We just arrived back from an amazing 16 day holiday in Peru. Our itinerary was packed with highlights of Peru’s rich Inka history & culture and lots of interesting and important archeological sites. This gave us a good overview. We worked with a very experienced Tour operator GOTOPERU. Working in the tourist industry for over 20 years myself I had quite high expectations and I can say GOTOPERU did not disappoint us. The company is very professional, we had great support and communication was excellent. With good experience drivers who where always on time for our pick ups plus good knowledgeable Guides who spoke good English. The guides always made the safety of the guests their top priority.
It was for us stress free from the start to finish. I can highly recommend this company. Thank you GOTOPERU for making this holiday such a memorable and enjoyable holiday for us.

We had an amazing experience with Go To Peru. They were very organized and professional. Saira helped us book the trip initially. Joanna took care of every detail of our trip. Joanna met with on zoom before the trip to make sure we were prepared. Go To Peru organized drivers to pick us up from each location and they were always very punctual. Dani was an amazing tour guide in Cusco and the Sacred Valley. Joel was a very good tour guide in Machu Picchu. We also had amazing drivers! We strongly recommend Go To Peru for anyone looking for an awesome Peruvian adventure ✨

We were really upset when your first tour company cancelled our trip to Machu Picchu 10 days before our trip. Thanksfully we found GoToPeru and we couldn't be happier. We booked a tour to Machu Picchu and the Rainbow Mountains with GoToPeru. Paul was very quick to respond to our request and was able to secure us tickets to Machu Picchu and the mountain next to it to have an amazing view of Machu Picchu. During the process of booking Paul was constantly communicating the progress and made us feel in safe hands. After booking and before the trip Joana had a video call with us explaining us how to get to Machu Picchu (and the Rainbow Mountains), what to expect and what to bring. We had an amazing guide in Machu Picchu who was very knowledgeable and took his time to answer all our questions.
All in all it was an amazing experience and we can totally recomment GoToPeru!

I just experienced a trip of a lifetime to Peru. GOTOPERU- Paul planned everything so thoroughly that I literally just had to arrive in Cusco and then I started to have an adventure of a lifetime! Every single second I was surrounded by beauty, magical mountains and feiendly people.
A well organized trip and the perfect holiday! I first started off in magical Cusco and surrounding areas. Cusco is definitely a must travel to for every person at least once in their lifetime! It is a city and area that stole my heart instansie! Go and see it! All of it! Machu Picchu, Rainbow Mountain, Humantay Lake, Sacred Valley…
Next up was the Amazon (Puerto Maldonado). O what beautiful nature and an experience of the jungle, it is like being in paradise with all the fruit and animals and a lake that are surrounded by palm trees. Definitely memorable!
My final stop was in Lima, a world class vity by the sea… It also has a magical feel to it, I was in Miraflora (in the city) and Punte Hermosa, a quaint little surf town, but surely a gem on the coastline! What unique places and modern way to experience Peru.
I cannot thank Paul and Joseph of GOTOPERU enough for their exceptional service and great planning that went into my trip! I loved every second of it and will be forever greatful to have experienced this journey I was on…

Go to Peru organised our trip. They are professional outfit with a significant sense of service delivery. They had a video call with us before departure to explain details of the trip, weather, tips etc. Had a whats-up group to support you during the stay. At all the arrival & transfer points, we were collected a delivered to the next guide or personal assistant. We had limited time with challenging requests to visit different places and the expectations were met with detailed planning.
The local plane, accommodation, train and entry tickets were all arranged by them. Local knowledge of the best times to visit what place was excellent. The guides were passionate and knowledgeable.
Overall a great hassle-free experience.

Go to Peru organized our entire trip in Peru. Everything was perfect. We exchanged several emails and had one call to plan the itinerary. I had been to Peru many years ago (but my daughter had not) and I had a few specific requests, which they were happy to include, They created the perfect itinerary for us, and the organization was exceptional. Every evening we would get a message telling us what time to meet the next day and what to wear. All our rendezvous were on time, including a couple that involved us meeting up with guides in remote locations.
Highlights for us were Macchu Picchu and WaynaPicchu, Rainbow Mountain, ATV driving to Moray and three days in the Amazon jungle. This was a trip that my daughter and I will remember for the rest of our lives.

Machu Picchu. It's worthwhile to stay at least one full day to enjoy more the visit to the sunctuary, the town, and the hotsprings. It's also advisable to be around 6 o'clock in the morning at the sunctuary to see the sunrise between the mountains, and to avoid crowds and long lines at the entrance.

I just got back from the most amazing trip to Peru. These 8 days were used to reset my mental health and spiritual integrity. I started the year by not limiting myself to unforgettable life experiences but by welcoming them into my life. I used GOTOPERUcom for all my tour planning from hotels, transfers, tickets, they had me covered. They sent me daily reminders for my next day tours and everything went so smooth. This is the reassurance we need when traveling solo. If you get a chance to travel to Peru please use them you will not regret it!

WOW. Amazing. Safe. Everything taken care of. Timing was impeccably scheduled. Super affordable and their guides were... great! patient, knowledgeable, encouraged questions and chatter.. just amazing. Their customer service OVER ALL and the entire time was WOW. We will definitely use them again and I have been referringGoToPeru left and right. I am not one to refer people... but Im coming back with my kids! Beautiful.

I booked this tour a few days ahead. Be aware that this tour isn't customized for you at all. For example, my entrance tickets into Machu Piccu were for 8 am and we found out late the night before that the guide wasn't going to meet us until 11 am because others who signed up had different times.
The "tour" was mostly walking us through the ruins and showing us where to take pictures. We got almost no historical information about the ruins from our guide. I noticed that the tour group with the spanish speaking guide stopped much more often for talks than we did so my assumption is that they got more information.
Lastly, we were told that the guide would meet us at our hotel at 8 pm the night before to discuss the arrangements and he didn't show until almost 10 pm, which is when we found out that we couldn't go in until 11.

Hi dear, I'm looking at the tickets you sell for Machu Picchu for roughly $66 Canadian is that the full entrance fee and the tour guide from Aguas Calientes is CA$38.21 which I assume will go into the Machu Picccu citadel and give a full tour. Is the transport from Aguas Calientes covered with this guide if not them how much is it. Some places I read could be $24 US or $30 cad return, Now this leads to my next question this cost if the transport is not covered ends up to be around $140 dollars per person but when I try to book your full tour which covers the guide/transport/entrance fee it's total CA$224. While it's flashing everywhere on Viator CA$179 but there is no day on the calendar which even gives the package at $179. Am I missing something. Please clarify.

I have three questions:
1) If your 'tours depart from Aguas Calientes at 6:00 AM, 8:00 AM, 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM' ---- what time do our Machu Picchu timed entry tickets have to be for? We wanted to buy tickets for 10:00am entry.
2) What do you mean by 'Stop At: Santuario Historico de Machu Picchu, Machu Picchu, Sacred Valley, Cusco Region' ---- how long do we stop at each for? Or do we just pass by? I do not plan on buying a ticket for Santuario Historico de Machu Picchu.
3) Do you supply earbuds so we can hear your tour guide?

1)
Our group departing at 9:00 am from Aguas Calientes enters Machu Picchu approximately at 9:45 am, I would advise that you purchase the 9 am ticket (which allows entrance between 9am - 1 pm).
2)
The stop "Santuario Historico de Machu Picchu" is the citadel itself, seems that this name was generated based on the location tag for the site. There are no additional stops on this tour, only Machu Picchu.
3)
Currenty we do not offer audioguides as the groups on the tour are small. However, we accept the advice and will consider implementing audioguides in the future.
