything and everyone. He is kind and super patient, even when working with somewhat tired kids (my teen and preeten lol). We were able to book the trip a day prior using the Whatsapp contact and everything went smoothly. We got picked up early, stopped for coffee/croissants and started the trip. Our guide made sure to tell us all about the places we were stopping and to take pictures of us (when requested). Our guide took us all the way up into Theth and then down into the valley to see the Blue eye. The hike and walking was a bit strenuous but I think is because it got really hot midday. Make sure to bring water. We also had lunch there with a great view. I totally recommend his services 100%.

We had an amazing day in Theth National Park with our guide Arjani. October was the best time of year to see the fall foliage in full swing. As a local, Arjani gave us the best experience and introduced us to many friends. He is the absolute best tour guide for Theth and knows all the locals! We could not recommend him enough!! This should definitely be on your list to visit!!

Had a great day trip to Theth nationalpark! We had a jeep to ourselves with our guide, and we went to the Blue eye and did several stops along the way. Our guide was very informative, and easy to talk to. Before we left we didn't get much information after we booked the tour. But when we contacted them on Messenger, they were quick to reply. Would recommend them, as you don't have to drive on narrow and winding roads yourself, and you get to see a lot of beautiful scenery!

Great day in wonderful Theth. Our guide Arian was the best. He picked us up from out hotel in Shkodra and took us for a great croissant in the morning. Then stayed the whole day with us, never rushing us and taking pictures to me and my girlfriend. We were only the three of us. He also went out of his way to take us at the blue eye since the road was being asphalted on the day. Definately a must!

They provided us very professional service and tour. We were traveling with Arian, he is very experienced, friendly guide. He did also some stops, just to have rest at the exact time we needed, even without asking him. So he knows very well, how to lead tour in comfortable and nice way. He is patient, waits for you, if you are fascinated by nature. He took us to Blue eye and Teth. We experienced there typical lunch at very nice place with a lot of animals and very nice staff. The food was local and typical Albanian and was delicious. The trip is worth it, because you come with someone local. And he knows, what is feasible at different weather/other conditions.

Without a doubt one of the best experiences of my life. Our tour guide Marjan was amazing, a local from the area with a huge amount of passion and knowledge.
