Before the tour we received accurate and complete info. The tour was very well organized. The guide was very professional and spoke Spanish and English. We have seen many interesting and amazing places and the quality of meal was good. Highly recommended.

i met Juhan by the main square after changed local currency. he spoke much better English than all the other agents i met that morning, and i decided to have him introduce the tours to me. He spent at least half an hour introducing all the interesting tours, with details. He knew all the tours very well for sure. i was certain i didn't have to worry about having nothing todo withmy 10days in Cusco.he tried to persuade me to go for the very economic tour to Machu pichu, but at last i chose the Inca trail. i was very nervous about the 4 day hike, until meeting the tour guide, Berly.Berly was extremely passionate and positive. Under his encouragement and humer, i really believed i could overcome this challenge. He was a great leader in charge of the porters and taking good care of the guests. Misfortune happened to me on the third day when it showered and made the rocks slippery. i splipped and strained my left thigh. Then every step became so painful. Berly had to stay with me, encourage me and share water. Never expressed any negatives. it was hard for both of us. Neither wanted to walk in the dark. Finally, we made it before dark on the third day, and made it to the Machu pichu on the last day. it wouldn't happen without Berly. Again thanks Berly for spending Xmas with us on the tour. besides, it's definitely worth mentioning the porters and the food. The porters were very nice and helpful. They brought coca tea and basins of water to our tents every morning. The food was many times more tasty than that in the restaurants in town. imagine how difficult to prepare those things under such limited conditions. Well,highly recommend the Inca trail and the Team!

My experience was magical, the most beautiful of the year. Macchu Picchu transmits energy and recharges you. A dream come true, with guides who take the best photos of you.

During my solo trip to Perú I wanted to visit the Machu Picchu of cours! I came in contact with Johan and he arranged the whole trip! He knows his way around Cusco and really wants to help you with everything he can! He is super nice and does what he says he'll do! Always nice to talk to him. He will explain everything very clear to you. We had a change of plans at the last mintue and he did his best to arrange everything. So if you want to have a good trip in or around Cusco, you should definitly ask for this guy! I know you're going to be happy!

First of all, thanks to Mr.johan.! In fact, I made a reservation two weeks in advance through another travel agency, and when I visited the agency the day before my planned visit to Machu Picchu, they told me that they hadn't bought a ticket. I was told that there was no way to get tickets and that I had to make a reservation for another day, but I had to visit Machu Picchu according to my schedule because I didn't have time. I visited a few other travel agencies nearby, but all said they couldn't get tickets. In the midst of the confusion, Johan approached me and told me that I could get a ticket and visit Machu Picchu on the day I wanted. In fact, I didn't believe him at first. It was because there were many people who came to me and scammed me while traveling in Central and South America. But I had no other choice, so I trusted him and booked the tour. As he said, he arrived at Machu Picchu, got a ticket, and finished the tour satisfactorily. Thanks again Johan.

We had a wonderful experience with Machu Picchu peru agency ! Johan was an angel, helping us to plan everything with good explanations and he always took care of us, asking if we were ok after each trip and more. We can only recommend ! We have been on the 7 Laguna's trip, the rainbow mountain and more importantly, the Inca trail, which was awesome ! We bought this trip last minute when there were few tickets left to Machu Picchu. Johan took care of everything so we could have an hassle-free tour. While we went on the 1st day tour to Valle Sagrado, he took care of our train,hotel and Machu Picchu entrance tickets. He kept in touch with us the whole time so when we got to Ollantaytambo we had our tickets ready on phone and all we had to do was to get in the train. Ariving in Aguas Calientes, our hotel picked us up from the train station. Later that evening ouro guine showed up at the hotel with all the info for the next day - going to Machu Picchu. They made it really easy to travel in Peru even for first-timers like us.

We had a great experience with this tour agency very personalized, just great! During the trip, my kids and I fell ill due to altitude sickness, Johan help with acquiring transportation to the hospital, he was there every step of the way making sure we were all ok. After a couple of days, we continued with our tour to Machu Picchu as planned. Nothing but great things to say about this agency. I recommend it 100%
