The tour included sites we wanted to visit and we were hoping for information about each site. Unfortunately, our guide’s English was difficult to understand. My son, who speaks a little Spanish, said that he understood more of her Spanish than English. There was a lot of confusion initially about meet up.

Great service. Mr. Alex (driver) helped us a lot. He has took us to a group of Ketchwan families who presented us with dance and songs, offered to buy hand made Peruvian souvenirs, displayed how to clean alpaca / lama wool, die with natural colors. Next took us to Chinchero, Salineras de Maras and Moray. Finally took us Ollantaytambo train station since it was time for our scheduled travel. He was very nice and took care of us very well. Thank you very much.

I used Palomino Taxi for 2 trips. The first was a private transfer from Cusco airport to Ollantaytambo train station. Our driver met me with a little sign right outside of baggage claim. The vehicle was clean and comfortable. After 2 days at Machu Picchu, I had booked Palomino Taxi for a tour of the Sacred Valley. Our guide Richardo met us at the train station and we had a great day touring the Sacred Valley on the way back to Cusco where he took us to our hotel. Loved the visits to the salt production site and to the Woman’s Cooperative to see how alpalca wool is made. Great and easy trip.

We booked Yuban for a round trip tour to Humantay Lake from Cusco which involved a lot of driving. He was so friendly and kind and we really enjoyed chatting with him! His driving was brilliant especially considering the roads weren’t always great and we felt very safe. He told us where to get snacks, buy our entrance ticket and the direction to head in and was waiting for us after the hike. We had an excellent day and enjoyed Yuban’s company :) we booked the day before and the company responded quickly, highly recommend :)

Amazing company! Alex, our driver is the best. We booked a private transportation from Cusco airport to Ollantaytambo and then to Cusco and other attractions ( Humantay and Rainbow mountain) , we love how we get to do the tour at our own pace and the price is very reasonable. Alex took great care of us, he was also very patient with out children. I recommend this company and Alex to anyone who wants ro see the beauty of Peru. The best service at the best prices. We originally had booked just one tour with them but ended up arranging for several tours and transfers after realizing that Palonimo offered, by far, the best prices around. Our drivers and guides were consistently courteous, patient, and enthusiastic. Our visit to Peru would not have been the same without Palomino and I 100% recommend them.

Just want thanks to this taxi company. Each driver was heart and caring. Made sure got everyplace fast and safety and made sure my wife and I was safe. Price was just like anyone in Cusco. The trip went really well. Our driver Alex picked us at the scheduled time (we left at 3.30 am to get there before the crowd). I had a bit of hard time walking, so Alex helped us find a horse and even reduced the price. Alex was very attentive and helpful, equipped with coca leaves, and his driving was safe and secure.

We took 4 day taxi service from them . Our driver "Mr. Ramon" gave us the best service. He was very very helpful and knowledgeable . We all love his company. The taxi service was well accommodating. We used it for local tours , ollyantaytambo, pisac , moray , maras. The entire trip was on our pace from beginning to end. Mr. Ramon taught us kechuya language too. I would highly recommend this taxi service , if you want memories for life time.
