Peru was Amazing but Adolf was Wonderful!
Adolf was a very knowledgeable guide with a passion for all things Peruvian and especially his beloved Cusco. He had excellent communication skills and his enthusiasm and willingness to help made for a stress-free and enjoyable trip. Adolf organised great activities and things to see, good food and a great Pisco Sour make and taste session. He was patient and provided assistance beyond what was expected. I am sure he will make National Peru Travel a huge success.

Machu Picchu and 3 Day Trek
There is nothing better than being able to show up to a new country and feel like you can fully relax knowing all the details are taken care of. If you want the best of what Peru has to offer, beyond just what you see in a brochure, look no further. Our group was lucky enough to have Adolfo as our guide on a three day trek and Machu Picchu. His extensive knowledge and passion about the history, the culture, the land, and even the current research being done made all the difference. He knows how to pace the group so that everyone is comfortable and challenged at the same time. Everyone in our group has traveled extensively and we all agreed that this was one of the best trips we’ve ever had.

Adolfo is the best tour guide and friend you’ll meet in Peru!
I am so lucky and grateful to have met Adolfo on my trip to Peru! Me and my friends had originally made plans with other tours but when I told Adolfo, he told me those tours were very unsafe and offered to help us replan all of our trips. He organized multiple private tours for us and ensured that we were taken care of and had a good time in Cusco. I consider him a good friend of mine and can’t thank him enough! We went on a private tour of Rainbow Mountain, which was seriously one of the most incredible experiences of my life. I also made friends with the lovely tour guides that Adolfo introduced us to. Without him I don’t think I would’ve had such an amazing experience and I wouldn’t have made as many friends. He is the best! I can’t recommend him enough.

          Peruvian experience par excellence
The difference between an exciting trip and an amazing adventure is largely down to the guide. With Adolfo, our experience in Peru was certainly an amazing adventure on every level. To assemble and deliver a complex itinerary does not happen without problems arising. I have no idea what those problems were on our trip because they were all handled by Adolfo with total professionalism. Add to that a wealth of knowledge (particularly regarding the Inca civilisation, orchids and much more), an enthusiasm for Latin America, a great personality and a sense of humour and you have a guide without equal. Well done Adolfo and thank you!

          Fantastic Peruvian adventure!
Adolfo was an exceptional group leader on our recent trip to Peru. He was extremely personable as well as being amazingly well-organised without being officious. Nothing was too much trouble: he took control of all our transfers, internal flights and hotel check-ins, making them seamless. In addition, his passion and love for his beautiful country shone through, greatly enhancing our experience. As well as being our group leader for our 2 week adventure, he was our guide on the Inca Trail. This he did with great sensitivity and awareness. His positivity and enthusiasm was morale-boosting and, without doubt, he was pivotal in all our group members completing the Trail successfully. He even managed to conjur up a bottle of wine with our meal on the last night of the Trail - at an altitude of just under 4000m!!! Because of our amazing experience, we are already looking at planning another adventure with Adolfo as our leader.

          Wonderful experience
We spent five days under the excellent care of Adolfo as part of a small group of like-minded people visiting Cuzco, the Sacred Valley and Machu Picchu. Adolfo really went the extra mile to ensure we had the best possible time. He ensured that we reached places before the masses arrived; suggested good restaurants and dined with us to ensure we had the best service. He is extremely knowledgeable about the Incas and Peru in general and passes on his knowledge with passion. We would have no hesitation in recommending Adolfo and his company to anyone wanting to visit Peru. Well done Adolfo!

          Awesome way to see Peru
I spent just short of two weeks on a group tour as a solo traveler with Adolfo as the guide. It was one of the best experiences! The trip was so easy and ran smoothly for us, we just showed up at certain times and everything as taken care of. Adolfo was very knowledgeable about the places we visited, took us to the best restaurants and it really has been an incredible time in Peru. I recommend him and his company for anyone looking to tour Peru.

          Fabulous Trip in Peru
We spent 4/5 days with Carlos from National Peru Travel in November. Carlos was great, informative, helpful and patient. We had a good idea of what we wanted to do but they helped us nail down the details. We had them arrange all travel, passes to get into sites etc. but we booked our own hotels. Everything was great other than an issue with payment. They couldn't take our Amex, as agreed earlier, and wanted us to pay cash, which we didn't have, and we couldn't get enough out of the local ATM's due to them having a limit on how much can be withdrawn every day. So, our only option was to use PayPal for which they charged us a fee. Other than that, everything went very well. We met Carlos in Cusco, did a half day tour of the town on our first full day there. I would have liked to learn a bit more about the city other than it's Inka history, but we didn't really have enough time. The next day we travelled to the Sacred Valley, overnight there, then train and 1-day hike to Machu Pichu. Stayed overnight in the town, back to Machu Pichu the next day and then return to Cusco that evening. We drove to Lake Titicaca the next day, stopping off at various sites along the way, and saying farewell to Carlos and our driver when we got there. Carlos had arranged for us to be picked up in the morning for a trip to the floating islands with another company, which was awesome. After that we returned to Lima for a couple of days rest and site seeing on our own. All in all it was a fabulous trip.

          Superb trip!
Adolfo was our tour leader on a trip booked through Exodus covering Lima, Nazca, Lake Titicaca and our tour guide on the Inca Trail. Everything ran very smoothly and this is down to excellent organisation and working with others. Adolfo is very enthusiastic and knowledgeable on Peruvian history, sacred sites and Andean flora which made the Inca Trail a very special experience. Our sssistant tour guide Caesar was very supportive and his early morning cups of cocoa tea at camp were very welcoming! Thank you Peru National Travel for a superb trip.
