we joined the bike tour with guide Miguel and he is excellent. He brought us to many beautiful part of Lima and tell us story about Lima. He is so caring, detail and thoughtful. He even bought us water during the break. This 3 hours bike tour makes us know Lima better and definitely recommend to join during your visit!

Jonathon was an outstanding guide. He passionately shared his knowledge of the unique flavours of Perú, while weaving in historical and cultural notes. The food we tasted was wonderful and the venues terrific.

Ruddy was an awesome tour guide. No one else signed up so it was just the two of us. I learned so much about the food culture of Lima. The coffee, churro, pork sandwich, rice pudding, fish ceviche, and pisco sour were all great. The tour of the fruit market was interesting too.None of the locations were crowded, so I never felt rushed. It was very relaxing.

Travel Buddies provided us with airport pickups (Ayeman), two customized all day tours (guide Ruddi, driver Pedro) and a Food Walking tour (guide Miguel). The response from the owner (Caesar) was almost immediate and he met me at the beginning to the food tour to introduce himself and thank me for my business. Ayeman was holding signs for us at the airport and was so very courteous and the transportation clean with excellent AC. (He waited for four hours in the middle of the night for one of our group who had missed the earlier flight) I was the only one on the food tour & was surprised they didn't cancel, but was informed they never cancel tours for low numbers which is unusual in my experience. The stops on the tour were diverse and the food delicious. Miguel had lots of wonderful information to share about his city & he insisted on carrying a 40 pound box of school supplies that I was taking to a local school for me for 2 hours! That was above and beyond the call of duty! Rudi did an excellent job herding around 8 ladies! We did a shopping tour on one day and a city highlights tour on the next day with transfers from our hotel and pick up and drop off at the Calleo cruise terminal. His driver Pedro was so polite and kind and helped the ladies on and off the bus and carried shopping purchases! We had lunch at the Larco museum (not included but excellent) and also at a beautiful old house (included). Rudi did an excellent job anticipating the needs and desires of our group and we all agreed the three days we spent with Travel Buddies could NOT HAVE BEEN ANY BETTER. I would look no further if I was needing transfers and tours in Lima and their prices are great too!

Excellent response time from the company and Ceasar the owner arrived at the first stop of the tour to introduce himself and thank me for my business. I was the only one on the tour and Ceasar informed me that they never cancel even if there is only one person which I was very impressed with. Miguel was the tour guide. His English is excellent and he is very passionate about his city and his job. We rode the bus from Mireflores into the center of Lima and it was very fun. The stops on the tour included the local market and china town and the food was very diverse and all delicious! Miguel was such a gentleman and insisted on carrying a 40 pound box of school supplies he helped me purchase for a local community. I would highly recommend Miguel as a guide and the Travel Buddies Flavors & Tradition walking tour with Food tasting.

Jair was excellent. We were going to do a tour of Lima later so I waned to do some thing different. The food tour of Miraflores was a great choice. Good food and drink and very educational.

Very nice, the first restaurant got our order mixed up but they corrected it. Our guide was good. His history was very clear.

Very informative with interesting mix of food from savoury to sweet including lots of different types of fruit. Good to try the local cuisine.

The experience started with a trip to a local coffee shop that grows and roasts its own beans. What a treat! I love coffee, and it was great to hear the different ways beans are harvest and to sample the effect on the flavor. I took a bunch of tours in Peru, and Jonathan was a true standout. His English was excellent, and he explained everything slowly and carefully. Can't recommend enough.

A fun way to enjoy some local food, drink, culture, and just get out to see Miraflores. We really enjoyed all the tastings and our time with Miguel. He was very friendly, well organized, and thoughtful. We appreciated having such a nice guide.

Our tour guide Jonathan was amazing. He was so knowledgeable and friendly and showed us the best things in Lima on our half day tour. Jonathan also gave us plenty of recommendations for after our tour had finished including the ruins and places to eat. A great trip!

We had an amazing time learning about and tasting so many foods and drinks that are unique to Peru with our wonderful guide Miguel. The tour was in the centre of Lima, the old town, which is architecturally stunning. Miguel was very knowledgable about not only gastronomy but also the history of Lima; we learned so much from him and he was truly a delight. I highly recommend this tour for all the reasons noted above but also because we likely would not have eaten some of the unique and delicious food otherwise. Final comment - come hungry as you will be absolutely stuffed by the end of the tour.

Jonathan is a fantastico guide who is very knowledgeable, kind and entertaining! He is sensitive to your needs so as to provide the ultimate experience! He even helped us start our Coca candies to acclimatize to the high altitude to Cusco!

Jonathan was amazing. He was super knowledgeable, helpful had a great sense of humour. This experience was a great first day introduction to Lima and some of its amazing flavours!

We had one day in Lima and this was the perfect way to spend it! Andres treated us like family and brought us to his favorite local haunts. The food, beverages and company were delightful and gave us a great sense of the food culture in Lima. The bikes were a great way to cover a lot of ground and were all well maintained. Zero complaints!
