Chris is an excellent guide who answered all of our detailed questions, sensibly, for nearly 4 hours. Very knowledgeable, about politics, religion and your various cultural eras and their respective accomplishments and focuses. He kept us in suspense, enjoyably, delivering his lore about the natural and spiritual worlds by means of tales
to impart his information covering the range of time and countries involved. Chris was most helpful, personable and caring. Chris is a unique young man and wonderful resource.

Our tour guide, Chris, walked us through the history of Pachacamac, providing a great blend of history and legend. We also learnt more about the various horizon and intermediate cultures that used Pachacamac, and the work still ongoing to further excavate and restore the site. Very interesting and well worth a visit.

(And thank you Chris for the lunch recommendation - top notch.)

This is a company with a social conscience as well; a proportion of the tour fee goes to help local projects in Lima.

Top tip: if you’re visiting Pachacamac either cover up or slather on loads of sun cream. It’s absolutely baking and there’s very little shade.

Most importantly, our tour guide, Chris was amazing and without someone as knowledgeable as Chris the morning would not have gone well! On the way to Pachacamac, we asked him questions on all parts of life in Peru. Not only was his English perfect, he had thoughtful answers to all our questions. Once at the Pachacamacc, his knowledge of the site, history, art, and cultures was very impressive. We (my two friends and I) were amazed and captivated. He managed to give us facts in an interesting way sprinkled with fun stories. Great experience, excellent guide. If I could add stars to my recommendation I would. Oh, one of my friends left her cell phone in the van, we called and Chris was back in 5 minutes with the phone.
