          Excellent trip around Peru
We had heard about Into Peru from friends who had travelled with them and said great things. We found the same, they were marvellous! I’m glad they did tell us as trying to organize all the details was proving to be very complex - who knew it’s so complicated getting to Machu Picchu?! We toured as much of Peru as we could fit into 8 days as part of a tour of South America. Our favorite places were Machu Picchu (what an adventure!) and Rainbow Mountain. We did private tours and felt very well looked after and well informed the whole time. Thank you to all of our guides and drivers and everyone who helped organize such a memorable trip! Muchísimas gracias a todos.

We had a great time as a family!! Patricia was in charged of creating our itinerary. There were 6 of us, and we wanted to do different attractions. She was AMAZING making sure the itinerary was perfect form everyone. Before arriving to Perú, we already were happy with the service provided and how easy was to book everything. She was so kind, knowledgeable and professional. They were pretty organized, the day before you will get a text with all of the specifications for the attraction we were going to visit the day before. Every guide and driver we met was friendly and professional. I will never forget this trip. Food was delicious, accommodations were comfortable and it was worth the price. We visited Laguna de Humantay, Machu Picchu, Sacred Valley and had a walking tour in Cusco that was amazing. We took so many pictures!! If I ever travel to Perú again, I would definitely contact Into Peru to plan for my second trip.

          A fantastic trip!
We waited since Covid to go to Peru and we it was so worth it! We chose Into Peru to plan our whole 10 day trip as they had great attention to detail and were very personable. We started in Lima, went to Cusco, Rainbow Mountain and the jungle in Puerto Maldonado. It was all marvellous and the country and people are so varied and full of culture. We were looked after well and everything was planned perfectly. They even helped with some amazing restaurant recommendations. The food is INCREDIBLE! Thanks to all the Into Peru team, you were amazing!

Hassle free and much less tiring than Vinicunca rainbow mountain.
So glad we did this tour, we didn’t fancy the arduous trek we’ve heard about for the Vinicunca rainbow mountain. This tour drops you off at the base of the beautiful palccoyo rainbow mountains and you can walk at your own pace. It’s still a bit tiring due to the altitude but it certainly wasn’t too hard. We were glad we chose Into Peru as they were organised and punctual and the service was faultless. They picked us up at 7am to let us get some sleep which was much appreciated after a lot walking on this trip already! Very highly recommended!

          Unforgettable experience!
My husband and I did the Inca trail with Into Peru and it was amazing! It was physically challenging but so worth it. Breath taking landscapes and sites, great tour guides who were very patient and knowledgable, the food was surprisingly good, easy to book and very quick to answer to all our questions about what to pack, how to prepare, etc. If you are thinking about doing the Inca Trail, book it! You won’t regret it. Thank you Into Peru for the unforgettable experience. We will never forget it.

Unfortunate issues impacted my 4 Day Inca Trail tour
Unfortunately I cant recommend IntoPeru due to come issues and inconsistencies that were experienced for my 4 day Inca Trail tour. PRO's - Knowledgeable tour guide and hard working porters/chef - Food was amazing, with one exception (below) - I believe the third party tour company did have more experience of this trek than some of the other groups (maybe) - I think the way the third party structures the trek ensures the porters have the easiest run - Of course the trek itself was amazing but you can get this with any tour company that does the Inca Trail CON's - IntoPeru contracts their tours out to third party companies (this is not disclosed anywhere) - Communication between IntoPeru and the tour company is failing; my pre-briefing and request for sleeping bag & poles was somehow lost in comms - I never had a pre-briefing due to mixed up comms about the meeting point and was left feeling very anxious and stressed about if I was even going on the tour until late the night prior - There are many inconsistencies on the IntoPeru website vs what you get; No airport pick up on arrival, no hostel in AC, no hot shower at the last stop, 24hr support etc etc (IP did end up refunding me a small portion of the cost to compensate, but I had chosen this company over others due to some of these inclusions) - The third party tour company's equipment was getting old and worn, especially compared to the other tour groups - The porter/chef tipping experience was a little awkward and as I hadnt had my pre-briefing I was not aware that the tip was $20USD PER PORTER(6) and $30USD+ for the chef (Split between the group) Overall if I had my time again I unfortunately would not book through IP, I would go with one of the bigger companies.

          Paragliding day out was wonderful
My experience was excellent. Our driver was on time, we got to go paragliding in beautiful scenery, and we felt very safe in the hands of very experienced pilots. Would recommend to a friend, had an amazing time. Sent us the GoPro footage which was very easy to access. Would definitely go again!

          What an amazing experience.
Trekking the Inca trail for 4 days was not easy, but it was absolutely worth it. It was spiritually, mentally and emotionally fulfilling beyond words. Thank you to the amazing staff, porters and guides, without them this experience wouldn't have been possible. Thank you Into Peru!!

Rainbow mountain is beautiful and great service
Very memorable trip! Started early with a long drive but caught up on some sleep. The guide was great. Palccoyo is beautiful and incredibly quiet. Very impressed with the service and enjoyed the buffet lunch! 100% recommended, especially going private.

          A sight to behold
An excellent day trip which ran like clockwork. We had a spare day in Cusco and booked a last minute trip to the rainbow mountains. Into peru has good reviews and we saw why. Our private car was waiting for us outside our hotel and our guide and driver were great. The rainbow mountains are a special sight to behold. It is at a real altitude and took some pauses to get round but we made it and were so glad we did. Thank you for a great visit.

          you MUST join this tour!
If you do not have time or finding challenging to hike Rainbow Mountain, you can try Palccoyo. And if you have decided to try Palccoyo, you MUST JOIN this tour! I did this with my hubby. We have a super friendly, caring, helpful, informative and patience guide, AMERICO! He has been so thoughtful throughout the trip. He kept reminding me to walk slowly, and take rest to avoid altitude sickness. At the last part of the hike after rainbow mountain, I wanted to give it a try to the "Stone Mountain" next to it. Honestly, for seasoned hikers or any casual hikers, it is nothing but I have fear of heights. My guide was so patience, holding my hand, guiding me every single step up and down. He is really amazing! The whole tour experience was amazing including the drive journey and lunch! I will give 101% score!

Normally I wait until I’m home to write a review, but I didn’t feel this on could wait. First, I organized this with a woman named Patricia who was fantastic. She was thoughtful, helpful and extremely responsive. The day before our day trip I heard from Alex. He is the reason I am writing this only a few hours after my trip ended. Supposedly my children checked the vehicle for their belongings, but one left his iPhone behind. We were notified by Alex after Darwin (our awesome driver) found it. Alex drove to our hotel to return it to us. I have no doubt he had to drive a ways to do this and I am so grateful. Regarding the trip itself…amazing. Absolutely stunning and so incredibly worth it. My advice is to acclimate as much as you can (we were only in Cusco about 36 hours prior) and then drink water every 5-10 steps. If you feel a slight headache, drink water. My kids made it to a great viewpoint of the first mountain. Darwin took them back down and looked after them. My husband saw all the mountains but opted out of the final push. Our guide, Americo, and I made it to the rock forest. It was awesome. It felt like their were rainbow mountains everywhere. Walking down was so easy. Americo cheered me on every step of the way. I HIGHLY recommend this group.

Let Into Peru Plan Your Peruvian Adventure
I reached out to Into-Peru for help coordinating 3 days of activities while in Cusco. Patricia, with Into Peru, handled everything for our desired activities. They included a full day Machu Picchu tour, Sacred Valley/Ollantaytambo/Chinchero tour, and an ATV tour to Moray, followed by the Maras Salt Mines. Into Peru communicated with the local guides and drivers, who in turn communicated with me. Into Peru made our trip easy, so we could focus on the adventure! With Into Peru I didn't have to stress about making sure I had the correct tickets for the transportation and entry into the various places. 10/10!

          Great, even for oldies
A superb trip, well worth visiting. We had our reservations due to our age (60s), but having seen past reviewers call out both the self-dictated pace and the less intense nature of the hike, we opted in and we loved it. Great company, with respectful and knowledgable guides. Very highly recommended, especially for oldies who are young at heart!

We saw this bridge on a National Geographic documentary and really wanted to visit it after. It certainly lived up to expectations. It was a long drive from Cuzco but we were picked up on time and the journey was comfortable. Our guide was particularly good and very knowledgable. We were surprised that there were so few people there. The food at lunch was a nice surprise too! Would definitely recommend, particularly this private option as we went at our pace and liked the peace. Into Peru were great.
