Machu Picchu was exceptional! Our tour operator was organized. Had signs for us at each stop/train station and at the beginning of the tour of Machu Picchu. It was a very long day. The train ride back to Cusco was delayed and added a couple hours longer to the day. The weather changes quickly so bring rain gear.

I had such an amazing time in Peru with this company! Everything was so well organized! My favorite guides were Sergio, Nataly, Felix, and Jaime. But they were all amazing! I learned sooo much!

The transportation back and forth from Cusco was comfortable and on time. Our guide at Machu Picchu was great and very knowledgeable.

We completed the one day Machu Picchu tour, the organisation was great and clean with no major issues. The day itself is long, however worth the trip. The guide selection was amazing (Hector). The only 2 negative point was the 40 minutes it took from arriving back at Cusco to being dropped off at the hotel. (Waiting for other passengers and traffic) and the return bus on the last leg was too small for the people that were booked on it and quite uncomfortable.

We had an amazing time visiting Cusco, Sacred Valley, and Machu Picchu. Viajes Pacifico was fabulous. The guides were so knowledgeable. The service was amazing. They got us to the places we wanted to see and supported from the time we got off the plane until they dropped us back off at the airport.

My guide Liliana was very professional and knowledgeable. She explained in great detail the history of the sites we visited and details that would've been overlooked. Highly recommend this tour and guide.

A brief Colonial Lima walk about to get a feel of the atmosphere from the past. Beatuful restored buildings and squares plus two churches ( Santo Domingo and San Francisco and cataccums)

Good trip but little advise about safety measures. In the road as the route is very unstable my wife had a hit in her elbow and ribs. There was no broken bone but still hurts. it was because the driver don´t tell us all about safety measures. But it was a treat adventure. The pain came later. One more thing is that we need to cross the Panamericana Highway through and unauthorized pass and it is very dangerous.

one day in machu picchu from cusco. trip was great. all details in order and well planned. best part in machu picchu the guide men name Paul. his knowledge and experience upgrade the day from 3 star to 5 star. super good travel. picked in hotel 4am after a bus 2 hours after a train super cool 1.50 hours and them a bus to the top of the mountain. wall like 2 hours . the all the way back same process with a stop to eat in the town for 2 hours. liked AAA+++. this company plan all so many people working for you with onlu goal your happiness.

Only booked this transfer for our group of 8 the night before we were to leave Lima. They left a message with reception confirming the pick up time and sure enough a very clean and new van was waiting the next morning for a smooth transfer to the airport. Great driver.

Actually we took this tour for only 2 days and we regret not staying one more day to visit Cusco per se, but that was my choice, I recommend staying that additional day. Now, the Sacred Valley and Machu Picchu tours are a must, those of us who love history, archaeology and ancient cultures, need to see this marvel for the constructions and spiritual fulfilness. We extremely loved it . Be prepared to walk in MP and Ollantaytambo. As for Vipac, the agency, it is one of the best I have contracted. It is simply AWESOME! The punctuality, the organization, the personnel, the drivers, the guides, Clara for the SV and the MP guide were SUPER! I recommend Vipac and if I come back, I will contact them again. Lila received us in Cusco, she was awesome.

I had a great experience on this tour and learned so much. Miguel was an amazing guide who was very friendly, answered all my questions, and had such a positive attitude. The driver, Hugo, was also great and the entire experience felt very safe!
