They are available all the time to assist you with all your needs. Make sure to ask the times and duration of the tours so you can make better use of your time and efforts. Also, don't be afraid to ask, a guide is available through Whattsapp if you have any doubts. I loved that they also gave us recommendations of hotels so that we could make reservations at the same hotels or similar to the ones they recommended. My family and I travelled with children and a couple of friends (8 people in total). We were able to arrange for a 7-day private tour and it was amazing. If you want to vacation without having to worry about anything or making the arrangements, this is the way to do it. Lida and the team took care of everything! They're friendly, knowledge and local - which I love. They anticipated every need and provided amazing advice.

We (a group of 4) had an amazing 4-day experience with Eco Tour, visiting the Sacred Valley, Machu Picchu, Cusco City tour and Rainbow Mountain. Our Machu Picchu polyglot guide Mario made the tour even better, taking the best pictures, providing really detailed explanations in Portuguese (we're Brazilian) and was able to clarify all of our questions.

This tour went beyond my expectations. The price is very reasonable and our tour guide Herman did an excellent job and spoke English very well. Elizabeth also did a great job of communicating and reminding about the pick up and what we need. Highly recommended.

I booked the 2-day Machu Picchu/Sacred Valley tour with girls that I’m doing an internship with. We were pretty bored during the trip and feel like we didn’t learn a lot. Our tour guide, Germán, was probably the worst tour guide I’ve had on any trip. He talked too softly and I could barely hear him most of the time. When I could hear him, he talked about a whole lot of nothing. If you asked him a question, he would make the whole group pause our hike and barely answer the question while going on a long five-minute tangent about something else related to the site. Therefore, our group barely asked the questions we did have. He also would stop every two-minutes while hiking to recollect our energy (and discuss uninteresting facts), which would be possibly be fine if you were of retirement age, but it is not in the slightest enjoyable if you’re not. He was also weird about pictures. Even though he took his time to discuss stale facts that clearly bored everyone, he would rush us to take pictures and/or to walk amongst ourselves. It was irritating because we would have had more time to do such things if he didn’t stop and talk for so long. He didn’t have any enthusiasm about any of the sites we saw either. He was extremely monotonous. I wanted to learn more about the history and significance of the sites we visited, but he would mostly discuss the meaning behind the crevasses between the rocks and other trivial things. I left feeling like I had no idea behind the importance of Machu Picchu or the Sacred Valley. Lastly, he micromanaged us a little bit, but there wasn’t any malicious intent—he just wanted us to be safe as a bunch of young college girls. It was annoying though, especially since we were more than capable of doing activities by ourselves. He was a nice man but his other actions overrode his kindness towards us and made the trip unenjoyable. Eco Tours— Eco Tours advertised that we would be able to go to the hot springs, but we were never given the option or time to go. I’m disappointed because that was something I looked forward to on the trip. It was poor planning by the agency that booked our trains that created such time restrictions. The hotel we stayed in was good but nothing fancy. I could’ve gotten a better hotel if I planned the trip myself with a $375 budget. Eco Tours will also provide a free dinner with your tour guide in Cusco if you leave a TripAdvisor review, which pushes people to give positive reviews. Do not be fooled by the short 5-star reviews. There are other agencies that provide a better trip for the same price; other girls at my internship were able to go zip lining. Save your $375 and book events yourself or choose another agency. Disappointed to say the least.

Had an amazing time hiking Machu Picchu and visiting Pisaq!! The trails were beautiful and the tour guides were great at sharing history and answering questions :)

I went with a group of 10 people and Mariela was so kind to us and very patient! We learned so much about the history of Machu Picchu and the Sacred Valley. Everything was very well planned out - food, housing, and activities!
