Setup an appointment for a rite after 1 hour they canceled With out notice.. and call to find out why .. they said they having issues with their system.. not a professional. Not recommended at all..poor service

They film the tourist to check them out for robberies! Be aware, if you book a fixed time, this is not fixed, if there are less then 5 people they let you wait and write, they will pick you up in 30 min. Nothing happens. Be aware, take an UBER. Go to the Hotel Costa del Sol where you have free internet and book an UBER! And sassy answers from a chinese!

Reliable, economical, highly recommended. The driver and the company were both responsive to the messages. For the hotel pickup, the driver would text you 5 mins prior to the arrival. I would use this service again when I come back to Lima.

This place is an absolute scam. Stay away This company advertises itself as a regular van service with a preset timetable for the departure of the vans. However, when I arrived at the pickup location at 10:00 AM, simply there was no van. I called the company and there was no answer. I sent a message and the manager replied saying that I should have called them in advance in order to have a van available. He said this condition was written on the ticket, however the ticket only says that I should call if I wanted to secure a SEAT (not a van), and if I didn't call I could take any seat available. There's nothing saying that if I didn't call there would be no van at all. I ended up calling an Uber driver to take me. Upon the return to the airport the manager said that he could only send a van to pick me up at the hotel at 10:00 PM (not the time shown in their useless timetable - 21:20 PM). I agreed to take the van at 10:00 PM, however the van only arrived at 10:50 PM. Of course I could not wait , otherwise I would lose my flight. Luckily I managed to cancel the charge through my credit card.

I had a booking (n R6A37) back in April 16, 2024 leaving from Lima Airport. I've been approached by their chat on the whatsapp claiming that "there was a huge traffice and they wouldnt be able to meet me at the scheduled time, at 20h. I've checked both waze and google traffice and there was no such traffic at all. Only my wife and I waiting at the pick up spot. so I wonder... they've just let me wait 'till the next van! they didnt want to send me a van at all, to ride with just 2 passengers. I took an uber and went trough the same road they said "was a huge traffic". No traffic at all. YOu know what was a giant coincidence? at 21h sharp they've sent me a mail saying the van was available, therefore they just made me wait an whole hour. Luckly I took an uber. do not recommend, highly unprofessional. (Attached the print screen, timmings are off because it was converted to Brazil Time)

Terrible!! I booked the Quick Llama ticket via booking.com, and it cannot be loaded and it just displayed a blank page. Moreover, I try to wait for the vehicle for 30 mins in the airport parking lot and can’t see any Quick Llama vehicle. At last I get on another bus. I just paid for nothing for this company!!!

Clear instructions where to find shuttle. On time. Was concerned because our flight was delayed by 20 minutes. They were prompt in replying on WhatsApp.

If you're looking for an efficient and economical way to get to Miraflores -- this is it. I emailed QuickLlama before we left for our trip and they responded quickly with all the info and a map as to when and where we would find the shuttle at Lima airport. I recommend this highly.

I was very worried cuz this is my first time to visit South America all by myself. My flight was very late around 23:00 and it even delayed. But they checked my flight schedule information and postponed my pickup time. Thus, I could safely get in the bus around 00:20. Safely arrived hotel around 01:00 am :) I immediately recommended this bus to my friend who will join peru travel few days later. Very nice service, I’m glad I choose this one

Cheap, punctual, reliable. Easy to make reservation. I think this service is best compared to to Green taxi(expensive), and Airport Shuttle Bus(I have no idea cause I didn’t use this).

Professional, timely and very cheap! Such a great deal. Only paid $5 for at least a 35 min drive from Lima airport to miraflores. The price can’t be beat and they even waited for me when my flight was late getting in

Efficient and courteous service from my hotel in Miraflores to the airport. The driver showed up on time, drove to various hotels to pick up passengers, and got to the airport in one hour from the first pick-up. He was an excellent driver and managed his way through heavy traffic expertly. The service is an inexpensive and safe alternative to taxis and hotel airport transportation services.

As a female solo traveller, I felt really safe. Also, I could change the shuttle time 20min before departure (due to a plane delay). Thank you!

The company reached out to confirm logistics ahead of time and gave additional notice 10 min before arrival. Pick up and drop off was smooth and on track for the timing estimated. Would recommend as a very affordable shared transportation option.

I booked an airport transfer to/from Miraflores with QuickLlama. Communication via WhatsApp was excellent and responses were immediate. I left the airport earlier than expected and it was not an issue to take an earlier shuttle. The shuttle took me directly to my hotel and picked me up from there as well. The driver accepted soles and US dollars. I believe that they accept debit/credit cards as well. We requested Wi-Fi and were provided a password for a hotspot. The ride from the airport to the hotel was smoother than the ride from the hotel to the airport, likely due to driver skill, but overall it was a great experience and I highly recommend them.
