I am really really glad we had our tour organised by GotoPeru and would recommend them to anyone! We booked an all-inclusive tour with everything arranged as we requested before Covid, and then everything was on hold for three years. Then I contacted them to see what we could do last year and they reorganised everything for us- and finally in December, we could go! From the moment we arrived in Lima at 2am to the latenight flight out of Lima , they looked after us so well for 10 days! We sent them many emails before our trip and they always responded quickly, and we even had a phone call from our guide in Lima to ask if we had any questions. They organisedall our hotels and pickups, dropoffs, tours and tickets perfectly and there was not one problem. It was such a relief to get a Whatsapp message from them every night asking how our day was and reminding me of the next day's schedule and pick up time. It was also a relief to have all the Machu Picchu tickets, train, bus, hotel and Sacred Valley tours organised,and the guides in each place were kind and knowlegable. Each day we finished thinking 'this was the best guide' but then the next guide was another great one! I had to go to hospital in the middle of the night and they helped by calling our hotel and checked up on me even though it was 3 in the morning. I feel like we spent 10 days among friends and could learn so much about Peru thanks to them. If you want a worry-free, stress-free, fun and interesting trip, I really would recommend the GotoPeru team to anyone! Gracias!

Our entire 12 days tour were well planned with a comprehensive itinerary. For example, we were given the 10 am Circuit 2 tour at Machu Pichu and we had a great weather in the morning during this rainy season. It was the same at Rainbow Mountain, we left for our trip at 4 am and again we had perfect weather at 9 am at the iconic Rainbow Mountain. We took the first class train carriage back from Machu Pichu to Ollantaytambo and we were throughly entertained by the songs, dance and fashion show. All the 4 stars hotels were excellent and we liked the Paracas hotel with the Pacific Ocean, the Arequipa hotel where we dined facing the Main Square, beautiful, the hotel at Colca with its unique thermal springs, the hotel at Puno where we had the view of Lake Titicaca and the hotel at Machu Pichu was most convenient near the train station. We always had staff waiting to pick us up at every destination and they helped us with every arrangements. All their service, from the tour coordinator Angie, tour director Ronald, tour guides, drivers and porters were first class. We took many beautiful photos and we enjoyed our time of vacation in Peru immensely. We strongly recommend GOTOPERU. Thank you. 😊😊

GotoPeru provided an excellent service to accommodate our needs. The discovery of the wonders of Peru' was amazing...literally breath taking... One thing i suggest though it is to visit either privately or in a small group. There was an unfortunate event that we were booked in a large group tour whilst we clearly stated our preferable choice, if shared one, not more than 15people. The company, following our complaint, acted fast, making sure any subsequent tours were within our expectation. Overall I recommend them as I trusty tour provider, should you wish to plan your next adventure in Peru and South America. I would like also to praise a tour guide, named Janet. She is passionate about her country, offering a lot of info and historical facts.

We had a fantastic experience in Lima, Tambopata, and Cusco despite being vegetarians and not speaking any Spanish. The transfer between cities as well as airport pick-ups/drop-offs were well organized and we always had someone waiting for us at arrival. All tours included an English speaking guide and we had an assigned agent throughout our trip who promptly responded to questions 24x7. All Gotoperu agents we interacted with during our trip were extremely nice, helpful, and fun. Highly recommend!

Had a great time in Peru, with tour package from GOTOPERU.com Everything was very well organized and went smoothly. All the transfers, pick ups and tours along with the guides. Lunch stops/restaurants were great, especially at Tunupa. My itinerary included Machu Picchu, sacred valley and Rainbow mountain. The sceneries are breathtaking. I happen to get referred to GoToPeru and I am so happy that I did. It was a bit last minute from my side but they managed to plan an epic holiday for me and my partner! I have to say the organization was excellent we had everything planned and booked for us so we just had to follow a bit of an itinerary and the. Plan for things to do in our spare time! The best part about that was travel to and from the airport was all sorted so it took all the worry away! We even contacted to change plans and everything was so effortless. It was a family trip perfectly organised by GoToPeru in early October 2024. I must take this opportunity to present our heart-felt gratitude to GoToPeru for the wonderful itinerary and seamless arrangements well tailor-made for us by Saira, Enzo and Ronald. 😊 Our trip in Cusco was really unforgettable and will surely become a piece of good memory for our family! Although our adventure in Cusco this time wasn't long, considering we could not go too far away, Saira has put everything interesting into our itinerary, without a minute wasted.😊 As large as fascinating places to visit, as small as different fantastic experience in both Inca- and Peru- rails for our train to/from Machu Picchu, we could appreciate very much the effort Saira has invested in our itinerary in Cusco. 😊 We also joined a private tour to Rainbow Mountain and Red Valley organised by GoToPeru. They arranged a professional and knowledgeable guide, Danny, and a good driver to us. The guide was very responsible, on the night before he reminded us what to bring and explained the schedule of the tour in detail. Thanks to his advice, we were able to smoothly complete the hike! Danny also showed us the best viewing points at the Rainbow Mountain, allowed us not to waste time at spots where queues were long. Also, Danny led us to the Red Valley and presented to us beautiful views (and with much less people also) in the area. We are so thankful to him. This private tour was really fruitful and is highly recommended. Lastly, the hotels GoToPeru chose were all close to the high street of souvenirs shops, money exchange and restaurants. It was so nice. Furthermore the staff there were also attentive and helpful as well. Our stays in the three hotels, two at Cusco and one at Aguas Calientes, were satisfactory. There are many more to explore in Peru I believe. I believe when I come back to Peru in the future, I would definitely find GoToPeru again as I truly recommend this travel agent to all travellers to Peru.

As a couple to Peru first time, we ended up choosing to book 3 weeks in Peru, very belatedly, through GoToPeru for local service and knowledge after comparing with a couple of others. Angie put together and modified an itinerary very quickly (Lima, Paracas, Nazca, Pino, Cusco, Sacred Valley, Machu Picchu, back to Cusco, then to Chiclayo and Trujillo and a last couple of nights in Lima). The team supported us everywhere we needed it, with Ronald contacting us daily to check how our day went and to confirm times for the next day. We had some private and some shared tours, some free time, and all key connections were on time. Some particularly excellent guides (especially Gys, Janet, Dilser) and some support beyond the call of duty on a day when one of us got ill (thanks Piero!). It all made our 3 weeks a really excellent experience, worth recommending GotoPeru for!
