The chocolate was delicious (obviously) and it was incredible to experience how different regions impact the flavor of the chocolate. It was very eye-opening to learn about how long the chocolate making process takes. Thank you for such a lovely experience. This class has been a highlight of our trip!Written December 1, 2024

My husband and I did the mini workshop as the timing fit our schedule better than the longer (& more geared towards adults) bean-to-bar workshop. Romy was our teacher, and she is a delightful human with a great sense of humour and passion for all things chocolate. The chocolates we made were delicious, and the history was very interesting. Even if you don’t have kids, I wouldn’t hesitate to do the mini workshop if that’s all you have time for, it was a blast. Thanks Romy!

We didn’t have a lot of time so we selected to do the mini workshop. It was great, Ernesto was very informative and super patient. Even though we were all adults, we had so much fun using our creativity. Definitely recommend!

There will be 2 adults and 1 child altogether travelling to Lima. Should I pay the workshop for 3 adults?
Thank you.
