This was an amazing experience and our tour guide Manuel went above and beyond! It was a wonderful way to kick off my mom and I's Peru trip. It's clear that Manuel is very passionate about his job and super knowledgeable about Peruvian culture and history.
Manuel and our driver, Jose, toured us all around Lima. We started in Plaza de Armas and Plaza de San Martin and walked around the town squares. We then got a taste of Peru's famous Pisco Sour and visited a souvenir shop!
Next up, Manuel took us to see the San Francisco Museum and Catacombs! He knew so much about the history of the catacombs. We then got lunch at Don Cevichero, where Manuel ordered us an authentic, delicious meal! He even bought us Peruvian fruits to take home!
We ended the day by visiting the Barranco district, Huaca Pucllana, El Parque del Amor, and the fishing docks/beach. Each stop was stunning, but Manuel's hilarious comments and incredible storytelling made the experience all the more worthwhile.
It was the small details about this tour that really stood out to us. At every stop, Jose and Manuel got out first to pen the car doors for us and were so lovely and polite. Manuel offered to take so many photos for us and would always make sure to get all the good angles 🤣. He even played Latin music to my request in the car!
All in all, this was a 100/10 experience. We can't believe we did so much all in the span of 7 hours! Definitely don't hesitate to book this tour! Vamonos!

We had a wonderful excursion with Marcos. We saw so many sites, learned about the city and listened to facts of many historical people and places. We sampled unusual fruits, and had a delicious buffet of local cuisine for lunch. Ernesto drove us safely to all the sites, and we saw the fish marketplace, Love Park, a few beautiful churches and other cultural sites, with time to shop, if desired. Don’t hesitate to choose this tour and guide! He takes great photos too.

A fantastic day seeing many of the best sights of Lima! Starting at the beautiful bohemian district of barranco we made our way to the city centre tasting some lovely native Peruvian fruits and local seafood dishes along the way.

Our guide Marcos was fabulous. Extremely knowledgeable, versatile and kind. The perfect combination of walking and driving, with fruit tastings at the Inka market, admiring the fish catch at Chorillos, a walk through the historical center and a fantastic lunch of local specialties at the Cordon Blue Restaurant.
We loved Miraflores and the Art and murals in Barracho, and Marcos guided us expertly through the pre-independence Day crowds. Our bus was always punctual and we had a great driver.

We enjoyed the small group personal tour of Lima. Fernando did an excellent job navigating the busy streets so we didn’t have to worry. Manuel & Athena each guided us though multiple fascinating areas of town. We explored a combination of Incan, pre Incan, and colonial history. Loved dining and enjoying local fruits with Athena in the market. Especially enjoyed the catacombs at San Francisco church & hearing about our guides’ appreciation of their diverse city. This tour was a great way to spend a day getting to see many Lima sites on an intimate level without feeling rushed.

We were picked up right on time from our hotel in the morning and headed to our first location while getting a nice history lesson about Lima. We then stopped at several other locations throughout the day with very thorough stories and explanations about each location and building. We were brought to a nice reataurant as well which was totally worth it.
Sofia's passion as a tour guide is amazing and it really made the experience educational and enjoyable.
I really can't recommend this one enough!

This tour is so good for those with limited stay in Lima. The tour offers a comprehensive itinerary which will highlight the best spots in the city. Not to mention the hole in the wall restaurant in the market. To Marcos, you did a fantastic job! A happy tourist from the Philippines here! Cheers!

We enjoyed a full day in Lima with our tour guide Marcos, who was highly knowledgeable and passionate about the history of the city. During our tour we rode in a comfortable van with only two other people, allowing for us to walk around all the key attractions without feeling rushed. The tour itself was 7 hours but Marcos kept it interesting with an array of facts and beautiful architecture. We enjoyed an amazing lunch at the market where we tried local cuisine and Inca Kola (either love it or hate it) before enjoying a fruit tasting.
Major highlights included a visit to Saint Francis Monastery and its spooky Catacombs, walking around the artistic neighborhood of Barranco with its never-ending street murals, photographing the beautiful Lima coast line, and witnessing the incredible Huaca Pucllana situated within the city. At the end of our tour, we were treated to delicious Peruvian churros (must try), which we greatly appreciated after a full day of taking in all the beauty and culture of the historic city center.

The full day tour was worth every single dollar plus the tips. I really like that there are two people - the driver and the tour guide. MP aka Marco Polo knew so much about the city and has such a fun and warm personality that truly made it enjoyable. I was by myself so he was the perfect guide to spend 7 hours with. We saw so much of this gorgeous city and we actually had time in each area to stop enjoy. I never felt rushed. All the major points of interest were experienced and I am for ever thankful for this adventure. So many gorgeous views, great fruit, incredible ceviche, and breathtaking photos.
